I have gone thru aforesaid letter and would like to bring following points / facts to your notice, which will help you in taking necessary action.
1) Wrong DOB in the original document is because of some data entry error at your end and I should not because of any of my fault for which I don't see any reason for not correcting erroneous data.
2) During the discussion while renewing the policy, i had agreed to renew the policy only and only if the DOB is corrected and i was assured of the same correction.
3) if the DOB is not correct in my policy document that I will be depraved of any benefits, due to mismatch of DOB in my original document and that of Policy.
4) under such circumstance there are two options left.
correct the DOB
Cancel my policy and refund 100% premium amount paid by me,
since this was a precondition of my renewing the policy.

    ICICILombard कंपनी से करवा था जो की फरवरी मे मेरी कार का दुघटना हो गई थी
    ICICILombard कम्पनी के कारकता ने मुझे बताया की मेरा इन्शुरन्स नार्मल ही है और आप को इन्शुरन्स का 90% ही मिलेगा लेने हो तो लो वरना मत लो
    मुझे इन्शुरन्स की जानकारी नहीं थी जिस कारण मेने 90% की हा बार लिए फिर रु देने की बारी आई तो इन्होने 80% ही दिया मेरे विरोध करने पर इन्होने कहा की 80% ही दे पाएगा
    बोलो की सरकार को टेक्स्ट देना होता है 10 % उस मे कटेगा
    फिर कुछ दिन बाद मुझे पता चला की मेरा इन्शुरन्स 0 देब है जिस मे मुझे कुछ रु नहीं देने थे इन के कारकर्ता ने मेरे सात धोका धड़ी की इस की शिकायत मेने इन्शुरन्स वालो की तो एक हिमांशु जी ने मुझे कहा की हमारे कार्यकरता से गलती हो गई है जो की हम आप को पुरे रु दुला देता हु आज उस बात को 3 महीने हो गए है हिमांशु जी भी मुझे गोली पर गोली दे रहे है और कुछ दिन पहले उन्होने मुझे साफ इंकार कर दिया बोले की जो करना है कर लो हम नहीं देंगे इन सभी पर आप उचित करवाई करें और मुझे इंसाफ दो
    और इन की वजे से जो भी मेरा नुकसान हु है इस की बरपाई करने को बोलो 🙏 मुझे मेरा 20% चाहिए जो की 70, 000 रु बनता है और उन के चक्र लगा लगा के जो भी और नुकसान हु है वो भी🙏मेने आप को एक ऑडिओ वीडियो बना कर भेजा है हिमांशु सर कर आप सुन सकते हो🙏

      I have recently renewed a Motor policy from ICICI Lombard bearing policy no. SF907144

      It comes with gross mistakes like wrong Car model, wrong cubic capacity, wrong TP premium [because of incorrect Cubic capacity], improper IDV [because of incorrect model], incorrect phone number.

      I have been with Bharti AXA General Insurance since the purchase of my car. You have all the required details.

      You have sought an alternate policy for the year[protected] to cancel/refund the erroneous policy no SF907144. I have already provided you with the alternate policy document numerous times now. But you would always ask for it again and again as if purposefully ignoring it.

      Numerous request numbers have been generated by your support but you always repeatedly ask for the alternate policy, which has been provided to you already. I have also attached the communication details for a live chat session I had with your live chat agent RekhaG who generated request number 04962998 after checking the alternate policy.

      Therein you find a link to the PDF you are requesting for.

      I have also emailed the alternate policy document to you using email whenever asked but your system just refuses to take any attachments and I always get an email from [protected]@icicigroup.onmicrosoft.com stating that, "You have attached or mentioned non-compliant data as per information security policy. Please add #Business# or #Personal# in the mail subject for sending genuine emails."

      So, you request for an attachment in PDF and then your system refuses it. It is truly harassing.

      I have also shared link to the PDF for the alternate policy using Google Drive's public link sharing option in emails.

      Further more the alternate policy is from ICICI Lombard only. I have shared the policy details with you in text because of your system's refusal to accept customer's attachments, that you only requested.

      You are just refusing to accept / acknowledge the alternate policy for year[protected] that you requested, for reasons best known to you only.

      Refund the full amount of 11599 INR for the erroneous policy SF907144 by ICICI Lombard immediately.

        We take your two wheeler insurance less than a year ago.
        Now if we claim it you gave 10500 rupees and showrooms bill is 18000+.
        How it's possible.

          I am following for my refund on practically everyday from last more than 1 month, still there is no response from icici lombard end .

          Everyday when i call the helpline no, every caller tells me that v have make a note to the priority executive team department and your cancellation and refund will be processed in another 24 to 48 hours which has not been done from atleast 6th of october 2021.

          I have sent all the necessary documents which were checked by all the representative attending my calls and said that we have recd all documents and it will be processed .
          Lastly i have sent a document on 18/10/2021 which i had followup and for the same no mail was recd from the company .
          The priority executive team person named mr rohit nandi[protected] has confirmed all documents with me and processed ahead but fromlast 3 days again there nothing happening as i came to know when i again i called, today he told that there is some it technical issue going on .
          My refund amount is much more and i guess delay is bcoz of the same from the company .
          I request to look into the matter and do the needful asap !

          again i had called the customer care on 23rd oct 2021 on saturday & came to know that my policy has been processed for cancellation and it will take a weeks time for the refund to reflect my account .
          Since, this matter is 40 days old i urge to the company to make the refund on asap basis and relief me !

                My phone was stolen during a journey that was insured by Lombard. The maximum claim that can be made for Loss of baggage is Rs 5000 but even for just 5k ICICI lombard has been consistently ignorant of my mails and stretched it out for more than a month, I have submitted all documents. I have even submitted the exact clause in policy that says my phone was covered, FIR, Everything asked by them and now they have rejected the policy saying it's not covered. Please look into this and help me process my claim. I've already lost a phone worth more than RS 30000 in theft, show some humanity to people's hard earned money.

                  reimbursement health claim not fully settled

                  After contineous follow up by me, result came was shocking.
                  I was unsatisfied by claim settled at your end.
                  I have borrowed money from my colleuges and family for this operation.
                  As a result i have to give back single penny to them.

                    I have taken Health Insurance Policy for my mother in Feb 2021, I have confirmed Diabetes as pre existing disease as Mother tested diabetic in Q4 2020.                     Dear Sir,

                    I am writing this email to your department only after feeling very helpless and getting traumatized with the behaviour of my health insurer - ICIC Lomabard. Below mentioned are my policy details with the same. My wife recently got diagnosed with optic neuritis issue after taking the first dosage of vaccination and from then she's been getting treated under the super vision of Dr.Sujith at Apollo Hospital - Sheshadripuram- Bangalore. She had to undergo multiple stages of treatment because of the severity of the issue and the re occurrence of the problem with in short period of time. Everytime I try to claim my insurance amount, the ICICI lombard has created issues and it was never a smooth process which they claim on their website. There is no proper response from them and every time we had to go through a lot of trouble to get the approvals. When ever we try to explain our problem to the customer relation ship person on customer care, we get treated very badly and this entire process has disturbed me personally and professionally.

                    Yesterday[protected] my wife got admitted again for a treatment prescribed by Dr.Sujith from Apollo Sheshadripuram, when we applied for a pre auth, the insurer rejected the claim completely by mentioning the MOU reason between the hospital and the insurer, which was never ever informed to me as a client. This is a continuous treatment and we got admitted multiple times and also the same insurer approved all those bills. All of a sudden they have changed the process and neither I or the hospital was not informed. When approached them for a solution and tried to reach them multiple times, we were treated very badly and they are expecting us to make the payment first and check out from the hospital. The patient ( my wife is under severe pressure and she cannot take any uncertainties like this because of the neural issue which is facing right now. T

                    I really appreciate if you can consider this email on priority and help us get out of this traumatic situation. I am sure there are 1000's of customers like me who are facing issues with the ICICI lombard insurer.

                    Attached the current bill which is pending and the previous similar bill which got approved by the insurer.

                    Also attached the declaration given by the Apollo hospital that they were not intimated by the insurer in regards to the changes which are done by the insurer.

                    The issue is between the insurer and the hospital but me as a client who paid the premium to avoid these kind of situations is in a big trouble right now.

                    I really appreciate and hope that at least you will take this case seriously and get me the required compensation for the trauma which me and my wife is going through because of the irresponsible and monopoly behaviour of the insurer.

                    Because of this pressure, even I couldn't handle to my client queries and loosing focus on them which resulted in Rs.10, 000, 000 worth of loss from the business side for me. I definitely need this to be compensated by the Insurer.

                      Regarding the claim number mentioned in subject line my father went under left eye catarak surgery for package mention in attached.
                      There was confusion between the lens amount bifurcation of 10525rs (6k in package and rs4525 separate but in claim).
                      Due to no recieve of approval on 16th Sept ate night I had to pay the balance amount of 4525 rs which was mention as per ICICI not to collect from patience.
                      But now Wockhardt hospital is also not helping and ICICI Lombard.

When that is to the main element of surgery and u r not paying for it than I will never ever recommend ICICI Lombard to any1.                         After ICICI lomard support staffs stopped responding for and on going claim i raised a complaint with IRDA and finally taking after 45 days even then i have not got any solution to my claim. That too for a very small amount of claim the company took a hefty premium and deny to pay for the small claim . Now only i got to know IRDA is a waste department run by government of india where they cant take any action on the insurance company they can only take complaint and if the company dont respond then they ask us to go to the next department which is ombudsmen

                          Rejection Of ICICI Lombard Medical Claim

                          This is in reference to Insurance policy number 4015i/DOPD/[protected]/00/000 and cashless claim no.[protected] rejection.

                          I want to bring to your notice the way my husband Mr. Dinesh Sharma's insurance case was handled. It is extremely shocking and disappointing to see such a behaviour from ICICI inspite of maintaining very good and trustworthy relationship with the bank.

                          I take a policy of my car No. DL 10 CJ 2289 from ICICI Lombard General Insurance on 03.12.2020 online . on 27.06.2021 i lodged claim No. MOT11122242 in ICICI Lombard they inspect my vehicle after 07 days of incident. after that they informed me that they would be investigate all the case and i provide all the documents they want. after that they give approval to start the work to Harpreet ford . when all the work of abovesaid vehicle was completed on dated 13.08.2021 they reject the claim and i regularly contact him but they block my phone number. please help and take legal action against ICICI Lombard.

                              I have registered claim on 23rd Aug. And till date it's been 4 days. No approval or any update. Service centre says icici surveyor not updating anything. It's just pathetic service. Have spoke to customer care twice and they too keep giving false promise of resolution within 24 hrs and so on. Worst experience. Motor insurance claim no.
