    I had gone to ICICI bank Bidhan Nagar branch, Kolkata in early 2015 for opening a fixed deposit. was convinced by an official of ICICI bank to opt for a policy called Wealth Builder II for INR 110000. I had been told that this policy was just like a fixed deposit. However, it involved premiums of INR 100000 to be paid every year. I had mentioned clearly that I would not be able to pay premiums. The official had stated that even if the premiums were not paid, the initial amount paid would function like a FD and interest would be generated. After one year, I was requested to pay premium. When I did not do so, I was notified that the policy had lapsed and I would not get any benefits. I contacted the official and he mentioned that I would get interest in the rate of savings account. I wanted to withdraw the amount but was told that I cannot do no before the term of 5 years ends. Today, I opened the online page of the policy and saw that maturity date is 2025, that is the term is of 10 years and I cannot withdraw the funds before that. Also, the maturity amount is unclear. This is fraud and I want my money back immediately. The policy number is 19132663.

    You are also cheated like me you cannot do anything tell 10000 abt the fraud activity of icici bank and prudential they are co brothers doing illegal buisseness and daylight robbery on customer. I was also forced into the policy when I went to do a fd. infact this is wealth builder to company and wealth loser to investor.

        Sir /Madam,
        Gist of my compliant, Several time I notify personally at branch and over phone to ICICI Prudential that I want to close my policy because it’s not performing well . They told me that the lock in period is for 5 years. You can close the policy after 06.09.2016. Just waiting for the date to close the policy. Without having my knowledge themselves renewal my policy by taking money from my standard charted Bank Credit Card bearing Account No-[protected] . I have register the complaint in Standard charted Bank also . Last year I made the payment through this card for renewal the policy of Rs 25000. They kept the card details in their records by the help of saving the card details they make the fraud activity without my knowledge or any prior notice to me. I have closed the policy and lose my money Rs 25000 in this transaction. ICICI Prudential advocating that when I did last year payment through card I have tick the option to repeat the transaction for this year. I am hundred percent sure I have unclick the option of repeat the transaction. Now my question to your bank and ICICI Prudential if I given the authorization to repeat the transaction they must have documented. Please share the document with us. I am now help less now asking you to intervene in this case. And give me justice .
        I need to ask to your merchant the following question. To ICICI Prudential
        1)Have I given any authorization to ICICI Prudential for the repeat the transaction? Show the document and share with us.
        2)If a card holder using card for any transaction and the merchant clearing the amount without bring notice to customer. What you declare the transaction is shave transaction or a clear case of fraud transaction, clear mean to harassing customer.
        3) Suppose i have not using this card bearing the no Account No-[protected].How they renewal my policy without taking my concern. That means I got suffer because o[censored]sing this card.

        Praying for justice. This is clear case of fraud and monopoly activity of the ICICI Prudential.

          Sir,
          I dr madhuri vikram tikam holding money back policy (Policy no[protected]. I do my yearly premium payment on time which you can confirm in your records. Still my survival benefit (10% of sum assured) which were due on 30th october 2016 are not credited in my given bank account. I have already submitted account payout mandate form with the required documents which is confirmed from your end too. The executive with whom i spoke on customer care number do not provide satisfactory answers & each one gives different answers.
          Why the delay in my survival benefit payment of policy 18166900 which was expected to be credited on 30th october 2016 inspite of timely payment of premium?

              I am mr. rohit supakar requesting you to stop deducting ecs of icici pru health saver policy, no.15736569 which i have opted for 61term only from the dt.11/07/2011 which was over from 11/07/2016. icici pru is still deducting ecs from my bank account without further information/communication from your side that my ecs payment term is over and whether i am interested to continue to pay for my policy further. i have already given application to my bank on 20/10/2016 not to allow icici pru to deduct money from my account and requesting you to stop deducting ecs from my account.

                When the ICICI personnel from their Hiranandani Estate Branch approached me for Elite Wealth II, I was actually running away, since it was expected that once they achieve their target, they will vanish. But they convinced my spouse with lot of promises (that they will visit the house once in a month for reviewing the portfolio; they will be in touch with you whenever any event is happening which will affect the investment etc.) and got 2 policies done with huge amount. Once policy was locked they disappeared. They approach only at the time of premium due and there again with lot of promises for review etc and thereafter vanish. I was supposed to have a RM and Wealth adviser, although there is none!

                It was late to realise, Elite Wealth is for the company and not for the insurer. I am so much locked, can't do anything for few more years.

                It is a good policy with PATHETIC service. Don't go such policies, unless you have a personal rapport with the (so called) Wealth Adviser.

                Write to ombudsman(see link), I have canceled one policy and working on cancelling the second.

                ICICI have sold me a policy based on lies and I have been on the run for past 2 years. I was stupid enough to believe them and pay a premium for second time only to find out that they have lied to me.

                I wonderd that besided me having some knowledge in finance and investment and me asking them questions that I thought were convencing, I was shocked to hear the diferrences. What about average people that do not understand such investments - these ICICIBank and ICICIPruLife sales guys are acting as scavengers. I have several investments in US and Switzerland both in property and Capital markets, but have never seen such lairs. I am ashamed that ICICI bank has such a culture and encourages sales tactics that are borderline fradulent and cheating. I regret making this investment and should have rather invested in US or Switzerland. Its a lesson learned for me as I can now see why its so difficult to invest in India. Not just this, but few other investments have gone equally bad with some reliable large brand names.

                I am frankly tired of dealing with these goons and just want my cash back with interest. I have lost trust with ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential Life and do not want any further relationship with this brand.

                  I am bearer of Tata Credit Card number [protected] since month of January 2014 on Dt.[protected] at 3:58 pm Transaction ID MT162610022000010027823 when I was busy at my work in office. I got an SMS alert on my mobile phone number from Tata Credit Card that a transaction of Rs. 7, 500.00 made on Tata Credit Card without effecting additional factor of authentication mandated by RBI, at ICICI Prudential Life.

                  When I checked with customer care centre of Tata Credit Card at [protected], I learnt from customer care executive that someone made payment of Rs. 7, 500.00 I immediately blocked my card and register a complain for fraudulent activity against request reference number[protected].

                  This shows that some unknown person or gang in an organized manner has fraudulently stolen my personal data or someone having access to my personal data that is required for doing fraudulent purpose.

                  Hence I would request you to give your serious attention on this serious issue and take immediate legal action on the fraudsters involved in this malicious crime of cheating innocent people.

                  Your in-time action on this complaint can prevent frauds and also help me for recovery o[censored]nknown transaction done from my Credit Card.

                    There is no response from customer care. Email was sent to [protected]@iciciprulife.com. Also several reminders sent but absolutely no response. Also your customer care number is useless with so many time wasting options, i tried several time and wasted money and time in call without any result.

                    I have heavily invested in prudential policies which is close to 1 cr. I have recently received email for stopping of benefits and coverage despite payment of three premiums of guaranteed savings plan. For which i have sent email for explanation, but no response.

                      I had take policy no. 14733355, for Rs 10 lac and policy no. 14731845 for Rs 5 lac.Both received 10th / 11th Dec 2010.I returned the policy no. 14731845 for Rs 5 lac.

                      Reason due to departure to USA to meet my daughter and grand children, programme fixed in a short notice. I had to buy gifts(gold ) for them so had to return the above said policy of Rs 5 lac.

                      Once back I found out from my Son regards the misselling of the policy.I approached ICICI prudential for refund /cancellation as per the normal practice .

                      This is to bring to your notice that this policy in the name of ICICI Prudential guranteed saving insurance policy, was /is made for their personal benefit and also the benefit of their agents. Customer was just a means to earn the money and so they cheated on us.

                      It is a white collar economic offence as huge commission is passes on to the agent and in return it is shared between the branch manager and other staff. Since they had shared the amount between themselves, ICICI pru is at backfoot to return my hard earned money.

                      I returned the policy within the stipulated 90 days.They caused me lot of mental stress and anxiety by refusing to co-operate with me.They gave hundreds of excuses for not giving back my policy amount. Then they finally quoted a clause and said that we have to wait for 5 years, as i don't come under freelook cancellation policy.

                      Now after 5 years of waiting when I approached them for my promised amount, they are still not having the intension to pay my policy amount.

                      Request you to kindly consider this matter on priority bases. As i am already 75 years woman with various health problems, I expect to be considered on humanitarian bases and hope to get the early justice .

                        I take a policy icici prudential life insurance wealth builder ii from icici bank newai by suggestion of mr. Sunil sharma branch manager on date 20 sept 2016. My policy no is 20297417 & application no. Os06351257 in which terms i will pay one lac per anual upto 5year + 5 year = maturity will be due.
                        But i am unable to pay premium one lac per annual due to my income is very less & family problem. I can not pay premium. I was go to icici bank of newai but he pretence, so i humble request you that please cancel my policy no. 20297417 & application no. Os06351257 & refund my money without any deduction in this amount at my saving a/c[protected] of icici bank, newai as soon as possible.

                        I had gone to ICICI bank Bidhan Nagar branch, Kolkata in early 2015 for opening a fixed deposit. was convinced by an official of ICICI bank to opt for a policy called Wealth Builder II for INR 110000. I had been told that this policy was just like a fixed deposit. However, it involved premiums of INR 100000 to be paid every year. I had mentioned clearly that I would not be able to pay premiums. The official had stated that even if the premiums were not paid, the initial amount paid would function like a FD and interest would be generated. After one year, I was requested to pay premium. When I did not do so, I was notified that the policy had lapsed and I would not get any benefits. I contacted the official and he mentioned that I would get interest in the rate of savings account. I wanted to withdraw the amount but was told that I cannot do no before the term of 5 years ends. Today, I opened the online page of the policy and saw that maturity date is 2025, that is the term is of 10 years and I cannot withdraw the funds before that. Also, the maturity amount is unclear. This is fraud and I want my money back immediately. The policy number is 19132663.

                        You are also cheated like me you cannot do anything tell 10000 abt the fraud activity of icici bank and prudential they are co brothers doing illegal buisseness and daylight robbery on customer. I was also forced into the policy when I went to do a fd. infact this is wealth builder to company and wealth loser to investor. Even if you had paid 5 yrs 5 lakhs your return would be 3-4 lakhs or less good thing is discontinue the payment tell abt this malpractice to 10000 ppl.

                          I have a little concern regarding the payment you have been mentioned in below mail. In two months I received the interest on my amount hardly rs. 1000. But in other side I have to pay the amount around rs 6000 extra+reinstatement fees. Is it the same interest you have calculed in case of given and taken.

                          Last payment I have already paid around rs 24000 extra interest or delay payment to icici Prudential.
                          So now it would be around rs 30000.+ emi amount).

                          We are not receiving any proper response from you Kuashambi Branch Uttar Pradesh, I have they have very rude behaviour with customer.

                          Sorry to say but it is very pethatic experience with icici Prudential. I'll not to going to suggest or purchase any new policy in future from icici Prudential.

                          can you please clarify that why i need to pay this amount.
                          bcoz i have already paying rs more 30000 extra from emi amount till now.

                                The payment term was yearly when it was started, Later immediately I requested it to convert on monthly The advisor Archana Kumari confirmed that this will be done from Next year on wards,

                                In the month of July the Person Mr.Amar Chikne got the form filled from me with two installment cheques.and assured that the term is chjanged and the cutting will be on monthly basis.

                                All of a sudden today morning ICICI has directly deducted Rs.41666 from my account.

                                I want my money back immediately as this was done without my permission and also i want penalty on this as this is a crime and on what basis ICICI dared to touch my account without my permission when i opted for monthly payment

                                There are various issues i faced with ICICI.

                                1.Poor cuctomer service support.
                                2.Carelessness and confuisions within the staff about the customer issues and policy.
                                3.Mismatch in the statement submitted with the policy and the online statement(NAV Realted)
                                4.Direct extorting complete amount from the customer bank without even taking his permission or intimation about the deduction.Although the term was changed to monthly.

                                Requesting you to close the policy with immediate effect and refund the amount at the earliest without any charges and with interest to avoid further consequences.

                                      I had purchased a tern policy through netbanking on 30/08/2016 submitted all documents after that they asked to upload my income prrof that also i had submitted then also they are harrasing by sending mail to complete the pendinmg documents else they will cancel the policy...

                                      If we do not receive the document before october 14, 2016, we will have to cancel your application.in which case, you will have to repeat the application process again starting from filling up the form.

                                        They have closed my policy without any physical letter if we have not acknowledge the on email.
                                        they are not handover my money rs 36000...

                                        even i am ready to continue my policy now...but they are not allowing me to continue now.

                                        But still issue is not resolved...I have visited to Vashali Branch of ICICI PRUDENTIAL...we will not continue the policy or money back.

                                        M'y wife's policy no 15942120 and i have alredy submitted thé amount par policy in vashali Ghaziabad branch but last month. I have received m'y cheque back.

                                        We dont know thé reason?
                                        Pleas do thé needful asap, i have logged issue in vashali branch but didnt get any réponse on it.

                                        could you please let me know when we will get any update on it or refund out money if you do want to continue my policy please refund my back to me.

                                        I have a little concern regarding the payment you have been mentioned in below mail. In two months I received the interest on my amount hardly rs. 1000. But in other side I have to pay the amount around rs 6000 extra+reinstatement fees. Is it the same interest you have calculed in case of given and taken.

                                        Last payment I have already paid around rs 24000 extra interest or delay payment to icici Prudential.
                                        So now it would be around rs 30000.(excluding emi amount).

                                        We are not receiving any proper response from you Kuashambi Branch Uttar Pradesh, I have they have very rude behaviour with customer.

                                        Sorry to say but it is very pethatic experience with icici Prudential. I'll not to going to suggest or purchase any new policy in future from icici Prudential.

                                        today, i have received a call from kaushabmi branch for rs 25200 more need to pay me.
                                        can you please clarify that why i need to pay this amount.
                                        bcoz i have already paying rs more 30000 extra from emi amount till now.

                                        it is very difficult to manage more to rs 25200 more to continue the policy.

                                        we are requesting to you please revert the total paid amount along with ealier paid amonut rs 36000( interest).
