I am policy owner of icici and there website is having may issues. Today when i was trying to login to the website, i was not able to login. This is due to there bad quality & improper testing. Please note the username and password enter by me are correct. The username on this site is case sensitive and my user name is all small letter. On there website when i enter it in small case, using script they are making it upper case....

Premium paid on 19.07.2016 ecs represented on 28.07.2016

Icici policy no is 18756203 paid rs. 100000 on 19.07.2016 why ecs is done on 28th july 2016 and bank is debited amount of rs. 287.50 as sufficient balance is not there. why account is debited with two times i am claiming rs. 287.50 as i have alrady paid the premium.

For 20% redemption in the above policy was given to your trichur office and they informed me the total value comes around rs.162000/- and the 20% value would be around rs.32000/-. But to my surprise an amount of rs 28639.91 only was credited in my account exactly the same amount i redeemed two years back on 7/8/2014.
Though i requested for a statement no statement is t received so far.
There was a shortage of more than rs.4000/-...

I contact with customer care, they always tell me that your payment will receive. my policy no. is 15677856. they have no reasons for delay. your company give surety to receive amount in 10 working days, but in my case it 15 days completed and still i not getting and response for delay the amount....
