The policy 01418527 matured on 22.02.2017 after postponing the due date . the postponement was sheer compulsion of your staff for their business with a promise that the entire amount can be withdrawn at any time whether premium is paid or not. but now you are cheating me saying that entire money can not be paid. whose money is this? my money. you are trying to cheat me by confiscating the entire amount of Rs.245000/- you are a big company and running on trust of customers but deceiving many customers i heard. very pathetic situation. is there no justice or customer concern? please pay my money saved for my family necessities. then only you will get the support of customers which is the foundation of your business pl note.

    Dear Team,
    on 31 March 2017 I recieved an E mail showing Rs 6671 debited from my account, on further inquire to my Bank HDFC, they able to find that said payment deebited to my account and credited to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance co,
    I am shocked as there were no policy with ICICI, than how its show.

    I need investigation and return back my deducted amount.

      Dear Icici Prudential

      I wish to bring to your attention that Rs 50000 has been wrong transaction from my account. Because I was trying to make of my HDFC LIFE policy[protected] online payment on 8th of January 2017 .

      But due to confusion I make payment on icici prudential online with same policy number those you have already assigned to someone so that's why they accept the payment.And I has been did by mistake.

      I give the complaints to my local branch in Ludhiana
      There is Surbhi mam take complain her mobile no is ([protected]) But there are no one ready to take responsibility because they helpless they give a reason of back end issue. But I don't need excuses because I can understand the policy of bank and even understand this is time takings process but I am waiting from last 2 month. And still not certainly how much I have to wait.

      This is hight of ignorance of costumers satisfaction and short out of my problem. I am doing daily call and visit to local branch in my area from last 2 months.

      Hope you will understand my inconvenience and problem. And I need resolution of my problem as soon as possible.

      Otherwise I have no option to deal with you. And finally I have go to court for my solutions.

          Dear Customer Care Team
          I have availed two insurance policies from ICICI Prudential in the year[protected],

          1) Wealth Builder Policy – No[protected] Annual Premium Amount Rs - 48000/-
          2) I-Protect Term Plan Policy –No[protected] Annual Premium Amount Rs 12000/-

          I had paid the insurance for first year, but for the 2nd year 2016-17, I could not pay the insurance as I had some other committments, I had informed about the same when two personals from ICICI Prudantial Branch Andheri West, Mr Namrit Shah and Ved Prakash Maru approached me on 18th March asking me to pay the balance premium,

          On 29th and 30th March respectively an amount of Rs 13209/- & Rs 48000/- were deducted from my salary account /hdfc bank, towards
          premium of my two policies 1) Wealth Builder Policy[protected] & I-Protect Term Plan Policy – 1962058 without my knowledge or consent.

          Mr Ved Prakash is the person who got me enrolled for these policies, Earlier I had one unit link policy with ICICI which got matured last year, Mr Ved Prakash asked me to invest the matured amount of Rs 60000/- in above two policies, I was misguided or was not informed clearly that the premium will be forcibly deducted from my account.

          Now I am mentally harassed due to this as I have five cheques lined up between 3rd -12th April mentioned below. I have sent a mail to icici purlife but have not received any proper response, neither getting proper response from Ved Prakash or Namrit.

          EMIs Lined up;
          1) Home Loan -9171/- ICICI BANK 3RD APRIL / (yesterday already bounced.)
          2) HOME LOAN TOPUP-1645/- ICICI BANK 3rd APRIL
          3) HOME LOAN INSURANCE 753/- ICICI BANK – 5TH APRIL
          4) PERSONAL LOAN – 14868/- KOTAK MAHINDRA- 5TH APRIL
          5) SON'S READDMISSION FEE Rs 22576/ 12th APRIL

          I am completely shocked by the way Rs 61209 has been deducted from my account money has been debited from my without my consent. Now I don’t have money to pay my EMis and run my family monthly expense as 90% of salary is debited by icici prudential bank despite myself asking icici prudential employees that i wont be able to pay .


          I want the amount Rs 48000/-to be reversed back to my saving account
          Hdfc Bank Saving Acc No - that icici has deducted
          towards Policy No Wealth Builder Policy[protected] on 30th March, I will
          pay up the premium later on when convenient for me.

            Hi i have accoubt in icici bank.

            An agents comes to me and say why u r putting money in saving account put in ulip ur money double every year stock market is goin up.I taken four ulips.i written complain to their emal.i have bought this four policy
            300669, 18426852, 18447499 and 18521782.

            i got following reply

            We refer to your request received by us on March 20, 2017 regarding your
            ICICI Pru Wealth Builder Policy no.18300669 and IPRU Wealth Builder II
            Policy no.18426852 and ICICI Pru Guaranteed Wealth Protector LP Policy
            no.18447499 and IPRU Elite Life II Policy no.18521782 held with ICICI
            Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd.



            In reference to the same, we would like to state that the concern
            highlighted by you have been thoroughly reviewed by us and we wish to state
            that



            • The policies were issued on December 21, 2013, February 12,
            2014, February 22, 2014 and March 22, 2014 on the basis of the proposal for
            insurance received by the Company along with the first premium deposit and
            KYC documents.



            • The policy document which is required to be sent to the policy
            holder upon issuance was dispatched to your communication address.



            • In order to ensure transparency that the product is issued as
            per customer’s choice, we provide the customer with a copy of the
            application/ proposal form along with the policy document. If on receipt of
            the same, the policy holder is not agreeable to the terms and conditions,
            he/she has the option to cancel the policy under the free-look i.e. 15 days
            from the date of being in receipt of the policy document as mandated by the
            Insurance Regulator and Development Authority of India (IRDAI). The same is
            also mentioned in the policy document delivered to you.



            • As per our records, we have not received any communication
            from you regarding cancellation or alteration of your above mentioned
            policies within the said free-look period, thereby implying that you agreed
            to the policy terms and conditions was agreeable upon and that the same was
            in consonance with the application form.



            • We received the first concern regarding the said policies on
            March 20, 2017 after 03 Years from last policy issuance date.



            • We understand a verification call was initiated at your
            registered mobile number [protected] prior to the issuance of the policy
            wherein all the policy benefits were explained. The said application was
            issued only post receipt of your consent in the verification call.



            We would like to confirm you that all our products are filled with and
            approved by IRDAI and benefits under our policy are strictly paid in
            accordance to the policy terms and conditions as mentioned in the policy
            document received by you.





            In view of the above, we are unable to comply with your request for
            cancellation/alteration of the policy.



            If you are unable to pay the further premiums, you can avail the premium
            discontinuance feature which is explained as follows:



            In case the premium is discontinued and if the policy is not revived
            within the Extended Period the life insurance cover and rider cover, if
            any, shall cease. At the end of the period or on receipt of intimation that
            the policyholder wishes to withdraw, whichever is earlier, the Fund Value
            shall be transferred to the discontinued policy fund after deduction of
            applicable discontinuance charge as described below. Thereafter, no other
            charges shall be deducted while the policy is in the discontinued policy
            fund other than the fund management charge of 0.5% p.a. of the discontinued
            policy fund. In case of death before the end of the fifth policy year, the
            discontinued policy fund value shall be paid to the nominee.



            At the end of the fifth policy year, the discontinued policy fund value
            shall be paid to you. The interest credited, during the discontinued period
            is that earned by the discontinued policy fund, subject to a minimum of the
            interest applicable to savings bank accounts of State Bank of India or
            other rate that the Regulator declares from time to time.



            Applicable discontinuance charge for the policy year in which the policy
            is discontinued:

            1st year - Lower of 6% of (AP or FV), subject to a maximum of Rs. 6000

            2nd year - Lower of 4% of (AP or FV), subject to a maximum of Rs. 5000

            3rd year - Lower of 3% of (AP or FV), subject to a maximum of Rs. 4000

            4th year - Lower of 2% of (AP or FV), subject to a maximum of Rs. 2000

            5th year and onwards - Nil



            Where AP is Annual Premium and FV is the total Fund Value at the time of
            premium discontinuance.



            Considering above and keeping with the policy terms and conditions, we are
            unable to comply with your request for cancellation of the policy numbers
            18300669, 18426852, 18447499 and 18521782.

              I have been chasing ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE from the time my policy was under free look period to add additional rider benefit of permanent disability and critical illness. However, I have not got any satisfactory response from their end. I am not getting any kind of help from their customer service as well. Several calls and false promises but my requirement is not yet met. After several follow up, they sent me a link to make payment of pending amount required for these additional benefits but the link is asking me to pay the entire sum of my policy again. I made a complaint about this but no response from their end. If they are unable to fulfill this, better they refund my entire amount paid for this policy. If this is the state at the beginning what will happen in case my family would require to follow up on claims in future. I am losing trust in this company at the beginning itself... highly dissatisfied by the response of this company!!!

                    I have had an NRI account at ICICI Bank since 2005.

                    Last week, during my vacation in Bangalore, I went to the ICICI Bank, Cantonment Branch, near Safina Plaza, to deposit some money to my account.
                    I ended up dealing with a Miss Shireen Sabahath. After we finished with the deposit, she urged me to transfer my money from my ICICI Prulife account to a new plan that would be far better and make me more money in the long run. She called up a Mr. Tapas Jagadev who worked at the ICICI Prudential on Residency Rd. He later came over to my sister's house, where I was staying to “educate” me on what the policy was all about. He said the current policy I had - the ICICI Pru Lifelink Wealth - was not worth it since would have to pay 30% tax when I withdrew the money. Instead he suggested I take another policy called “GWP Plan” which was tax-free and would pay off much better in five years. He didn't;t have any details but gave us an outline which sounded good. He then immediately phoned Miss Shireen, who came over. She took a photo of my passport, asked me to write a check for Rs. 50, 000 (first installment) and made me fill a form where she asked who would be the nominee etc. I gave my niece, Sangeeta Zachariah’s name. Since I was leaving the next day, Tapas said he would have details of the policy dropped off .. and confirmation of the signed policy mailed to me.’

                    The next day I didn’t receive any documents so texted Tapas.. he made all kinds of excuses.. saying he would then "email” it to me. I left the following day for Bombay.

                    While I was there, my niece received some paperwork saying that the policy was in HER name and that I was the Nominee! She immediately questioned Shireen about that. Shireen then told her that they put her name as the policy holder, instead of me, since I was TOO OLD!!! Never once did they mention that to us when discussing it while I was in Bangalore. My niece also said they misspelled my name as Meera Elizabeth Zachariah instead of Meera Elizabeth Cheriyan!!! They also had her name wrong. So immediately she asked them to cancel the policy and refund my Rs. 50, 000.. WITH NO PENALTIES. Tapas told he he would and that it would take about 7 days for the money to be transferred back to my ICICI account. So far I haven’t seen a thing.

                    I am SO disgusted at the fraudulent activities practiced by your employees…..they lied to us all the way and tried to cheat us.

                    This is not the first time this has happened to me. In 2009 I was similarly lied to about taking a Prulife policy. Once I realized i was lied to, I tried to cancel it, but it took so much red tape and so many phone calls and emails to finally get it canceled. I even wrote to Ms. Chanda Kochar after which it was resolved. In 2011, a similar thing happened where I wasn’t fully informed about the LifeLink Wealth Policy… and after many, many emails and complaints back and forth, it was finally straightened out.

                    The problem with your lying, cheating employees is that they are SO desperate to get bonuses that they LIE and hide the facts behind the policy they are trying to sell. And since every time they know that I am leaving for the US within two days of signing a policy, they take advantage of it. They remain incommunicado and don’t return emails, phone calls and texts. All the emails I sent to Tapas Jagadev have come back to me saying they are “undeliverable”. And this…coming from the email address on his business card!!!

                    After I wrote to Chanda Kochar, the guy who falsely talked me into the policy and lied about it was fired. I hope Tapas Jagadev and Shireen Sabahath face the same consequences. They are liars and totally incompetent. This is no way to run a multi-million rupee business.

                    I also intend to write to Ms. Kochar AGAIN about her lying, cheating employees and how disappointed I am with ICICI bank. I also plan to go public if no action is taken.

                    I hope to receive a response from you and ASAP and hope you will make sure my monies are returned to me WITHOUT penalties ASAP.

                    The incompetence of the ICICI investigative staff is unbelievable.
                    Since I last wrote this email, I heard my Rs, 50, 000 was redeposited not to me but to my niece's account!!! On top pf that I was charged Rs. 6 for the transfer. WHY am I penalized for your employee's stupidity and inefficiency?
                    I demand that the entire Rs, 50, 000 be returned to my account ASAP.

                    I am also writing to Chanda Kochar about this and if nothing is done will contact the media and other necessary authorities.

                      My policy number of ICICI Prudential is 00100253. I have NOT given any instruction to debit my ICICI Bank account. Today the amount has been debited and amount is Rs. 26, 423.00 should be reverted back immediately. I always pay by cheque and last year I paid on debit card on April first week But I have NOT given any Standing instruction in writing. This is most idiotic and inefficient way of working. I have already paid for this Financial Year.

                      I suggest you to consider this payment in April 2017, otherwise, return back to my account.

                        In may 2009 i opened a policy scheme investshield cashbak. Policy no:11919546.
                        I paid premium amount? 30, 000 after that due to some reason i am unable to continue the policy, now the status says "your policy is foreclosure". Already the lock period is over till now i didn't received the amount which i invested so kindly do the needy in recovering the amount. Thanks in advance...

I need to bring out that my wife had visited your branch to buy some mutual funds. however your agent asked her to invest in ICICI Pru Life insurance without explaining all the features and associated costs of the policy. Also she was not told about the free look up period. Moreover, I have not received policy documents til date. had i received the policy documents in time and also known about the free look period, I would have stop the policy.                         that will take araound 3to 4 days time to get updated...
                        then using your registered email id,

                        but first of all check all your personal information all clearly mentioned in your policy bond.. then write to lifeline to get everything corrected as you need

                          Hi,

                          ICICI sold me the Guarnateed Savings Insurance Plan as a tax saving come endowement plan on 20-Jul-2011. The executive never explained to me how we can close the policy in case of any emergency or issues.

                          I was able to pay the premiums for about 2yrs and 7 months with a monthly premium of INR 8, 023.00 rupees.

                          Because of financial constraints I was not able to continue the policy and now I come to understand that there is no way to recover the amount paid.

                          This is all hard earned money which ICICI is looting in broad day light.

                          ICICI is sitting on my INR 2, 48, 713.00 rupees from the past 3 years since my last payment of premium.

                          I have not got any benefit from this policy. It has only sucked my money like a abyss from no return.

                          Please help me recover my money. And please inform potential consumers never to fall trap to ICICI and its agents.

                                I have ULIP, all of sudden the coverage value has been reduced without any prior notice( and no reason to bring it down on the active account). They have not fixed it even after 20+ written complaints for the last 8 months. I wrote a mail to GRO, IRDA and no response yet.

                                So far, I have written 1000+ mails to ICICI to get my fund value calculations corrected for 12 months data. Still there are so many corrections required for 36 months data. I am wondering, how other account holders fighting against it to get it corrected for the mis calculated fund values.

                                I have a savings account with Bank. I had an anonymous transaction on my savings account. Transaction description says MM annual fee. I am not clear of what this transaction is all about. I had written an email to ICICI bank requesting for the clarifications. But no response from ICICI team for last one month regarding this.

                                There is no Fuel surcharge refund as well since Jan 2017

                                There is additional insurance premium taken without any concern through IRCTC as well.

                                I have 1000+ complaints raised against my ULIP account and following response, escalated to Level 1, 2 but not receiving the complaints number for the Level 2 and site does not work any time. This restricts to escalate the issue to Level 3 which is IRDA. I sent mail to IRDA separately and no response from them as well. Completely dissatisfied with your team service and system.

                                  Auto debit linking with icici bank account was made on with service request number 99122093 with icicprulife on date 24 jan 2017 for my policy number 20499501.
                                  Subsequently i reconfirmed about autodebit on facility.

                                  On 15 feb i found that premium is not auto debited. I called icicibank bank as well as iciciprulife about the same as usual all were defending with so many reasons and using sorry word multiple times. No efforts were made to resolve the issue.

                                  I made payment on line on 15 jan transaction id 6862495.
                                  Though call to iciciprulife is chargeable to be i insisted get connected with supervisor after long wait i could get connected with supervisor. Customer care executive as well as supervisor both confirmed to me and it is shocking to hear that in today's digital india as per rbi guidelines it takes 35 days to implement customer autodebit on request.
                                  Supervisor has given me complaint number 99957495 assuring next month auto debit will be on.

                                    This complain was logged on 2nd of Feb. But the transaction was done on 29th of Jan. so far the company is just postponing the dates of the complain resolution dates but didn't solved any issues. Please take a corrective action

                                      I have purchased a term policy from icici pru.My policy no is 20624521.It has been a month that i purchased the policy still its on pending mode.I was been told that i need to go just for one medical test upon whicb gets cleared u will be issued the policy.Though my medicals were clear i was not been issued the policy.I called up the call centre from.their i came to know i need to go for one more test.This was really frustrating and pathetic.The second medical test can only be schedule from Monday to Friday which was really pathetic.I need to spare my day my salary just for this test.This is really useless.I have applied to cancel the policy.I mailed thrice to icici pru still i didnt receive any feedback nor call centre helped me out.If this is the service with me...whats the guarantee that my.nominee will get the insurance money.Im.really fedup and applied. to cancel the policy.

                                      I request all not to purchase any policy from icici pru.
