Premium has been paid and the amount debited from the bank account, however received a notification via email and sms that the transaction has failed. Called up the customer service number (which should be toll free and not chargeable) and spoke to the advisor for 11 minutes. No First call resolution and customer service lacking .
TAT is to high which is unacceptable.
TNI is a must for good customer service.

I went to do fixed deposit the managers canvassed me into investing in prudential wealth builder policy then looted the whole money . Infact after investing only i know its wealth builder to insurance company to customer its wealth looter. Even a bank deposit of fixed deposit was a 100 times better investment did a big mistake .
