I have taken a icici pru elite life super polcy on 29/6/17

The name of the nominee details are wrongly printed in the document as against the details provided by me. I am not sure how they got this incorrect name from where.

Although 23 days have passed, still no correction has happened in the name of the nominee in the above policy. Please correct the same and issue me afresh policy asap

    On 14 th of this month i paid my policy through on line using by devid card and i got the confirmation regarding my transaction therefore i need recite of the same so please send me my two recite in my mail address.
    I don't know where is the problem, is it my falts that i din't maintion my mail address or phone number so that icici is not able to send the same or geting me. If so then take my number [protected], [protected], [protected].

      Icici prudential life insurance has charged my credit card twice for the premium of 61, 126 inr on 23rd june 17, still they haven't refunded the 61126 amount extra charged. Without my consent they charged to american express card twice. I called the customer care number so many times, but they are not refunding.

      Please help me to get the money back

        I have several icici pru insurance policies. I think 9 of them.

        Few years back when suddenly icici bank transferred my premium money directly to the pru policy, i went to find out how. I was told that in the form i had mentioned direct payment. Of course the icici employee in bhandarkar road, had mentioned it without my knowledge and i had over looked trusting him. I asked them to change it and they did it before me on their computer and showed me. They promised me that this will not happen again. However, since then i keep very small amount in my icici account.
        On the 14th july 2017, i transferred some money into my account and made a cheque to some one i owed money. I received a message that the money i transferred was taken away for the payment of my policy premium. Directly without my knowledge. My account doesn’t have sufficient money to respect my issued cheque. It was a shock that i am not able to overcome. I feel deceived and tricked. I am under a terrible shock.
        I have paid all the premiums of pru policies for 3 years but this year i have had huge personal expenses, so i decided not to pay for the 4th year, because i do not have money. I have been receiving 4 to 6 calls almost every second day, asking me to pay and menacing me that if i did not pay, i will lose a lot. Every time i tell them patiently that even if i lose everything, i do not have money to pay this year. If i do not pay, it is my loss and i will bear it. However, they continue to call and harass me.

        So the moment they saw money in my account, they quickly lifted it to settle the premium, leaving nothing in my account to pay to those whom i owe. Can i ever trust your bank for what they did to me?

        I want you to take a action on this and get the money back to my account immediately.

And my transaction are successfully done and the money deducted from my bank account therefore i want to know from you that when i will get the recite regarding the same. This is the first time i am seeing this problem in my day today life. Every time i got the same as soon as my transaction done by me. So where is the problem? And how it can be solve and i receive the same. I am waiting for your action on this.

            My policy no. Are 06998895 and 13265424. I want to surrender both the policies. My pan card is missing but i am submitting pan no. And itr copy etc and voter card as id. The dealing person is telling that pan card is must and itr and other documents are not acceptable for pan verification. We are trying to get payment for last two years, but the officials says that personal attendance of insured person is necessary now when i personally attended then they are telling that pan card is must. We says that you may confirm my pan from income-tax site. Please help immediately.

              I, (Mayur. N. Bajaj ) my father had taken Three life insurance policy from ICICI Prudential against policy number
              [protected]/ 02727802 /[protected]
              on ( 24/04/2006 )for 3 childerns, when we were minor. policy holder name (Mayur/ Menka / Poonam). The nominee/Proposer of the policy is my mother, ( Mrs. Khimya. N. Bajaj ).
              With deep regret this is to inform you that my father passed away on ( 08/12/2014 ) due to a massive car accident. I have attached a copy of the death certificate for your reference. Even though nothing can repair our loss but since my mother was dependent on him and she was the nominee of the policy, I went to file this claim to one of your ICICI prudential branch in Parle Point branch, Surat . Gujarat and I was shocked to hear all the stories about my policy.
              This letter is for the purpose of lodging a Formal Complaint regarding great unfairness meted out to me by your insurance company. ICICI prudential Insurance Company claims to have fair policies and professionalism. But my experience with your company has led me to believe the opposite.
              I was informed by your customer service personnel on june18, 2017, that my policy has lapsed/foreclosed in year 2013 and the money is forfeited. My father has paid around 1, 40, 000/- premium for 28 months for each policy. So for total 3 policies he paid around 4, 20, 000/- which he supposed to finish 36 months to get all benefits instead of paying 28 months. I do understand that but he couldn't pay the remaining amount because of some unwanted problems comes up in business and he forget to pay the remaining premiums. Otherwise until then he was paying all the premiums on or before time.
              Even in year 2013 and again in 2014 I visited one of your branch in Adajan to inquire about my policy, at that time they inform me to pay remaining premiums of about 4, 80, 000/- in total for the remaining months to close my each policy and they also advice me to pay this amount and surrender all three policies and I will get money in one year. They also said because it's a life time policy if we want to close it any time just pay the remaining premiums and we can close it anytime. We were agreed to pay on that term and started arranging the money to surrender policies. But unluckily our family met to an car accident and my father passed away. This is again one more reason we were not able to close our policy that time by paying remaining premiums. But now this is very unfortunate to hear that my policies are lapsed and we can't claim our hard earn money.

              My Questions are :
              1. Why there was no contact from ICICI prudential officers or mails or reminder before foreclosure of my policy, normally they contact a lot to sell their policy, even they visit house to take documents and for signatures. But why in my case no one inform us or visited our house if we were not reachable . In case there was such an exercise done, please do send me a copy. This is clearly against the guidelines of the IRDAI and the RBI and this also violates my right to information. Or was this done to deliberately forfeit my investment and increase your turnover (Considering similar treatment meted out to thousands of other clients).
              2. Why did no one from ICICI prudential get back to me when i repeatedly visited their branches requesting for the closing of policy? Instead of forfeiting my money and give us false benefits until 2013 . Why company waited until 2013 and used all our money to give us benefits, instead company should have closed our policies in 2009 due to not maintaining of premiums and should have issued us a cheque of our paid amount of 1, 40, 000/-. It was so simple. But no- company failed to do so and let us suffer until this condition comes up. I have lost my money because of negligence on company's part and it's poor service.
              3. why should i suffer, both mentally, physically and economically due to negligence on the ICICI prudential's part and there employees? When it says the policies are for Life Time and we can claim our money anytime then why in my case company has lapsed my policies without prior informing me or any of our family member. Why no one from company came to us personally if we were not reachable by any other means. Why company failed to contact us and forcibly forfeit our money ?
              My further points :
              1. I would like to ask you to restore my policy and allow me to continue with policy by paying the rest of the premiums, without any pre-set conditions, since this is a gross negligence on Company's part. I am ready to pay all the remaining premiums and continue with it.
              2. I would like to receive a communication from your end at earliest and would like to resolve everything as soon as possible. I have been tweeting and posting my grievances in IRDAI, CPGRAMS, consumer voice, Insurance Ombudsman, complaint Board, facebook and other online portals, including quite a popular blog that i manage. Would also like to mention that i would not hesitate to post about your horrible service and ill-intentions of forfeiting people's hard-earned money in all possible social media platforms.Unfortunately most of the people in India can not properly use social media to lodge their grievances, and i do not know how they would feel or do with this kind of service.

              Until now I haven't received any call from ICICI Pru. No one has assisted me so far. I'm still waiting and unhappy with your grievance team.
              My account had been unnecessarily debited by the icici bank for IPRUGRP TERM. AMOUNT Rs 31, 234. After enquiring bank about it they r saying that they do not have any record of it. We have contacted their customer service center also but it has been more than 10 days we have not received any response from the bank. Kindly look into the matter.

                I think as per rule the policy automatically cancel, if premium due for long, because your department make a automatic premium collection process ECS/ACH with my bank axis bank, jalpaiguri, who till sending me the sms by stating your premium due and your bank balance not sufficient for deduct premium amount. so, i request you please stop the system, because am unable to run the policy .

                  Dear sir
                  (1) i purchased icici life time pension ulip plan in 2002.
                  (2) one year later in 2003 i opted for critical illness rider
                  Of rs 2 lakhs.
                  (3) since 2003 i am getting premium paid certificate showing
                  80ccc and 80d part of critical illness rider. I am taking income tax
                  Benefit showing ppc under sec 80d.
                  Now icici has stopped issuing premium paid certificate showing
                  80d part of critical illness rider and they give astonishing reply. (1)
                  They say they were issuing wrong premium paid certificate for last
                  More than 10 years. (2) so i have take wrong 80d benefit all these
                  Years. (3) they are saying critical illness rider is inbuilt with my
                  Policy. Which is factually incorrect. Critical illness rider is not
                  Inbuilt with my policy. I have opted for critical illness rider one
                  Year later in 2003. Inbuilt riders are given at same time with policy
                  In letter dated 7/4/2017 they have accepted that my policy no
                  00202100 is eligible for 80d benefit. But inanother
                  Letter they say my policy is not eligible for 80d benefit and tey were
                  Issuing wrong premium paid certificate all these years.

                  Please look into the matter and find out the truth. If wrong 80 d
                  Certificate is issued for 10 years. It is a financial irregularity
                  Action must be taken against icici for loss of taxes to govt of india.

                  The case is pending with insurance ombudsman
                  Policy no. 21011630 umakanta bal, 15th may 2017 but till now i did Not get above. Sheetal in icici bank at Hong Kong mktg gurgaon branch made my policy.
                  Asha punj Sharma is not pick up my call. So pls lookinto this matter and sort it out as may as possible else return back my money which has taken by your staff named as sheetal.

                      As i had taken a term policy from icici pru and at the time of signing the papers. I requested to the executive to convert the emi's on monthly. He assured me that first time you had to pay the half yearly amount and from the next installment it will convert in monthly emi's. Since then i had given the request thrice in the local branch but no body is ready to listen as i mailed once but no response yet. If such kind of services are their i will suggest the company to stop making fool of your customers there are so many other options in the market. And i will never ever suggest any one to deal with icici.

                        On dated 20th jun 2017, amount of 10, 339 was deducted from my icici bank account. I visited my nearby branch and came to know that amount was taken by icici prudential and icici bank can’t do anything.
                        I called customer care office of icici prudential.
                        I never given permission or request icici prudential for any kind of insurance.
                        It’s the clear case of stealing money within icici group.
                        I want my money back immediately as this was done without my permission.

                                We have a problem that one of our friend expired on 20/03/2017 Name Vinay S Shirishkar bank account no[protected]. Policy No 00002273 we had submitted all documents to icici prudential Bharuch branch and they arenot providing any current status of claim till date.Pl help for the same/Suggest us the way to know the status at the earliest.
                                lot of mail and verbal talk taken with the bank but till date nothing has been done from icici prudential.They are not explaining anything and no status is provided about the claim.

                                    I checked all of your responses. You didn’t worked on the issue.
                                    You are failed to set up a conference call till now even after so many requests.
                                    You are simply saying only one thing by listening from the relationship manager that i was signed on the docs.


                                    Why i have given complaint to you (Or) other higher officials from starting onwards?


                                    I have given complaint on your icici executives for cheating issue (Is it right? Will u agree??).


                                    What is meant by cheating???. Have you ever spoke with pavani=[protected], gayatri=[protected], laxmi narayana=[protected] and sudanshu.

                                    Docs were signed because your executives promised that they were processed at 11 % interest. When i signed on docs there is nothing to be written on the docs.
                                    It means empty documents. Your executives promised that they were processed at 11 % interest. But your icici executives cheated and they processed
                                    The application with wrong interest rate.

                                    I given complaint in icici portal before loan disbursal only. But icici failed to stop the disbursal. Even i send so many sms and calls to my relationship
                                    Manager before loan disbursal. But he didn't care my words and carelessly processed application. Do you people think that you can cheat any one by false promise and
                                    Signatures?

                                    What about an uneducated person??. Does he has any secure/belief in icici???.

                                    Coming to the point of issue: (I didn't see any work hasbeen done by you not even conference call setup).

                                    If you want me to proceed legally then i will proceed. This will clearly comes under cheating by icici.


                                    Even i have better loan offers from other banks and from icici also i have better offer. I have given complaint for cheating issue.

                                    What is the status on that cheating???

                                    Have u ever enquired. Till now i didn’t get a call from you even after 100 complaints and you failed to take conference call with all of them.

                                    If you want to proceed legally, i will proceed. This will comes under cheating by icici.

                                      With reference to the above, i murari lal dhanuka holder of policy application no. – os07159975. I make it these policy on 18.04.2017, amount of rs.9453/-, which is paid by demand draft. But till now these policy not approved by your branch. I make it these policy to request by your agent sneha tiwari who is work at burrabazar branch icici bank. I want to made these policy in hdfc bank, because on that bank policy premium very low to compare to icici bank, but my relation to bank and burrabazar branch is very good, i drop my idea to make policy in hdfc bank.

                                      When i made these policy, agent told me that my policy sanction within 10 working days, with one month that agent (Sneha tiwari), she neglect any process on my policy matter, always said your policy in working process, but not sanction, after one month she took transfer to other branch, but after that she not take my call, and not give any reply to my call or message, when i complain to burrabazar manager (Rishi mishra) that she not give any reply, he also neglect my problem any took favor of sneha that, i did not call or msg her.

                                      I understand that agent (Sneha tiwari) fraud with me, that’s why i am not continue my policy with any conditioned, i want to closed that policy any how, and want to my money back to my saving account no.[protected] burrabazar branch. I want to that you have to take action against that agent (Sneha tiwari), because she did not give good service for my policy. I want to answer from your side that what kind of action you do against that agent. If you do not any action on this matter then i have to complain to consumer court of your agent and also your icici prudential life insurance.

                                      I need my policy money as soon as possible, otherwise i have take action regard these matter.
