on 31 March 2017 I recieved an E mail showing Rs 6671 debited from my account, on further inquire to my Bank HDFC, they able to find that said payment deebited to my account and credited to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance co,
I am shocked as there were no policy with ICICI, than how its show.

I need investigation and return back my deducted amount....

ICICI sold me the Guarnateed Savings Insurance Plan as a tax saving come endowement plan on 20-Jul-2011. The executive never explained to me how we can close the policy in case of any emergency or issues.

I already paid 1 year premium of 25000 but later on due to some problem I was not paid other premium . and contact customer care for close this policy and refund my amount ( as miss guide by fraud adviser agent that u can discontinue this policy at any time ) but they denied me and added that this policy...
