False promise given

Hi,

I took a life insurance policy with ICICI, because the representative said that it can be paid through ICICI credit card and later it can be converted to EMI's. The representative compelled me to took this policy. Since it was converted to EMI, it was very helpful while repaying. But now they are saying it is not poosible. I am totally dis satisfied with the false promises given by the representative and the ICICI...

I had purchased policy no 02548768 in 2006 @Rs.18000/- yearly premium paid. Due to bad economic condition and also change of residense I could not continue the policy after paying first premium. I have surrendered ICICI Prudential policy with policy number 05393012 on 20th November, but till date I haven't received the amount.

Sir , though I made a request to cancel the policy document sent to me by ICICI they refused to cancel it. They kept on sending me credit card statements with interest levied on interest and finally removed rs 5814.50 on16/3/2009 from my saving a/c.
