I would like to cancel my application for the policy which I have applied today (18/07/2018) Details of the policy given below.

MY NAME - JOBIN THOMAS

NAME OF THE POLICY - WEALTH PROTECTION SOLUTION 3 . ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE.

MY POLICY APPLICATION NUMBER - OC4984843FV0202 .

When I studied the policy and its terms and conditions in details, I found out that the policy is not suitable for my interest. So I am no longer interested in this policy.

I have applied for the policy today on 18/07/2018 and the policy is not even activated and I am on free look period . So I would like to cancel my policy with immediate effect before it is being processed.

what shall i do?
I tried to contact the customer care . but it was not reachable.

    Presently I am having.Policy no. 18696661.company representative Mr. Nikhil Anirudh from Trivandrum city came to my house to brief me about policy. He told me about heart and cancer policy that it is mandatory to take this policy once you are holding policy 18696661.
    He briefed me that My family including me will get coverage of 25 lakhs.
    I narrated him that I am already a heart patient so be sure about policy then only proceed further. My policy no 21887830
    When I received in electronic form I could come to know that all false promises had been made by Nikhil. I wrote email to company to cancelled the policy but due to poor health I could not go to any icici Prudential branch
    Your representative should be well aware that policy does not cover exhisting dwaara se. So please take appropriate action and intimate me.

      But i have not received receipt so far.
      I am not able to down load tax receipt also
      request you to check and update
      Yesterday i got a mail from ICIC prudence. com stating that i can down load tax certificate when i visit the website it say premium not paid

        Dear Sir, I am Bijayashree Sahu applied for ICICI Prulife iProtect Smart insurance plan with application no- OS09359849 and pay the first premium amount (Rs.- 2333 only) through netbanking on 21 june, 2018. But my application was not approved and they will refund me the deducted amount. Unfortunately It is not refunded back to my account yet. Please consider this complain as soon as possible.

          Hi Team,

          I am very sorry to inform that ICICI Prudential Term Insurance is a big time cheaters and they always look for opportunities to extract money from customer and not to cooperate them, an example of the same is my application for Term Insurance.

          I was promised at the time of issuance of Term Insurance that i will quickly get policy and need not to wait. ICICI Prudential guy approached me multiple times for the same. but post taking money and documents after chasing ICICI for more than a month this is the response came to me as mentioned in the XRT attached.
          "Your premium is increased due to - Past medical History"
          I am pretty shocked with this reply.

          I want you to please interfere in it and please help me in getting wise decision and save me from this crooks.
          Expecting you to provide me the full cover as promised in the beginning with initial promised amount.

          I have few concerns:-
          1) Under what medical reason did they raise the premium? They didn't specified the exact reason that this is the exact history of your past due to which they are increasing my premium.
          2) How can they expect that a pregnant mother report will be same after 1 year from the date she delivered? And if they were to consider the same past report then what was the need of so many current medical tests?
          As per XRT, current reports were all fine, that's why they just mentioned reason to be past report. Something really fishy going on with these guys. they just want to extract money and disturb mothers like me by torturing mentally.

            This is a serious and illegal work has been done for selling your policy no. 21604490 C/o Mrs Rajesh Rani, Meerut. by Ms Meghna and Mr. Abhishek Verna mobile. No- [protected]. They are taking my hard earned money as their incentives and other benefits by declaring that I m financially weak as your executive told me name Mr. Hardik mobile no[protected].
            Executives of policy bazaar never told me that their incentives will be deducted from my Installments and neither they provide me any service.
            I have solid proof against them and your executives also recorded conversation between me and Abhishek as he was telling me that ye ham sabko batane lage to ham to kuch earn hi nhi kar payenge like that. And he also admit that you please provide me your a/c no. And IFSC code I will transfer 2000/- rs. Meta incentive aane wala hai.
            Your executive Mr. Hardik suggest me to take a policy self for 5-6 months one time payment from any company as your bandar office will call me to take action against policy bazaar executives and then their agent code will be removed but I have to purchase a policy as Bandar office suggest.
            I have recorded all the conversation between hardik, Abhishek and me.
            So I have solid proof for this forgery.
            I request you to please don't give my hard earned money to any executive. The amount is almost 25-26K.
            What is this happening.
            I told hardik to please stop this for now and for further otherwise I m going to register a legal complain against You and Policy Bazaar for cheating not giving proper solution.
            They have issued a letter by scanning my signature to you which declares that I m not capable enough to pay my installments.
            I will complain to customer care forum also in meerut.
            Give me fast solution as this is a fraud on the name of ICICI like renowned company.

              Not yet replied to my complaints as to why such a small amount was eligible ie Rs one lakh fifty thousand for Both knee joint operations against Total cost of Rs Six (6) Lakhs and Sixty thousand for Surgery or operations of both my knee joints at Hinduja Hospital, Khar west in the year 2015 and month of December 3 rd, 2015.

                  I, prakash yeshwant deshpande have bought a policy named wealth builder from icici prudential life on dated 27/04/2013. Assured sum was rs.300000 and maturity period was 10 years as well locking period was 5 years. When i bought this policy, i was told that, you can surrender this policy, after completing 5 years as locking period and there would be no any penalty charges have been taken from you.

                  I had paid rs. 30000 premium per year for 5 years. Thus i had paid rs 1, 50, 000 as premium amount for 5 years. After completing 5 years period and as i was in need of money, i have decided to surrender my policy.

                  On dated 03/05/2018, i have received a message on my mobile no. Registered at icici prudential life, that, your account balance on dated 03/05/2018 is rs 2, 63, 472/- as i was in need of money, i have surrendered my policy on next day of receiving sms that is on dated 04/05/2018. And surprisingly they told me that you will get only rs 1, 31, 000 against surrender of policy. I shown them a message received me from icici prudential that fund value of my policy is rs 2, 63, 472. But they refused my appeal saying that sms could have been sent to you by mistake and you will get same amount that is rs. 1, 31, 000 only.

                  Sir i have doubt in my mind that how this amount they have calculated. The amount given is not even equal to my paid premium. How they sent me sms showing value of my account is rs 2, 63, 472 and how next day it reduced to 50% less? It all looks suspicious to me. And so i request you that there should be an inquiry needed from you.

                  Sir i am a senior citizen of age of 66 years. I have no children to look-after me and so, i again request you to help me in regaining my hard earn money as early as possible. I am need of money and desperately waiting your favorable reply soon.

                    On 27.11.2017 when i had visited icici bank mulund west branch, upon unfortunately meeting sandeep dhakne, he introduced the investment plan. He categorically confirmed both verbally and in writing that there are no monthly unit deductions therefore we proceeded with the investment. Subsequently when we came to know that there are unit deductions, we sent a message to cancel the investment but he came back saying his confirmation is correct and to deal only with him and to ignore the message that we received for which we have all the written communication. By trusting in his his words, we became his prey. This is the greatest reward of our life trusting an employee of icici bank who is a wolf in the disguise of a sheep.

                    When i send a message for cancellation on the ground of mis-sale providing with all the communication i had with sandeep, their investigation team (Mary nader, ganesh a) reject our request stating 15 days look period, but do not comment a single word on mis-sale in spite of we addressing our emails to mr. Sandeep bakhshi. This reflects to the fact that even the wrong doers in icici get full support from their senior management.

                    Once caught in the grip difficult to come out. We do not want to continue any further in this investment due to mis-sale. Please advise how to surrender the policy.

                      Mentally stressed by the company agents all times. Will call at all times and forced u to say ues else will be called or visits.

                      Also they will speak all good things without lettling u to go thru complete but yourself when everything is detailed in internet and other places.

                      No value for customer private time.

                        Icici bank sales person are cheaters and i got heavily cheated for opting this policy. I have been fighting with all managers and superiors and every one talks about my paper sign. But no one gives me an explanation about why their sales people are liers and cheaters. Please don't trust this bank and bankers working in this bank.
                        Its a big fraud bank and i have been cheated on many policies as i am a nri stays in usa.
                        I am just guiding people not to trust any one in this bank and don't deal with business

                        I am also sailing the same boat like yours. ICICI Prulife agents are like vulture ready to grab its prey. They are wolf's in the disguise of sheep's. I am fighting a lost battle. Staff has the full support for their misdeeds from the senior management team. Investigation team are like caged parrots repeating the same thing time and again with no knowledge of customer service. They especially target NRI customers mainly because by catching a NRI customer as their prey they achieve their targets

                        Dear NRI friends. I am one of the victim going through the same problem like Roblinks. For me there is no chance to win my battle as there is not a single honest person I can think of but if you intend to any investment with ICICI prulife think twice before you act if not you will be one more victim like us.

                          My father did total 9 icici prudential life insurance, among them 7 policies r market link policies and others two are ulip plan policies. Icici prudential life insurance's agent did this all policies and my father just signed this policies, he didn't know what is ulip plan because the agent or advisor not describe about policy's terms and conditions. As usual my father knew that all policies r same, i want to tell you my father is uneducated and a stroke patients from 2016 since he couldn't paid policies. I ask the fraud agent what happens if i don't pay 3 premium at least? Agent said to me that your father paid all policies's 2 premium. So if you not pay then your father policies are lapsed but your fund value more or less back to your father's account after 5years lock period. Then i think ok fine. But when i research on it then i find that my father's two policies r in ulip plan which is my father did not know and also me and my family. When i ask the fraud agent then he didn't respond it. I ask him why you choose this type of policies? He didn't not respond me. Even in 2016 the fraud agent knew that in 31december 2016 due date of policy premium nevertheless he signed new policies of icici prudential life insurance by misinterpretation to my father.2years after policies premium amount is stand around 4lakh rupees. If i not pay this policy then my fund value (4lakh rupees) is full lapsed. This bad incident occurred by misleading or misguided of icici prudential life insurance's fraud agent. Now i want my money back at any cost. What i'm doing now?

                            I need to raise one mis-selling complain for my policy: 20709103.
                            While opting for the policy i have been told that it a 5 years terms and if i pay one time also i will be getting 8% interest at least.

                            But 2 months back when i got a call from customer care for payment of this policy, they told me clearly over email and as well as on call that if i don’t pay this policy my fund will be move to discontinued fund and i will get only interest rate 4% as per savings account.

                            This is where the agent told me incorrect and misleading information and this is not acceptable and i should not had opted for this policy by pre-closing my hard earned money fixed deposit. Please help me to get back my money.

                            Note: i am an old customer of icici bank and i have salary account and 55 lakhs ongoing loan.

                              Hi,

                              My parents purchased a policy number 20283321 with an icici agent where agent told he is insuring my mother (Manju chordiya) as being insured and myself (Sourabh chordiya) as nominee. Without telling us anything, we were given a copy of policy after long time and my parents being not much familiar with documents did not noticed that they actually interchanged the nominee and insurer name. To do this, my signature was copied from my pan card and its clearly visible on policy with a white background. We only realized this when going for a renewal premium when i was about to pay premium.

                              When i asked agent (Mr. Jagdish) and kept pointing it to advisor (Mr. Manish) he said that is because your mother was not eligible which was completely false and then kept on delaying with some response and saying he will meet. Now he says he left icici so cannot help and is suggesting to take sbi policy because he joined sbi and saying he will cover the money there.

                              I want this cheat person to be punished and icici to take strict action as well as refund the amount 1 lakh paid as first premium. This agent even abused us when we started telling him that we will complain about the case.

                                Respected sir/ madam,

                                After my husband's demise, i was approached by employees of icici bank. They introduced and briefed me about a policy for my child. Hoping to secure my child's future, i agreed to invest in the policy but when i asked what would happen with my money if i fail to pay the further installments, they assured me that my money will be refunded, as time moved on, i was unable to pay the further installments and when i asked the concerned authorities, they answered that i wouldnt be able to get any money which i had previously paid. Please consider my grieviences seriously and take action on this matter as soon as possible.

Sita ram singh, resident of veer kuwar singh colony, kashi bazar chapra -841301 bihar, having policy no. 11592469 with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd, chapra branch, have visited the said branch to know the status of my aforesaid policy. It came to my knowledge by the icici pru employee, mr. Vikash (Employee of chapra icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd branch, employee mob no.[protected]) that mr. Manju devi resident of samstipur has claimed my insurance amountrs.260000 (Two lakh sixty thousand) (Approx) in year 2016.

                                  On 09th april, 2018 i submitted a complaint cum request to the branch, mr. Vikash (Mobile no.[protected]) to receive my policy as soon as possible. He assured me that within 10-15 working days of complaint cum request, said policy will be started but neither any action has been taken to revive my policy nor have i received any communication from the concerned department.
                                  Hence, request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
                                  I look forward for your necessary action on the said matter.

                                    Today i got a message like your icici prudentia life insurance policy 00003082 is issued on 13-may-2018.without my confirmation how that account will activate. on 13th may 100 rs was debitted through this issue .iam geeting less salary .so
                                    i want to deactivate icici prudential life insurance poliicy.please solve the issue .i called customer care also i didnt get relevant details .iam not happy with that plese solve my problem

                                      My icici prudential policy nymber is 18195670 and as per record there in my policy account im having 72000 rs and im also having a personal loan settlement amount of 1.60 lakh of which i had paid 47000 rs and as my financial condition is not proper so im requesting to close my policy and kindly transfer this amount of 72k to personal loan department and i will be very thankfull to you all as im earning only 12k rs and having responsibility of 2 childrens, wife and mother and in too much of depression and stress with this matter and i have to pay citi bank pl amount also so its a humble request to icici pru dept kindly help me with the same so that i can live a stress free life once again or else i will approach the rbi ombudsman for bankrupt certificate that im not able to pay the loan amount or i will take a wrong decision of my life suicide and

                                        I have deposited 1 lac rupees in 2 years for a policy saving suraksha but now i am not able to continue this policy i went in a icici office they said me if you discontinue this policy you will get something about 45000 only even i have deposited more than 1 lac rupees now i want to know why we deposit in this kind of policy with icici for saving only you are just doing loot with the innocent people. Your salesman are doing loot also by telling lie with the customers. Icici is a big name this not suits you guys. And i will never prefer any one to use icici services it can be insurance as well as banking services also. My policy number is 19985600
