    I ported out of idea 3 months back after suffering a great deal of money loss. My mobile number is [protected]. I have been asked to pay bill of 270 rs which I paid to a dummy number provided by idea personal. I have paid the bill on the same day but they have not provided me with a receipt. My current service provider is giving me a tough time since in their records i have a bill payment pending of my previous network provider. If i am calling to the contact person of idea.. She speaks rudely and now not ready to take my calls. I am fed up of this. Vodafone (current network provider) has disconnected my services due the same. I need a resolution today.

      Data Usage of 1 GB exhausted in 2 hours without using

      Hi I recharged my idea sim card with 249 net setter plan online for 1 gb data. I am using the sim with a dongle. Recharged on 30 th of may. On 31 May it says the data usage is exceeded. I have used it hardly for 1 hour total. I didnt not download/watched any videos or any files. On 31 st internet was connected only for 2 hours. I used to use 1 gb for almost a month. I can confirm this error because it happened 2 days before also the same...

          Namaskar, My Name is Jigyasu Dadhich, I was using reliance mobile network from last ten years . However due to some network issues in my locality, I have been recently switched to your Idea Network from Reliance. I was really happy to have your idea post paid plan with my two mobile numbers [protected] & [protected]. Now I am totally disappointed & unhappy for your unwanted promotional calls & sms to my numbers. One of my number [protected] is used by my wife & she is less aware about your promotions & its usage charges. By mistake she agreed to activate Missed call alters service for 1yr @ 249rs through one of your promotional call. Genuinely speaking it was not required. I contact to your customer care & ask them to please deactivate the service and waived off the charges as I don’t needed it at all, it was by mistake. Similarly one more service was activated by mistakenly on the same mobile that is Misculb for 99rs. This time it was done by my kid. They activated from Mini opera browser. But the Customer care disagree to waived off the charges. I am agree to pay the current bill, only if you agree to waived off the Missed call alter Service charges in the next the coming bill however I agree to be charged with a nominal amount if it is really mean to you. Further please don’t charge the 99rs for the Misclub in the next bill. Here the amount is not big but the policy you have is really unethical & non-logical to me. Please think with the cool headed mind if you not use a service especially in postpaid connection how you are likely to charge for it. It’s totally wrong & making fool & fraud the people. I don’t want to make any issue further. I agreed it was by mistake & that will be not repeated again from my side. Hope you could understand me & my true request. Please do the needful. Thanks!

              I have recharge the prepaid local plan of 63 Rs.(local calls 35 paisa per min. for 4 week) on 29 May 2015, i am doing the same from last 4 to 5 months. But when i start calling the deduction was 2 paisa per sec. Then i called the idea customer care and they said our plans are changed from 26 may, In which for 63 Rs recharged now you have to pay 2 paisa per sec for first 120 sec. every day. but i said i was never intimated for the same, even the shop owner was not aware of the same thing from where i recharged and the Idea no 123454 is also not saying this even i got the message from the no. 123454 on 29 may which says for 63 Rs.(local calls 35 paisa per min. for 4 week). nowhere it was mentioned that Idea will charged 2 paisa per sec for first 120 sec. So as Per this i need a bit justice either revoke my recharged as i dont want this plan. or revoke the 2 paisa restriction from my this plan.

                Everyday Money deducted from mobile account in form of 0.04 paise, 0.10 paise this process happens in day many times. When I call to idea customercare there is no information is given to me every time server is not responding. But I want to know for deduction of money server is working, but for any information server is down. Please provide me solution. If you have no answer then I will have to port my number in others.                   Hi Idea, My Idea Post paid number [protected] has been over billed for usage of internet services, which was during my pregnancy and during pregnancy time I have not used my phone for said internet data usage . On this disputed we made several call to Idea customer care and I was in communication with Idea cellular customer care -[protected]. Meanwhile I got a call from[protected], From this number one my husband mobile number -[protected] (idea prepaid number) one lady used to speak and represent herself as Idea customer retention division. After her few call in month of April-15 & June -15. She proposed to Pay Rs. 2500 against total outstanding and assured me that after paying this amount My number will get operative again and all balance our standing amount will get waive off for which I will get no due certificate as well from Idea by end of Month May-15. She arrange to sent one person at my Husband's office to collect Rs. 2500 on 20.05.2015 as I am out of town these days. My Husband has handed over Rs. 2500 to person came to his office identified him self as an Employee of Idea cellular Navarangpure - Ahmedabad office. An Idea payment receipt no. 2287402 dated 20.05.2015 was also provide Person who collected named him self as Nilesh and given his mobile number [protected]. But till the date my Idea post paid services has not been started nor on any of[protected] of [protected] I am getting proper respond and Now they again started to pay me more money on the name of some Idea company policy.                       Few days ago my sim was not receiving signal so i contacted idea store my phone doesn't have any problem so i transferred my no. To a new sim so after two days my sim started working on the same no. And now again my sim isn't working and my phone doesn't have any problem the problem is either with sim or the signal so can u please help me regarding this coz my father has accounts om this no. So as soon as possible i need to start my sim Please help me with it

As these people are Robbing innocent people I received a message from the company, at early morning 08:10 am IST and the message contains " Omlet dhenitho taayaru chestharu? A. Idly pindi B. KodiGuddu Reply A/B ani ledha call cheyandi 52256. RS 38 lakshalu viluavagala bahumathulu gelchukondi Rs. 2/Ans " which means how does a omlet prepared ? I just spoke with customer executive IDEA company he misbehaved and spoke rudely his name is Mouli emp id: 22101087. I just want to know do really these Idea people take Indian people as granted ? and when i raised same point with executive he was very rude at me. please look into this and take appropriate actions.                           Lok Adalat case no. 26739/2015 I had to appear on May 26, 2015. But I got this notice today on May 30, 2015. As per the case : (Cust. Co. :[protected] I have not used that sim since after I bought it because there is not Idea network in my office. And I don't even know where it is now. I had read in the template given with the sim that if I won't use this sim for some * months then its services will be stopped. But still I'm getting the bills. The only deduction was done with that numbers was of Rs. 3/- that too because I entered into the Idea Power option of the SIM. And the only call made from that SIM was to Idea Care to activate the SIM. Sir/Ma'am, I am a regular IDEA user. I am using an another IDEA SIM since last 4 years (another state SIM). Kindly look into this matter and deactivate that sim. Here I don't want to disclose my number, kindly verify it by my Customer code. And kindly do the communication with my registered email id. That secondary mobile number that I provided is not in use. If you wish then I can mail you my current number. Thanks.

                          Idea network is very bad they deduct amount from prepaid also by saying different stories. Without out any permission just they will activate and renuve services. Customer care is very bad. If we ask any thing they say it's system do automatically. Idea company just robe ring customers.

                              Dear Sir/Madam I have been using your companies service for the past 1.5 years([protected]) and for the past few days i have been getting the message of that my unbilled amount is nearing its credit limit ant the amount is 3068/- i dont know anything about this and this has never ever happened before. I would like you to look into this matter as soon as possible and should be upto my satisfaction level Thankyou.

                                I would just like to understand in this customer centric industry... ur team is asking us to contact you rather than contacting us to resolve this issue .                                   i have recharged a 2G data pack of 1GB in my no. and then after, because of slow speed, i have recharged a 3G data pack again of 70 mb... after using 70 MB my data balance shows 0 kb... i didn't use any of my 2G data balance and it is showing i have 0kb data balance left..when i asked customer care representative about this they are not able to answer my query..

                                    Hi, I had applied MNP for my vodafone number [protected] to idea. Actually i applied MNP for my two Vodafone numbers on 4 May 2015. One got ported within a week but above number doesn't. Porting number was VZ417818. I called Vodafone 2-3 times, they said call idea from our side no problem. When i called IDEA 4-5 times. One time IDEA customer case ask me to visit nearest gallery and pay Rs. 500 since my number is select number which is ending with 6060. After paying only porting will happen. So i complained this again with IDEA and seniors then they started giving false commitments that porting will happen today/ tomorrow like that. But its not happened till date and finally got rejection message below from Vodafone. "Hello! Your Porting Request VZ417818 dated 22May15 has rejected due to the validity period of the UPC has expired before its receipt by the donar operator". Idea was intentionally delayed this process to get illegal charges Rs. 500 since my number is ending with 6060. Take serious action on IDEA, Pune, Maharashtra.

                                    Yes..you need to investigate the root cause of this. As far as I know, there was no pending documentation or anything else for this porting. With the same documents my other number [protected] ported within one week and this number [protected] doesn't.
                                    Every time false commitments from IDEA. One time customer care was OK when I said I am going to escalate this to TRAI. By the way I was with IDEA for 5 years earlier to Vodafone. And already paid for gold number that time. Now from where this Rs. 500 demands came I don't know. Just because of this IDEA delayed for porting and then Vodafone rejected it due to expiration of porting code.

                                    Any way I will write separate mail to "[protected]@trai.gov.in" about this incidence.

                                    Finally my problem got solved after re-applying for MNP. Did daily follow up with both Vodafone and IDEA and got done this time within week.

                                      Dear sir last saturday i.e.23/5/2015 I have prurchase a idea sim card they said me within 24 hrs sim gets active but its been one weak but number is not yet active my idea number [protected] so kindly look after the matter. Even I have submitted my documents twice. if i call customer care they says my document has not been submitted
