My Name is Jigyasu Dadhich, I was using reliance mobile network from last ten years . However due to some network issues in my locality, I have been recently switched to your Idea Network from Reliance. I was really happy to have your idea post paid plan with my two mobile numbers [protected] & [protected].
Now I am totally disappointed & unhappy for your unwanted promotional calls & sms to my numbers. One of my number [protected] is used by my wife & she is less aware about your promotions & its usage charges. By mistake she agreed to activate Missed call alters service for 1yr @ 249rs through one of your promotional call. Genuinely speaking it was not required. I contact to your customer care & ask them to please deactivate the service and waived off the charges as I don’t needed it at all, it was by mistake. Similarly one more service was activated by mistakenly on the same mobile that is Misculb for 99rs. This time it was done by my kid. They activated from Mini opera browser. But the Customer care disagree to waived off the charges.
I am agree to pay the current bill, only if you agree to waived off the Missed call alter Service charges in the next the coming bill however I agree to be charged with a nominal amount if it is really mean to you. Further please don’t charge the 99rs for the Misclub in the next bill.
Here the amount is not big but the policy you have is really unethical & non-logical to me. Please think with the cool headed mind if you not use a service especially in postpaid connection how you are likely to charge for it. It’s totally wrong & making fool & fraud the people. I don’t want to make any issue further. I agreed it was by mistake & that will be not repeated again from my side.
Hope you could understand me & my true request.
Please do the needful.
