    i would like to bring a kind attention regarding a call from idea executive to port a number. i had applied to port a number in idea cellular. the executive gave wrong information due to which i had not ported my number after one month i got a series of call. they said they had filed a complain in vijaynagar thana for not porting the number and called me pretending to be Thana incharge. i am mentally harassed by them. it is serious matter, i hope the matter to be looked upon and some action should be taken.
    the mobile numbers from which i have got calls are, [protected], [protected].

    This is the number from which i have got call form the executive pretending to be SI Vijaynagar ghaziabad (SI Raghuveer) is [protected]. i have gone to the Thana and there was no such call from them.

      While downloading an app from Play store i got a notification that my credit limit has exceeded and i cannot use any services any more. (Mob No: [protected], Kerala Circle) In fact I have a 2GB data plan (Postpaid) and i have hardly used 100MB. And whenever i check my Unbilled amount it keeps sending me my unbilled amount as on 2 days ago. Its a new connection i took. Less than a week old. Please help as soon as possible.

        I have idea post paid connections for my entire family. I had no problem till last month and i was satisfied customer. however this month they have charged unbilled amount 2400 Rs. I have made 15 complaints to know the details with response we cannot access unbilled amount. I have been receiving email from last 10 days u hv exceeded the amount. however i have given written complaint but no answer . I have checked my call and no excessive calls are made. only i have added internet pack on my mobile this month but then the charges cannot be 2400. now they have debarred sms. Customer care does not care for customer with less competency to handle any issue I am fed up with the service of idea and shortly deciding to change the service provider for all 8 connections.         The idea is not able to tell what is the reason of high bill no justification but it wants customer to pay bill .EVen after 15 calls and written complaints they have not specified why the bill is so high. Can idea not justify the same. I have seen same problem with many customers.
        request idea to give details. In case the calls are barred i will escalate the issue
        waiting for the response. Last 15 days 15 complaint no response on billing details but connection disconnected. Is this fair??? from idea so called corporate company.

        The details of the charges were not given to me inspite of last 1 month follow up. Now the charges given are false I can prove it to you. The service of idea has been pathetic. This is causing mental harassment to the customer. Will escalated the issue.

              I have applied for Idea wifi internet connection on 15 May 2014 and i was told that installation will be done in 2 working days. However till date no installation is done, when i call customer care they say that no details are present on my name and when i call the agents, he dosent answer the call and if he receives call then he say, he will not install, do whatever you want.

                Hi, I'm using Idea number [protected] and I need to change my bill plan. As per process I've sent mail week ago to their mail Id requesting them for change in bill plan. I'm being sending repeated reminders but they are not responding at all. I've contacted customer care as well 3 times and they are unable to help as plan could be changed on emails only. I don't know what is happening as no one is responding at all to my mails. I don't know what to do as there is no defined escalation matrix for Idea. In a very helpless situation, can anyone help?

                      Sir, I have select idea network and join with ur company network through no. Portability from 8/4/2014 .My cell no. is [protected] I have select Rs. 399/- Plan which gives 1500 local min free and 1 GB net free . Beyond this u can charge.But u have charged 1530/- for first bill. When i talked in customer care they informed me about billing cycle. But i have received messages from idea time to time about my data usage which informed me about data consumed and free data left to be consumed which can be clearly state that u can consume 1024 MB. Idea can message about my bill cycle which was not clear to me. So pls kindly credit this amount in my next bill. Thanking you

When I talked with Mr. Nagabushananam customer care executive from Karnataka, He replied that it is not available in Karnataka. Please clarify and refund back the deducted amount to my account at the earliest.                           my self vishal upadhyay. mobile number : [protected]. i am new in indea . i got news that idea gives 256 kbps speed on 2g . so i purchased it . my main use is only net . even from idea care i got that on 2g net speed will be p to 256 kbps. but as i am using i got very bad speed .even i cant surfing by this speed . and i keep turn on my internet for hope of speed and when i turn it off i got a messAGE LIKE 24mb used . i dont knw how my net is used . please take some action . as another network providers idea is also being liar with public.

                            dear sir, i am a customer of idea network. they has deduct a amount of rs. 200 per month. my no is [protected]. 5 month ago i start 3G data of rs 200 per month but i use it only 1 month.after that i was not able to use by company network problem till now. they charged rs 200 every month. today i went to idea store in IMT Manesar at raheja square. they told me that there is not activate any plan of 3G . my no is CUG so plss help me

                              some body had picked up my cell phone and idea sim its no. is [protected] in the name of K. Rama rao and soon after picking it up got it put in switched off mode. I traced it out after a gap of 20 minutes when i wanted to call somebody thru my cell when i was not able to trace it out i tried through land line calling to my cell no. it says 'switched off' from around 14 hours to now it says the same so since it is a post paid bill any no. of calls can be made till it is traced it out. Hence I intend to block my number safety purpose. please do block the same and shall rvert back soon the cell and the sim are traced out.

                                      Last friday, I got a 3G net pack for Rs.250 and a balance recharge for Rs.1000. Thursday morning I have around 400KB and Rs.965 left. Around 2pm, I go for an exam that got over at 5.30pm. All this while my mobile was in my bag, untouched. I try to make a call after the exam and my internet pack is over and balance is Rs.0.2. I call customer care and they say that because the internet pack got over, it used balance. Their point may be valid. But they also added that between 2pm and 5.30pm, over 3GB of data had been used which is why the balance is gone. If no one touched my bag during that time, how is it gone? I checked the data usage on my mobile and it says only 877mb has been used all day (which includes the time my net pack was working).
