[Resolved]  Idea — Excess billing on post paid connection unbilled amount

I have idea post paid connections for my entire family. I had no problem till last month and i was satisfied customer. however this month they have charged unbilled amount 2400 Rs. I have made 15 complaints to know the details with response we cannot access unbilled amount. I have been receiving email from last 10 days u hv exceeded the amount. however i have given written complaint but no answer . I have checked my call and no excessive calls are made. only i have added internet pack on my mobile this month but then the charges cannot be 2400. now they have debarred sms. Customer care does not care for customer with less competency to handle any issue I am fed up with the service of idea and shortly deciding to change the service provider for all 8 connections. The idea is not able to tell what is the reason of high bill no justification but it wants customer to pay bill .EVen after 15 calls and written complaints they have not specified why the bill is so high. Can idea not justify the same. I have seen same problem with many customers.
request idea to give details. In case the calls are barred i will escalate the issue

The details of the charges were not given to me inspite of last 1 month follow up. Now the charges given are false I can prove it to you. The service of idea has been pathetic. This is causing mental harassment to the customer. Will escalated the issue.
