The idea is not able to tell what is the reason of high bill no justification but it wants customer to pay bill .EVen after 15 calls and written complaints they have not specified why the bill is so high. Can idea not justify the same. I have seen same problem with many customers.

The details of the charges were not given to me inspite of last 1 month follow up. Now the charges given are false I can prove it to you. The service of idea has been pathetic. This is causing mental harassment to the customer. Will escalated the issue.
