I had recived fastag from bharthana tool (Vb tool), near karjan. I had received fasttag from tool plaza and i had received log id & link by sms on my cell phone no ;[protected] that time. When govt. Make it compalsary that time i triy to log in with received id and password but i cannot got login, it says your id got expired. So i tried to contact idfc toll free number but not responding. I cant opt for other app without cancellation of this app. So how can i get login to top up money or check my balance. For top up i have to go tool plaza and your person topup it. But i cant go every time to top up at tool. My vehical no is gj 4 ap 1534.

    Hi team,

    I purchased product from myntra of 5798 on 20th march. However because of some unforeseen situations i canceled the same and myntra has confirmed that they have issued refund already. However i did not get any confirmation on this. This is cheating and bluff with customer trust. Due to this my partner bank hdfc has not canceled the emi and also deducted first emi from my account. Would request you to take immediate action on cancelling the loan. I am posting thus complaint to consumer forum as well for this harassment

    As i bought two products so myntra cancelled and refunded amount in two parts.

    2646.68 (2nd product) + 3150.99 (1st product) = 5797.67 (Total loan)

      My customer ID is [protected].In the present Crisis most of the Banks provide facility for online submission of 15H for the current financial year or extend the 15H form submission till June and waive TDS as per the form submitted for year 2019-20. This is to ensure that customers need not visit the Bank during lock out period. But this Bank is a poor service oriented one and one should refrain from this Bank since it is not prepared to operate a Bank under crisis possible because of incompetent non qualifies staff manning the Bank. Only the system works now in this bank always giving a Service request when a query is raised and the same will be closed without any resolution or any coordination with the customer. In my case a personnel from the Bank collected 15H on 30th March and that is the end of story. Mails to head customer care or CEO will be responded with SR number and that that is the end. The Bank should have facility for online 15H submission or use the common sense to waive TDS till June as done by some other banks in the country. It appears this bank management do not have both i.e proper IT staff or common sense!!!

        Hi have paid full amount as per your advise incl pre closer charges on 11th feb 2020, post that two emi's have deducted from my account..!!
        I have wrote to customer care many times and wrot to you pno and rno as well but no resolution on this, given below are few ticket numbers which are yet to close since very long time.
        41447231, 41482295,[protected], and have not received some ticket numbers.

        And reaching your customer care over your so called hot lines is myth i believe.

        Pl do let me know if you take some ownership and close this issue or i think i need to take legal advise from my legal team.

            I am manikanta bn having account in idfc first bank a/c [protected]. I visited ujjivan atm in pandavapura, mandya, karnataka-571434 to withdraw the money from my debit card. The amount i tried to withdraw is rs 7000. The issue is i did not received cash from atm but the money got deducted from my account.

            The incident happened on 01-apr-2020 around 8.34 am hours ist.

                  I was selected in idfc bank and joined on 19/02/2020... After joining when i saw that my offer letter is comes from any other fake ravi named company... I ask with supervisor for that they convence me to pay 5000 for letter direct idfc bank payroll
                  .. I denied to do this... After that our whole team signatures on letter where corona virus leaves mentioned and ask with team leader to release us for leaves... Sourabh named team leader is fired me for that letter and not given any proper reason for termination... I lost my job unnecessary for taking care of my health... I need this job.. Please help me.

                  Apart from this in our bank there is many fakes name consultancys were hired candidates and asking for money... A huge scam is running south there... Please investigate

                        Your bank executive "rahul rathore" was harrasing me by calling my facebook friends and saying tu shaadi karne jaa raha mein tudwa dunga then he was saying chor hai tu bikhariyo se baat nahin karta mein

                        Is this how you treat your customers? I have recorded that call and when i ask him why are you calling my facebook friends he was saying tu chor hai and he was literally shouting at me

                          I have complained twice but there is no action yet by the bank. I recharged my wheels eye wallet on 12 th february with 1000 rs and transferred the amount to my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885. But it is denied on toll plazas to pass as they are not seeing any balance in my fastag despite having 1000 rs in it.
                          Kindly do something regarding this.

                            My fastag is blacklisted and recharging it wont work either, tried contacting idfc fastag customer care but they didnt pick up.
                            Recharging it through logging into account wont work either.
                            It has been two-three weeks since this problem arised but no idfc customer care number picks the phone.
                            Very poor service.
                            Please have a prompt action regarding this.

                              emi deducted twice

                              Hi team
                              My loan account number is 21298664. And due date of payment is 1st of every month. Due to lack of money on 1st i have not paid emi and 2 times ecs return charge is deducted and thus when i received my salary on 7th i have made the payment. The utr of my payment is[protected]

                              Then on 10th march 2020 again automatic ecs was debited of amount 9462.

                              I have mailed the bank customer care also but they...

                              I have using easy buy card from capitalfirst cum idfc first bank. Now when i am trying to purchase voucher from flipkart or amazon to buy the product its not allowing me. I want to buy furniture for that even i have approached pepperfry for whom they have mentioned it is avaialble on physical stores. There also its not avaialble. Really disappointed with thier services.
                              I ahve raised complaint with thier head customer care email id but still they are investigating its been almost 10 days still no suitable response on the complaint raised.
                              By looking like this situation looks like idfc is going to be next yes bank. I would request people not to go for idfc services rather go bajaj finance card or thier services since they have tie with more outlets and stores where you can avail the credit facility.

                                two wheeler loan issue

                                I have completed and closed my bike loan 2 months ago and still not seeing it in cibil. This bank is very slow in service. I have paid all dues and closed the loan. Also i have received noc from them but cibil still shows 5-6 months due left. This irresponsible of bank has badly impacted my credit score. Please update with cibil asap.                                 I recharged to my wheels eye wallet and recharged my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 having i'd no.[protected].
                                But due to direct recharge my fastag is not showing balance but my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 is showing 1000 rs.
                                And the concerned idfc bank is not refunding the amount to wallet.
                                Kindly assist me regarding this situation and take proper action against this bank because even after complaining by email to their coustmer service, no satisfactory action has been taken.

                                  Dear Sir

                                  I have sent several mail regarding this but no response from the IDFC bank team.
                                  I have made the fore clouser of loan of Rs. 127814 on February 21, 2020. I am calling the customer care on daily basis they used one word no updates happend.

                                  The below is the mail sent to customer care, PNO IDFC. Further to this IDFC bank has been deducted EMI again in this month.

                                  I had by mistakenly transferred funds for my already closed account for which i spoke to customer care & it has been 2 months, i haven't got my money back inspite of several commitments over the email, customer service is pathetic & these ppl are completely non professional as they do not know the meaning of tat. Even after escalations everytime they have a standard email reply and the time of resolution is increased by 20 working days but no response can be expected.
