I have using easy buy card from capitalfirst cum idfc first bank. Now when i am trying to purchase voucher from flipkart or amazon to buy the product its not allowing me. I want to buy furniture for that even i have approached pepperfry for whom they have mentioned it is avaialble on physical stores. There also its not avaialble. Really disappointed with thier services.
I ahve raised complaint with thier head customer care...

two wheeler loan issue

I have completed and closed my bike loan 2 months ago and still not seeing it in cibil. This bank is very slow in service. I have paid all dues and closed the loan. Also i have received noc from them but cibil still shows 5-6 months due left. This irresponsible of bank has badly impacted my credit score. Please update with cibil asap. money not being refunded to my fastag

I recharged to my wheels eye wallet and recharged my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 having i'd no.[protected].
But due to direct recharge my fastag is not showing balance but my vehicle no. Hr63b 9885 is showing 1000 rs.
And the concerned idfc bank is not refunding the amount to wallet.
Kindly assist me regarding this situation and take proper action against this bank because even after complaining by email to their coustmer service,...

I have made the fore clouser of loan of Rs. 127814 on February 21, 2020. I am calling the customer care on daily basis they used one word no updates happend.

they call me 7-8 times a day

I have activated dnd through their company still they keep on calling me 7-8 times a day from different numbers. I have even talked to customer care helpline number many times still there is no difference i still receive calls.
Their executives often say me this is system generated call even though i have requested them to remove my number from their list there is no major necessary action taken from their part...

no consumer support

I've sent emails along with required documents to idfc fastag links, for fastag account closure.

I've been calling their toll free number for almost a month, their executive never answers the call.

After emailing them, i never recieved any reply, visiting the nearest toll plaza, recieved the information, that you have to call on toll free number, no other alternative!!

I'm in a great deal of dilemma,...

While taking loan we have initiated with direct ecs process 2 pay my emi first emi a/cpayment regularly deducted and clear in smooth way. But after that am filled 3 mandate form and all of them rejected i have money in my bank account but emi not deducted automatically it is their fault but after date of emi they call 20 to 30 time...

excess toll charged

My vehicle number is MH15EX4230 AND TAG NO 3XXXE880
I LAST USED IT ON 8TH JAN 2020 AT NASHIK SINNER TOLLWAYS FOR INR30 RS AND BALANCE WAS 264.26

Today when i logged into check the balance was surprised to find that Rs 65 was deducted from my account on 13th Jan as debit adjustment charges.

What are these debit adjustment charges ???

Earlier too i was charged for such useless transactions...

foreclosure letter

I have taken rs 251000 now i want to close the loan. Only the idfc bank takes 15 to 20 days to provide the foreclosure letter with this is horrible where other banks provide with 2 days time or we can directly go to the bank and make the payment without foreclosure letter.

My foreclosure letter no is 39875840. Kindly provide me with the foreclosure letter at the earliest and reduce the days to issue the foreclosure letter...

closure of fastag

I following up with the company since 6th jan 2020 for closure of my fastag. Initially i was asked to provide a number of documents - that too only after i called up customer care several times. All matters are resolved since 16th jan 2020. Still they are not closing fastag and are giving false commitments.
My complain number registered with the bank is idfc_rs_3519...
