[Resolved] IDFC Bank — resetting of fastag account

Sir, I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle HR02-AJ-1096 . My fast tag account user got expired, Now I want recharge the account but message appears as user got expired . My ID is 278968.Charanjeet I am also in touch with their help line no.[protected] and making mails since three days, but all is vain even sending mails are not the suitably replied. I am working as An IC with black buck my sales code is 162148 We have requested for closing fastag for some vehicles after 9 days of waiting didn't get any response . Aslo tried to contact with customer care but it's failed to connect.

User id 67783.Roshan, , recharged in september, having sufficient balance, the account has been expired, not able to use it when required. No one picks up the toll free number, no email ids mentioned to share the greviance. What kind of services are being offered by this bank???

I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle HR26-CG-0971. Whenever I try to login to portal to recharge the tag it not allowing me to login and thwoing error ''Sign-in failed:user account has expired".

PLease help asap. I do not have any other fast tag and I need to hit the highway tomorrow morning.
