Today on 5th of december 2019 i got a message regarding ₹2880 deducted from my primary bank account and idfc first loan / capital first has debuted the same from my account. I don’t have any active loan with this bank neither i applied for a new one. All my previous loan has been successfully paid off. I have tried reaching out to the customer care even tried to registered complain from their portal but nothing is working out. I don’t know why the government is sleeping like this that they don’t even know what’s going around.
Kindly help me out with the situation

    I have purchased fasttag with IDFc and been chasing for activation for 10days. Neither msg or email has been received. Representative is just ignorant.
    No customer care representative to answer even waiting for 30mins.

    After follow up multiple times, still no updates or resolution. Even after buying, I am unable to travel on highways as this is neither activated or will be able to topup.

    Worst part is toll-free number is for name sake and music and auto answering.

      I have paid my emi in paytm bcoz of error occurred in my bank account so i have paid in paytm. And check the bounce chrge amount for october month i have paid in october 2 and also the bounce charge was credited to my account for 2times, for november i have paid in 4th november and also the bounce charge was credit to my account 2 times so kindly check it and kindly reverse the bounce charge amount that was credit to my idfc loan account.         First, i bought some clothes at myntra of about 4200 but refunded some of that order. Then i ordered some of about 4000, which i liked so kept it. I used the instacred cardless emi option. My easy buy limit is 100000.
        The problem is that now i'm trying to buy something of about 8000 at myntra but the instacred cardless emi option is not showing up.

          I took a loan from rupeeredee and cleared the amount before the due date i. E 27th november 2019 and received a message from bank that the mandate has been cancelled. And today i. E 28th november around 10:00am the money was automatically debited from my account. I have a family's emergency my grandfather is under treatment and this money is really important. Please help.

            From last 15 days i am keep trying on customer care number to unlock my acccount but call not connecting and no other ways of communication i can make it

            One side govt of india says we need to have fastags, other sides these banks are not providing the services properly, as a customer we need to suffer

              Nothing has been sent on sms about the expiry of the tag,
              I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle HR26-CG-0971. Whenever I try to login to portal to recharge the tag it not allowing me to login and thwoing error ''Sign-in failed:user account has expired".

              PLease help asap. I do not have any other fast tag and I need to hit the highway tomorrow morning.
              I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle CH01BC8733. I could not login to the account, as my Sign-in failed due to the expiry of fasttag account, Now I want recharge the account but message appears "Sign-in failed: user account has expired".
              I could not connect to the line no. Please help.

                Sir,
                The idfc first bank is continuously deducting fraud emi in my account. They also issued an loan (Loan no #[protected] in my name which they haven't given to me. They are stoling the money from last 4 months. I have complained about this many times but they are not responding to it and always gives my same answer that it will be resolved in 20 days from last 4 months. They are also not letting me contact to their nodal officer for complaint. Due to this we suffer the great loss and metal torcher. Their behavior is abusive. Due to this my father got panic attack.
                Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible and give my money back with proper compensation for the loss that we have suffer.

                  I had taken a loan and wanted to close. Either customer care number is not reacheable & customer care email id: [protected]@idfcbirstbank.com is also getting bounced.

                  This means idfc first bank not allowing to close the loan. Hence, i will give the police complaint against them and all their remaining payment will be not cleared until idfc first reaches back.

                    Took a loan from idfc bank for 7lakh and did foreclosure of loan and requested for same, meanwhile after calculating the amount i requested loan from axis bank to get the dd and give same to idfc bank. However i have given the dd for 657000/- and still idfc bank said i have to pay 53000/- as foreclosure charges are 5%. It's been 2 months my emi is getting bounce as they are charging for entire amount, where as i. Have already submitted dd to them and asked for emi on remaining amount of 53000. No one is helping me from the bank they are suggesting me to settle the remaing amount which will affect in my cibil.

                      I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

                      Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

                      Please look into it and do the needful.

                          I have cleared idfc loan amount last month itself, according to their norms emi should debit in Successive month and refund it again with in 15 days, but one month goes still debited emi not credited, people were not responding too
                          There is no option of idfc bank on flipkart to buy emi i tried many times but there is no option available there

                            I bought a product from flipkart through idfc emi. I cancelled that order and they refunded the amount to idfc. I sent all proofs to idfc bank of refund that i got from flipkart but till now they didn't respond to my emails and calls. I called every 5 days but they are saying we will do like that. They are deducting my emi from the account it has been 60+ days. No response from their side

                                Dear team,

                                I have received a offer from idfc first bank were bank official mr. Karan and vikas committed me for 13% roi and now after submission of all the document they forced me for higher roi 15+ which is ethically wrong practice they are doing. They have taken my signature on blank bank document. And taken fee charges of 300/- for document. Requesting you to please take necessary action on your team. And full fill the commitment of 13% roi.

                                  I have got three vouchers from instacred to purchase in Flipkart I have used only one voucher of rs.10000 remaining two vouchers worth of ra.20000 unable to use .contacted Flipkart they clearly said that voucher providers has to reset the voucher unfortunately I am sending mails after mail to fleximoneyinstacred not getting the proper reply.i have started paying emi without using money this is really painful.
                                  Need some solution

                                    consumer loan card blocked

                                    I have idfc consumer emi card and i have taken loan in idfc for ac and i paid intime all emis.. But they blocked my emi card without any mistake from myside..

                                    I just stopped emi for this month and informed them that i[censored] release blocked status then i will pay the emi.. They said that they will unblock the card but how many times i kept the request they didnt cared my responce and even before i intimated them they raised bounce...

                                    I am Ankit Sehgal having account in IDFC First bank. I visited one of the SBI ATM in Hong Kong Bazaar, Sec 57 Gurugram, Haryana to withdraw the money from my debit card. The amount I tried to withdraw is Rs 7500. The issue is I did not received cash from ATM but the money got deducted from my account.

                                    The incident happened on 18-Oct-2019 around 17:20 hours IST.
