harassment by reminder on payment of loan a/c 21574670

We have received payment reminder letter for above subject. Were we would like to bring to your notice. While taking loan we have initiated with direct ecs process with 2 loan a/c.in which one a/c payment regularly deducted and clear in smooth way. I had taken a loan and wanted to close. Either customer care number is not reacheable & customer care email id: [protected]@idfcbirstbank.com is also getting bounced.

This means idfc first bank not allowing to close the loan. Hence, i will give the police complaint against them and all their remaining payment will be not cleared until idfc first reaches back.

    Took a loan from idfc bank for 7lakh and did foreclosure of loan and requested for same, meanwhile after calculating the amount i requested loan from axis bank to get the dd and give same to idfc bank. However i have given the dd for 657000/- and still idfc bank said i have to pay 53000/- as foreclosure charges are 5%. It's been 2 months my emi is getting bounce as they are charging for entire amount, where as i. Have already submitted dd to them and asked for emi on remaining amount of 53000. No one is helping me from the bank they are suggesting me to settle the remaing amount which will affect in my cibil.

      Hi

      I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

      Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

      Please look into it and do the needful.

            I bought a product from flipkart through idfc emi. I cancelled that order and they refunded the amount to idfc. I sent all proofs to idfc bank of refund that i got from flipkart but till now they didn't respond to my emails and calls. I called every 5 days but they are saying we will do like that.                   I have got three vouchers from instacred to purchase in Flipkart I have used only one voucher of rs.10000 remaining two vouchers worth of ra.20000 unable to use .contacted Flipkart they clearly said that voucher providers has to reset the voucher unfortunately I am sending mails after mail to fleximoneyinstacred not getting the proper reply.i have started paying emi without using money this is really painful.

                    consumer loan card blocked

                    I have idfc consumer emi card and i have taken loan in idfc for ac and i paid intime all emis.. But they blocked my emi card without any mistake from myside..

                    I just stopped emi for this month and informed them that i[censored] release blocked status then i will pay the emi.. They said that they will unblock the card but how many times i kept the request they didnt cared my responce and even before i intimated them they raised bounce...

                    I am Ankit Sehgal having account in IDFC First bank. I visited one of the SBI ATM in Hong Kong Bazaar, Sec 57 Gurugram, Haryana to withdraw the money from my debit card.                       emi deducted twice

                          Hi,

                          I have tried to know what instacred (Of capital first / idfc bank) is and suddenly i have been approved a limit of rs.10, 000/-. Though i refused to take that credit limit, no one of the bank bothered to listen to me, even after several written requests, starting from 09/09/2019 and they even deducted the first emi amount from my bank on 03/10/2019. Written several emails, even to the head of their customer service, to refund back the amount deducted and to cancel the limit assigned, but no action has been taken till date. I am even unable to use that limit to any of the online merchant outlets, they have prescribed. The toll free call centre is also not of any use. Once i had been able to connect them, but after hearing my plea, they disconnected the line and could not even connect the operator more than 100 times thereafter. However, i just want capital first - idfc first bank to cancel my instacred limit and refund me back the money (Rs.1, 786/- deducted on 03/10/2019) they have deducted as emi.
