Updated by Vivekanandan Sanjeevi Complaint: Two months before i had problem in digital dashboard after the repeated complaint atlast they accepted and replaced board but i'm Not sure whether it's old or new board because it was stopped working with in two months. Again i made a complaint they rejected and closed, After repeated request and ticket opened/reopened they attended and told that it won't cover under AMC so they requested me to pay 3500/- for new board even though still it's under AMC period. They are not considering AMC when ever complaint being raised. They are telling so many reasons to avoid covering it under AMC. they are telling reasons like water went inside the board. I suspect the board that they changed two month back was the old one thats the reason why i'm getting repeated problem again on dashboard.

I'm using IFB washing machine with under AMC for 2 years and i'm facing unprofessional, irresponsible service of IFB
Whenever complaint being raised with IFB help center they are assigning the ticket to 'Dikshit' enterprises thiruvottiyur but they are closing the ticket without any information to customer( as i'm AMC customer they won't get any benefit). I used to wait for 2 to 3 day and again When i check with the customer care about the ticket status they told ticket was closed. I was confused and requested them to reopen but they told that they don't have option to reopen instead they created new ticket. Please check the list of ticket details below:
Old Ticket Details:
11/02:[protected] - Ticket number closed with out solving problem
11/09:[protected] - Reopened another ticket but still no action
New Ticket Details:
23/03: Ticket Closed with out information to customer
28/03: [protected] - Closed with out information

When ever they came for repair work they used to sell some product with compulsion:
examples:
Washing machine cleaning powder 900/-
Sterilizer
They used to demand washing machine was dirty so you clear the machine with this powder then only we will do repair.
I request to take action against them and do the needful.
Make them to fix the problem with out any changer since the machine is under AMC period else ask them to give the AMC amount.
The door is not working properly too. We are having a trouble.So, we would be pleased if someone come over to our house to repair that. We would be grateful to you.
