I have been calling ifb from the past 2 months and they are not able to register my complain. Every time they say system is not able to register their complain and have to take it manually and they say that i will be getting complain number by sms. Till date i have not received the sms or any service or call from ifb. Pathetic service!!

Its been 2 months and they are not able to resolve their technical glitch where they can register in system. Such a fool and forge company is ifb. When you are not able to give service then why sell products.

Its been only few months from product purchased and i have been receiving problem with my microwave oven. It is continuously working even after its timer has expired. Why the hell do you sell products and make a hole in customer pockets!

I tried contacting the senior team but futile efforts. I should have gone with other trusted brands. At least they are known for their service.

Pathetic and poor service by ifb!!!

    Sub.:-cheating and misleading the customer
    I'm using ifb washing machine with under amc for 2 years and i'm facing unprofessional, irresponsible service of ifb

    Whenever complaint being raised with ifb help center they are assigning the ticket to 'dikshit' enterprises thiruvottiyur but they are closing the ticket without any information to customer (As i'm amc customer they won't get any benefit). I used to wait for 2 to 3 day and again when i check with the customer care about the ticket status they told ticket was closed. I was confused and requested them to reopen but they told that they don't have option to reopen instead they created new ticket. Please check the list of ticket details below:
    Old ticket details:
    11/02:[protected] - ticket number closed with out solving problem
    11/09:[protected] - reopened another ticket but still no action
    New ticket details:
    23/03: ticket closed with out information to customer
    28/03: [protected] - closed with out information

    Complaint: two months before i had problem in digital dashboard after the repeated complaint atlast they replaced with othet board (Not sure old or new board) after two months again i'm facing same incident. After repeated request and complaint they are asking me to pay 3500/- for new board even though i have amc. They are not considering amc they are telling reasons like water went inside the board. I suspect the board that they changed two month back was the old one thats the reason why i'm getting repeated problem again on dashboard.

    When ever they came for repair work they used to sell some product with compulsion:
    Examples:
    Washing machine cleaning powder 900/-
    Sterilizer
    They used to demand washing machine was dirty so you clear the machine with this powder then only we will do repair.

    I request to take action against them and do the needful.

    Make them to fix the problem with out any changer since the machine is under amc period else ask them to give the amc amount.

    Complaint: Two months before i had problem in digital dashboard after the repeated complaint atlast they accepted and replaced board but i'm Not sure whether it's old or new board because it was stopped working with in two months. Again i made a complaint they rejected and closed, After repeated request and ticket opened/reopened they attended and told that it won't cover under AMC so they requested me to pay 3500/- for new board even though still it's under AMC period. They are not considering AMC when ever complaint being raised. They are telling so many reasons to avoid covering it under AMC. they are telling reasons like water went inside the board. I suspect the board that they changed two month back was the old one thats the reason why i'm getting repeated problem again on dashboard.

        I purchased ifb split ac, model no. Ifb sac 1.5t iacs18jcctgc (Cu) machine sl. No. 002032 from sham lal krishan lal (Gst no. 07aahpa5063e1z5) on 11 feb 2018. I call customer care for free installation on 05 apr 2018 at 1030 hrs and got ticket no. [protected]. When technician visited my home he said that there will be extra labor charge for wall mounting and extra pipe, for this issue i called up customer care on 06 apr and no one give me satisfactory response. I spoke to mr. Shailender about this and ask for company’s written guidelines, he said he can’t give that to me. I told him that i will get that from legal way, he replied that first you go legal way than we will see. When i got such response i called up their technician and asked him to come and install ac unit on their condition (Because no one in customer care was caring about the customer) he replied that he will come tomorrow with the extra items. Next day (07 apr) when i called technician to confirm timing he said he is going somewhere else and give his senior no. To call (Mr. Rakesh) he didn’t pick up the phone then i called customer care. I spoke to miss suman, she assured me that it will be installed today, but nothing happen and again i got assurance that tomorrow it will be done. I confirm that it is sunday tomorrow and it may be a holiday, the technician told me that they are working on sunday and definitely it will be done. But, same story is happening, no one is responding. I raised this issue to miss anu thakur as well but no one is caring
        I raise this issue on national consumer forum and the complaint no. Is 679174. I hope i will get prompt response from your end the un-necessary hassle. I have purchase this ac for my comfort and it is creating unnecessary botheration to me. Please help me to solve this issue and look in to the matter of extra labor charge as well.

        I bought one IFB microwaves 20PG3S before 5 years. The set is working properly around 3 years. After 3 years the touch pad is getting disturbed. Now it is not working. I stay in Siliguri, West Bengal. I don't found any IFB service centre here. Please arrange to send a technician to change the touch pad.

          We called for washing machine service. Technician visited, troubleshot and said it's a bearing issue and it will cost 4000 rs. As our amc period was over, the tech asked us to pay for new amc. We paid for the amount as requested but after few days the same issue started again. Now after submitting the complaint request, the tech visited after 3 days to say that the complete panel has rusted and it will not come under amc and it'll cost 5000 rs for replacement.
          I really don't understand why the first tech asked us to pay amc unnecessary for the same issue and now we are in trouble without a resolution for our machine problem.

            Washing m/c is not working. After complaint technician from datar service station, thane came, took rs.6000/- and did something in the m/c, even after regular chasing and register complaint in ifb customer care...[protected] no one is turning and after passing around 18 days m/g is not working.

            Very poor response from such a reputed company

            I have attached the payment i made to authorised frenchisee but even after calling /registering complaints no heeding is there.

                We purchased IFB 7 kg Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (TL SDW, White). on 23 oct 2017, product was delivered on 31st Oct and installation happened on 15th Nov after repeated calls to customer care

                On feb 25th we raised the first complaint that the washing machine smells rubber while running, Today is April 7th and this issue is not resolved yet.

                1. Had to chase customer care everyday to get a technician visit
                2. After regular followups, Three different technicians visited one per week and could not resolve the issue. The drum is struck and could not be opened
                3. Now 4th technician wants to try and cut open the drum and a screw since this could not be opened through normal tools ! which is unacceptable, to me, this is a defective product and has to be replaced
                3. Washing machine is not being used from Feb 25th

                Effectively we used the machine only from Nov 15-Feb 22, This is a defective product, please process a replacement for the product

                The quality of the product seems to be very average or we have received a defective product, this has to be replaced completely and not repaired!

                  Sub.:-Cheating and misleading the customer

                  Daily I am raising the ticket at IFB Customer Care but they are not resolving the matter and the AMC period is nearing.
                  I sent a mail to the higher official but of no use .

                  with a very painful heart I am putting my grievances, every year I am taking AMC and once or twice my machine gets serviced in spite of raising frequent complaint(please look into the IFB Customer Care center complaint log in the system)Also when it is been taken up with higher officials, there is no call back from their end even from customer care center or the higher official.

                  IFB washing is under AMC and not working
                  the techican visited often but unable to repaire it.
                  since the existing compliant has not been closed by the authorized
                  service agents, another fresh complaint has been taken by the
                  customer care
                  I have been cheated and mislead to wrong information, false
                  commitments, by IFB service provider Mr.Jyothi Babu and the customer care center floor managers Mr.Ali, Mr.Salam and Suman
                  and they pushed me through psychological and physical difficulties to meet our daily needs with the IFB washing machine.
                  it is so weered to know from such esteem company their own staff and the service provider saying the machine is outdated and the spare parts are not available in the company since, the company stopped manufacturing the spare parts for the past 4 to 5 years and you pls. go for a new machine.
                  in that case how they give AMC for the machine, it is purely cheating the customer.
                  for the past 6 to 7 months they simply fooling me, when i had a talk to the call center executive about the spare parts they said it is not like that the spare parts are very much available and the technician will attend shortly and resolve the problem.
                  I am struggling a lot without washing machine and not able to attend my classes regularly for the past one mont.h hope you can understand my problem.

                  Sir at this juncture I need your help and hope for the speedy action as soon as possible.

                    Sir, my above washing machine has developed following fault:
                    1. The intense spin and dry function does not work.
                    2. The inlet hose to the soap dispenser has cracked.

                    I had lodged a complaint with your customer service and was promised that service representative will reach within 24 hours. As nothing happened i again contacted the customer service and they gave me the phone number of local service center (Aurangabad, maharashtra) on contacting the local service center i was informed that the service persons are not available. Then i asked them to supply the hose so that i can use my machine. Initially the lady of the service center readily agreed to sell the hose but within a few minutes she phoned and refused to cell the hose. Do you think it is correct to pay service charges of rs.540/- to rs.589/- for a mere hose replacement, water seal of lint drain, fan belt when the customer can easily replace the parts. Even acqua guarad sells spare parts to its rightful customers. Why you do not do it. Kindly direct your local service center owner to supply the parts immediately - capt. P. R. Gokhale

                      I have lost my microowen turntable i have called customer care for the support they have given my contact details to the mr. Syed from ss cooling solutions. He charged me 1700 but he has not delivered me the original product.

                      When i have checked in the ifb showroom they says original product price itself 700, he has charged me extra and promised me that if any issue he will take the product back but he is not responding to my calls now.

                      I have attached the invoice for the same and the product details.

                      Note: please try to understand the pain of the customer and resolve the issue, dnt just pass on massage to some fake vendors like ss cooling solutions and they play with the customers.

                      If they are registered franchise with you only god should help you to retain the customer back such a pain he has given me and he is wasted lot of my time by blocking the numbers which ever i call and they doesn’t even have little commonsense how to behave.

                      Dnt encourage such a cheap and common senses less fellow ever.

                          Agent id no 169798 icr no 2412045. Vaihanavi enterpreise hsr layout banglore i am ifb ac product since last 6 years and i have a good faith in ifb products. Last week my ifb ac is not giving cooling so i have given the complain to ifb agent for repairing. He took 2-3 day to fix this and said many thing this part that part is gone etc etc. I agreed to replace the part l type ac cu has been replace that has gone and he fixed on 30th march 18.ac cooling worked for one, then again same issue ac is not cooling. When we called him he said he will the next day. But the next day he is not even picking the call. I have paid around Rs[protected] and still is issue is not resolved.

                              Now I have a new complaint number: [protected].Filed today.

                              The drum had fallen down as the drum spring was cut. The replacement took several days. After the spring was replaced by the technician Rakshit Gowda (+[protected], he noticed water leaking from the bottom of the washing machine below the drum. Technician said the drum had fallen on that "rest bar" which was broken and also needs replacement. This was on Monday, 2nd April. He promised to come back next day (Tuesday) with the replacement part and fix the issue. We tried calling Rakshit several times on Tuesday but he kept ignoring and disconnecting. Today, I got an SMS saying the complaint has been cancelled!! How is this possible without fixing the issue. I tried calling Rakshit form a different number and he answered and said he will call back in 10 mins. Now after 7 hrs, no call has been returned. Called again and he said this is a wrong number and he is not Rakshit!! See truecaller snapshot attached. Called customer care and now they said that the complaint was cancelled as customer (me) refused replacement outside warranty. Such a lie, this wasn't even discussed. Also, my warranty also is "4 yrs, 100% warranty" and I bought the washing machine 2 yrs ago. It has been 2 weeks without a washing machine and your service is getting pathetic by the day. I'm expecting resolution immediately.

                                  My Name is Somnath Dutta, I purchased a Microwave of IFB company, model name 30sc4 (that is register in the Name of Mr. Sankasuk Pal), from Amazon.in.
                                  It was a gift from me to my sister on her wedding. Alas, she could not even use that oven for one single day because from day 1 the main circuit board of the machine was not working. we called the customer care and sent a technician, he came and could not understand the problem so simple avoided the situation by blaming Voltage problem. Again we did a complain and another technician came. He told that the circuit board had to be replaced. It was done, but the problem was still there. So again we complained.
                                  This thing continued for another 3-4 times and finally we managed to make the technician understand that it is not possible for us to use a useless machine and complain again and again, we have out own works to do. They promised us a replacement within one week. It has been three weeks now but nothing happened. The service in charge of Kolkata, Mr. Suraj, has blocked our phone number. I again called the customer care today and they gave me the phone number of Ms. Uma Sengupta, but again, nobody is picking the phone up.
                                  I am fed up now. By this week only I will be raising a complaint with the consumer forum regarding this.

                                    Hi, i have a ifb washing machine and i am using it for last 12 years. 10 months back i got the motor and belt changed as it was not working. Now after 11 months again the machine is not working and the technician has asked me to replace the motor costing 4400. Same was paid last time as well.

                                    I have shared last bill when the motor was replaced.

                                    I'm not sure how such expensive part is to be replaced again and again.
