A hukka bar is running in P-199 Budh bajar road, mohan garden, uttam nagar near paani ki tanki new delhi. Many small school children & adults come here in school uniform & smoking cigarette, hukka use here & use abusive language in roads. Women and children are uncomfortable passing this area in nights
Few days back police raid in the bar then they closed the baar bt after few days later they reopen the baar
