I want to withdraw from this package as my daughter is unable to understand by this app. My receipt no Is tnl[protected] Dated 15.04.2019 Please refund rs 9000 plus 4250x3 = 21750. Please take back tab given to us. Regards Byjus id deducting emi of app every month automatically through iifl. When contacted iifl, they say talk to byjus & when contacting byjus they say contact iifl. Finally byjus says it will be deducted automatically you can not stop it. Name of the Company - Byjus Service Type - Class 1 to 3 Invoice number- BYJUS[protected], Dated-29/7/2019 Loan ID- [protected] CMS ID- CMS[protected] Date of cancellation- 26/8/2019 Register number of the consumer -[protected] Amount paid -Rs 7700/- Present status – As per the consumer he have taken a plan from Byjus and after using one week he asked for the refund which already initiated by the company, but still he is getting the calls from the third party (IIFL) that the 1st installment of the loan is still pending, however those calls are regular on daily basis although it was informed to them that they have got the refund and they do not need the services, then Byjus informed the customer that closing the loan will take 21 days, till then consumer will get such calls. Expected - Consumer do not want such calls and he want that such calls should be stopped on immediate basis, although he will not pay any EMI for that, else he will go to consumer forum against it.

We have register Byju's for my daughter (9th to 12th std) on 14/07/2019 and received the KIT on 21/07/2019.But language understanding is very difficult to my daughter no learning, it is not useful for her and I am also not satisfied. So we had already informed to your representative (Mr. Rabeen khan ) within 10 days.But it is not cancelled yet .Money also detected from my personal account Rs 6758 on 10/10/2019.
Total amount paid 9000 + 6758 = 15758.
Now I am frequently calling to mentor(Mithulla ) for cancellation but they are not cancelling.
Refer the attached document from Byju's representative for cancellation.
Please take the immediate action to cancel and take back your KIT (Tablet Lenova ) .Please refund the balance amount
