Hi,
I'm vikas shankar gujar mobile number : [protected]
Iifl a/c no.: gl7449283.
I got massage from iifl on 19 august 2017 iifl a/c no.: gl7449283. Was closed & refund of 9512.24 is to be processed, please visit our branch with cancelled cheque for processing refund. I visited antop hill iifl branch on 21 august for further process i submitted cancelled cheque. Since two week i'm taking followup with concern branch still i not get the refund amount on my bank account.

im waiting since last two months but i didn't get 2447.00 my refund.branch has already taken my all documents.my last case id 03254301.also the behavior is not good.i have suffering and requested every day. i need the money to day.

im also told that if you not send it the money im facing a big trouble.branch said its a central office problem and central office said go to the branch and visited.since two months i just run and call but poor service continue.there is no humanity and responsibility from your side.i need a positive response today

please look after the matter my cse id last send 03254301, 03275448, 03275527...my register mobile number [protected].

name details all are taken from branch the assured me but since two months result is zero.

also there is no response from your side.

1 number is given[protected] which is out of service.

is it a good behavior from company side.its a consumer act where a customer facing problem and from your side no responce delay continue.
