Hi, My India Post registeted parcel bearing consignment number CD[protected]IN has been despatched from New Friends Colony SO on March 21, 2004 and has last been in transit after being despatched from Integrated Parcel Hub, AMPC, NEW DELHI. India Post tracking does not show any updates after 22 March. It takes Max of 7 days to reach Bangalore. Consignment not delivered as on 29 March. Plz update status . Awaiting reply asap. Item was booked at Market Road BNPL SP Hub, New Delhi, pin code 110001 on March 05th 2024. And deliver adress is dhanbad 826004. But my item is not deliver and delay in delivery time
And not any update of tracking no. I check tracking no item was booked but item is not dispatched.

I have parcel coming from Germany and it has been arrived in India on 24th March at DIMC. But India post has not updated their tracking details since 16th March. I have no idea where my parcel is after that, since now i am supposed to track it on destination country’s website aka India post. Please update your tracking details i highly request to India post. My id is RX13*****93DE

I have a parcel coming from China, it is a registered post with consignment number RG[protected]CN, it has been a month it has reached to India but it has not been delivered from India Post Office, the item is booked for Gurugram, Haryana. It has reached to Gurugram, but it is being floated from one zone to another zone and now finally it has reached to Delhi Rs TMO, as per the tracking status.

I have also registered a complaint on the India post portal with number: [protected], but no action has been taken on this

Please help me the delivery of the parcel as it would be tough for me to go to post office and get it

The parcels were sent on February 20, 2024, and there has been no update. I need to get hold of it as it contains important things. When we inquired, the officers said the parcels left India but if so, we should have received it before 1 or 2 weeks. It has not left India.

Kindly note that I sent a parcel from Bangalore to Bishalgarh S.O ( Tripura) on 1st March and today is 22nd March. Till now didn't receive the person..Also after 14th March tracking also not updated.. its showing Transshipment center Mirza..After that tracking also not updated..its been 21 days and still bot received..pathetic service..What is the point o[censored]sing India post. My important document with India Post Consignment tracking number EW[protected]IN is stuck at IGI TMO, Delhi as per the India Post Consignment tracking service.

Parcel that was paid extra to be expedited has been stuck for 4 weeks at IGI TMO New Delhi. When i track the item through India post, The last update was showing like, Items has been arrived at Delhi AP TMO and Item Dispatched to Igi TMO and the last update was on 23/02/2024 08:56:36. Since its been 1 month as of today.

This is urgent matter and need parcel to be processed for shipment to CANADA.

My international parcel with no: RE[protected]SE is just moving from one post office to another post office. Reason shared is insufficient address which I am not able to understand as the address was correct and complete.
The contact numbers of the post offices are either wrong or not reachable. There are no email IDs. I am trying to reach out through twitter but no response.
I have no clue where to go and raise complaint.

This is Ayush kumar C/O Sushil Kumar Jhousaghari Dukhi Sah Road B. Deoghar Jharkhand 814112.

My confidential "Inland Speed Post" (containing Debti card & Cheque book) from State bank of India with consignment no. (JB[protected]IN) booked on 15/02/2024 at 18:42:57 hrs at Bnpl sp hub sbroad Kolkata (712101) to reach destination B.DeogharHO (814112).

But the on 19/02/2024 at 17:25:16 Postman marked event status to be undelivered due to "ADDRESS UNLOCATED ". and return back the parcel to the source sender.

Due to this I was penalties by Bank SBI @118 INR as return and re posting charges.

I didn't get where I'm guilty in this incident and where is my fault. "Nither my address is not reachable nor that urban". In past times Indian post dilevers here successfully. Since my memory this type 'DEFICIENCY AND NEGLIGENCE IN DELIVERY' never happens with me.

Indian Post is "fully abide" to deliver my parcel at my doorstep.
Being in Postal department you fairly understand that isn't it a fair excuse that my address is unlocated. Many "responsible private" courier partners frequently delivers here without any acute issue.

Sir, this is totally a postal service entropy and trying to hide with such a unjustified reason.

I'm asking u sir to kindly kindly
•examine my case and •find out what really happens in feild. •Why I didn't receive my parcel and •whome is guilty of to pay penalty?

A parcel was booked and sent to me via Inland Speed Post with consignment number UI[protected]IN from Parcel Processing Center Bengaluru on 6th March 2024 and it reached Arogya Mandir SO Gorakhpur on 11th March 2024 and was out for delivery on 11 March 2024 and on 11 March 2024 by evening I saw the status — Not Delivered Addressee cannot be located.

Eventhough I gave the correct address and contact number, no attempt was made to call the addressee about the location.

Can you please look into the issue and call them for exact location and try to attempt to deliver again.

Hi .. I dispatched parcel from Bangalore on 4th March to Rajampet H.O (Andhra Pradesh) .On 9th it received there and showing it delivered to the addressee...which is not yet received by the addressee. Article no : CK[protected]IN.

Till today ( 12th March) addressee didn't receive the parcel.
Kindly look into this and resolve asap.

My Academic transcript has been stuck in Delhi Igi tmo for almost 3 weeks now, urgently look into the matter. It has to be sent to Canada, mount royal university.

I am Srishti Pandey I didn't get any update after Delhi RS tmo item is dispatched and I need this order very urgently as I am going tomorrow my hometown and from Delhi toh Chandigarh it just takes 3 hours to reach please courier my parcel as soon as possible it's really important...And the customer service is also so rude so please let them know to treat the customers...and update the tracking status.
