    Sir toltal 7 parcel have been sent by india post but only 6 parcel received. One parcel having tracking number CH[protected]IN Is not received and status of item is not changes since 26 Jan 2024. Please look into the matter solve this issue

            As I dispatched parcel on 25th Jan from Bangalore to Anantapur ( Andhra Pradesh). It received 27th on Georgepet S.O and shows it delivered to the addressee ..but actually not delivered yet.. Kindly resolve this asap.

              Website not loading since 3 days

              My parcel of Tracking ID CP[protected]IN booked on 23rd January 2024 from Shivpuri SO to Garia SO South 24 Parganas. I tracked the parcel for 2 days but from 26th Jan the website is stopped responding. The customer care is useless they are saying due to technical issue it has happened. It contains important stuffs and if it is lost I would be in big problem....

              Sir,
              As I sent a parcel from Bangalore on 16th Jan 24 to moinabad (ranga reddy, hyd) .. and the parcel received in the post office on 20th Jan . Also in tracking it shows delivered when the parcel is actually not delivered . Kindly resolve this and deliver the parcel asap.

              They didn't do home delivery..Instead of call the person and inform to collect it from.post office...when it reach the parcel on 20th January and informed the addressee on 25th ..such a pathetic service from the moinabad post office.

                I recently booked an item form ndia post M I Road GPO Jaipur branch. For USA. My friend has not received this item yet and it's location is also worng,
                please chack It contained an important item of my friend's which he wanted for Christmas but he did not get it on Christmas.

                        My concern is that I was attempting to open an NPS account but at payment page got disconnected due to some internet glitch after that the payment page to not appear. Now if I am checking the status with the help of ACK number it shows "No record found".

                                  My package EJ[protected]IN has been shipped from Hazaribagh HO on 05/12/2023, it reached to Delhi on 10/12/2023 and last update of 10/12/2023 is “Send receptacle abroad (Otb)” and in United states postal service is showing a status “Origin Post is Preparing Shipment” but even after waiting 8 days I can not see any update. Please help to know the my package status.

                                    I send a parcel from Bangalore .. The parcel reached the destination post office on 14th Dec 23..but it's not delivered..it showing the item is ONHOLD. They didn't even not receiving the calls and didn't try to reach the addressee contact number.

                                      Kindly note that the parcel reached the destination on 14th December 23..and they are not yet delivered the parcel yet .they are holding the parcel. When we try to call the post office, there is no response for calls..also when the person went to the post office still they didn't respond properly. When we are keeping the contact number along with address, they can atleast call in the given number and ask them . If the post master or concern people are not doing these things why we use the postal service.
