The consignment has last update of 11 Aug in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Ma Ranchi RMS TMO at about 18:57:28 but no updates after that. The status as of August 11 2023 12:58pm. The tracking status shows that the item is delivered to adresse . But the recipient never got the package. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call. We have inquired in the surrounding flats and office as well & nobody has reported receiving the package....
