I send a parcel from Bangalore .. The parcel reached the destination post office on 14th Dec 23..but it's not delivered..it showing the item is ONHOLD. They didn't even not receiving the calls and didn't try to reach the addressee contact number.

Kindly note that the parcel reached the destination on 14th December 23..and they are not yet delivered the parcel yet .they are holding the parcel. When we try to call the post office, there is no response for calls..also when the person went to the post office still they didn't respond properly. When we are keeping the contact number along with address, they can atleast call in the given number and ask them . If the post master or concern people are not doing these things why we use the postal service.

My Registered Post RG[protected]PT arriving from Portugal is stuck in Mumbai Foreign Post office since 12th. Also the next office is being mentioned as Airport Sorting Office whereas the delivery address is of 400605. ( The next office is usually mentioned as Kalwa S.O. ).

Please look into the matter and dispatch the post as soon as possible as it will be nearly a month in few days since the parcel is in transit.

Here I want to report complaint against the untrained Staff at the IndiaPost office Ambala City. They never fill the correct details for the Post/Parcels. Due to which Customer always face Return of the International Parcels. They cannot even input the details mentioned on the parcel correctly into the system like Customs declaration form, Destination Country Name, Destination correct Address, Items codes in the declaration form that too when all the details are clearly written/printed on the parcel by the Sender customer. Many times Sender has to visit the Post Office due to there silly mistakes like Incomplete Address in Electronic forms, Item codes in Electronic forms, Incorrect Receiver Address and even Incorrect Country. This is the fourth or Fifth time our Parcel is getting returned to the Sender due to incorrect information provided by the IndiaPost Staff. It is like complete waste of efforts and Money which the Sender pays for International Parcels. It is mental harassment that each time guiding them to put correct information and when we don't know or see what they putting in the forms in their computers that too when they have to just see, copy and paste.
Receiver Country Post service simply sends back the parcel due to the incorrect and incomplete information provided by these untrained staff at IndiaPost. Till now we have wasted 20k plus on International Parcel delivery charges that too when it was not delivered to the Receiver and sent back to Sender after a month or more.

I buy a used 2nd hand mobile phone from ebay US online shopping i already pay on online that mobile phone is sending from ebay USPS courier service to delhi india post that is departed at Delhi on 19 Nov 2023 and Delhi customs clearance processing completed after completed the processing they sent to kolkata foreign post office on 25 Nov 2023 kolkata customs clearance completed after that percel is reach in India post office imphal on Dec 6 and 7 nov that parcel is departed in delivering service centre but they don't deliver because they told me that pay 20k rupees for kolkata customs service charge for that parcels if i haven't pay they don't deliver my phone i talk to kolkata customs service they said to me that for talking to Imphal HO but they said to me firstly talking kolkata customs sevice please help me for deliver my parcel .

My 02 speed post consignments are stuck at Delhi AP TMO since 02/12/2023.
I booked my speed post consignments from IBC Hyderbad (500109) with consignment number EP[protected]IN and EN[protected]IN on 28/11/2023 for Kemerovo Oblast, Russian Federation, on tracking it is showing at IGI TMO New Delhi on 02/12/2023 and there is no update since 02/12/2023. Kindly help me; my daughter (student) needs these consignments as early as possible. Please look into the matter for deliver the items.

Parcel stucked in Bilaspur RS TMO . It is dispatched on 3rd july from Bilaspur RS TMO, but after that no tracking updates. The parcel is stuck. It usually takes 1day to arrive in Ambikapur post office, Please! deliver it as soon as possible

I cannot track the package on India post’s website but on the USPS tracking, I can see this: “Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on October 29, 2023 at 5:30 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.”

Hi, My family has send me package from India and i live in canada. They sent the package on 31st october 2023 via speed post and the last update i received on the package was Send receptacle abroad (Otb) which was on 2nd of november. My mom has sent me stuff for diwali and i really wish i receive the package. before diwali. Since, november 2 there has been no update, can you please have a look.

My parcel has been dispatched from New Delhi RMS TMO on 28th October, 2023. It should have received it by now. And there has been now update on the website since 28th October.

And i have not received my parcel since 36 days from India to Ireland.
after tracking the consignment, it says item received at Mumbai Ap Inland TMO on 6th October 2023. Since then there is no update .
Kindly Solve my issue ASAP.

My parcel is supposed to be delivered by yesterday but my tracking shows door locked. I was home all day yesterday…. Today also the same status showing my door was locked…. Past two days same message is given to India post but my home was open and I was home all day long…. Please do the needful, take action and request to deliver my parcel soon
