We placed order on 25/05/2022 11:20 AM. They have charged total of Rs. 965/-(First Rs 840/- and then charged extra Rs 125/- saying it is village) They told the order will receive at 7:30 PM. But the chat box and the contact numbers are unresponsive after 7 PM.

Amount is not refunded. Please do the needful.

I had ordered a cake on india cake on the 23rd of may . They did not deliver the cake nor have they returned the money .i request for a refund immediately

I had ordered cake for today and paid an amount of Rs.614. They confirmed the ordered yesterday and today morning they send a mail for paying an extra Rs.275 for delivery. This site is a fraud. On contacting the customer care the person started quarelling.

After doing this when I followed up they had responded that it will deliver by 7 pm but it has not delivered till date neither my mails or
Calls has been responded and also i have not received the refund till date .

Plz do suggest shall I file a fir against the company.

My order number is 1732192. It didn't get delivered today. I had booked the cake for my sister's bday in kerala which was today. I want the refund.

I had ordered two cakes with order nos. 1732100 and 1732097 from IndiaCakes.com and they were not delivered. And now they are not initiating refund. They didn't respond to my calls and mails.

We have placed a order no Indiacake.com order no : 1732090, Inspite of paying the amount inccured for the cake, they have asked to pay Rs.250 additional for delivery which was said to be free initially . After paying the same the delivery was not done .
And now they are nor sending any response to emails nor any answer to calls, Also tried connecting via online chat, and they asked to share a email which was again done and have no response . They are just saying will provide coupon, which is of no use . Again for the same also there is no communication as such .

I have ordered Cake and Flowers to deliver between 9 to 11 pm on 10th May.
I paid an extra Rs 250 for the mentioned timing.
It was delivered too early at 7 pm.

Only Cake is delivered, not flowers. I have paid a total amount upfront for cake and flowers.

Cake and flowers were for the 25th anniversary and Order was not delivered properly.

I Did not expect this kind of service from Indiacakes.

No one from your support/enquiry is picking up calls and communicating properly.

Got another mail having different billing and shipping address
When called customer care they had said delivery of order is not possible
Also you will not get any refund

Order no.1731326.I paid online Rs1265 at 7.28 am on 4th May 2022 for cake delivery delivery time after 2 pm at calicut which included Rs 150 for shipping and handling chgs. Later after 5 hours they send a mail for extra delivery charges of Rs350 stating place far off. Since I placed ordered and paid online and had a busy day at office checked mail during night. Thats when I saw the mail, and replied for refund on 4th itself. Had marked them mail twice and called them twice and today being told that there is no refund. I need support to get my Rs 1265 back..Please help as this is a fraud company and will let my friends and family know that never to order cake from this website

We gave an order on 08/05/22 order no. 1731848. When I contacted your customer care service it was said that the order will be delivered before 9 but just before we got a message attached below. It was the first time ordering from India cakes and it was the worst experience we had. As you couldn't deliver the order at the said time I would like to have fully refund of Rs. 523 ASAP as it is very clearly mentioned that there's no return policy once the customer receives the order and we haven't got our order due to your inconvenience. Hoping for a speedy response for this issue of order no.1731848 or else we would take the issue further.

I have ordered a cake for Mother’s Day.But 2 days gone still haven’t receive my order and no proper response from their support team no reply message or email.Fed up with their ### response somebody should take a severe action against THIS WEBSITE I saw there are 600 over complaints against them .Need to block that website to protect others from that fraud website and company.

I placed an order online for Mothers day yesterday and the item was not delivered at all. They don't even pickup the call and talk to us. The moment, I talked about the complaint, they hung up on me. This happened for almost 6 times. very disappointing. The payment is already gone from my account. On top of it, after the order is placed and the payment is deducted, at times, they will put your order on hold and send an email on the additional payments, "Stating that the address is too far and we need Rs. 250 for delivery". This is very common and it almost happens all the time.

My cake was not delivered. I changed the location so that it can be delivered but they could not deliver and stated that it's far away, they took the whole money, fraud when they couldn't deliver they should have informed earlier but no they are sitting on my hard earned money

There are lots of discrepancies with IndiaCakes :
1. While placing order (order # 1730865 for Rs. 1900) I choose normal delivery which means 0 delivery charge and as per they convenient. After paying the amount I
got an email and message to pay Rs. 250 stating that delivery place is far from our center. I have attached the screen shot for the same.
2. I ordered for cake(Rs. 1500) and bouquet of flowers(500) and they
delivered very poor quality cake and more importantly instead
delivering bouquet of flower they delivered 8 dairy milk(Rs
10/piece) chocolate. I have there call recording regarding this as well. but there's no option to add it here.
3. After I called customer care .. they disconnected the call and not getting
any response in return.

Hi Team,

I ordered a cake and flowers yesterday morning and it was showing same day delivery. Then I came to know at night from the recipient that they have not received the cake and flowers. I tried calling the customer care. But the call was not answered saying that I called after office hours, on Sunday.

I wrote a mail yesterday. There was no response.

I called at 3.40 pm, the customer care executive responded that there was delay in receipt of the payment so cake could not be delivered yesterday. If I wish it can be ordered today. Though I was not aware about the delay in the payment as it was deducted the moment I placed the order, I said them to deliver it today.

Then I received a mail for extra payment as delivery charges. It is so disgusting. This was not told at the time of placing the order. Also there is no communication even about the delay from the IndiaCakes.com. The executive responded very badly and blamed me that I shouted at her.

I have cancelled my order. I do not know whether I will receive my refund or not.
