I ordered a cake for 549 rupees and applied discuount and opted for normal delivery. but after few hours i receive a call asking to make a payment of addditional rupees 150 which wasn't mentioned during the order. Later, to confirm when i called the helpline no. [protected], the people are so rude they just bang the phone and never answers any calls.
my order no. was 1725211.

        We have ordered a Combo Cake with this web site. Our order no.1724885 for supply to chennai.
        1) Cake was not baked properly.
        2) Bad smell while open the cake.
        3) Cake received alf Liquid condition.
        4) There was no response from order taken representative.
        5) No response from the supplier.
        6) Very worst product we have received.

          Order ID # 1724728
          Placed order at 11:30 and to get it delivered before 2 PM paid extra 150.. Again India Cakes requested for 250.. I paid that as well but my order is still not delivered.

          They should not commit anything if they can not fulfil.

          I want them to deliver it by today else cancel order. And they should return extra delivery charge money of 400 in any case which they took to deliver before 2PM.

                I have placed an order today. After few minutes got a message and mail from Indiacakes asking for another Rs.250 against delivery charges. I have mailed them and asked for cancellation of the same but they told me that I will get the refund through coupon only. But I want my to original payment method

                  Dear Sir,
                  Online Order No. 1723989 dated 15-01-22 placed for one Cake for delivery of said item at Kannur, Kerala for the birthday on same day on India Cakes portal (www.indiacakes.com ) and I have also made payment of Rs. 1400/- towards purchase of cake through debit card on 15-01-22.

                  India Cakes failed to deliver Cake to the destination place and no proper response made for my continues follow ups through email and chats.

                  today they were saying "Refund will be as a coupon code which validity for 1 yrs." which i don't want since its not my fault and why should i suffer keeping their coupon which is unwanted for me after the birthday date..

                  Note :- If the payment is not credited back in my account within reasonable time, i will take legal action against India cakes pvt ltd.

                    I have order a birthday cake by 12.30 and opted for as soon as possible snd paid additional amout 250. Again another email to pay 150 rupoes test also I paid immediately.
                    The customer cake mot responding always disconnecting the calls.
                    The alternative number always call call forwarding. They never delivered the product on time and charing as as possible option znd creating the customer. Worst service

                          Order no 1722537, despite of giving full address with zip code, got a message back that the service is not available in the given location then my question is why did you take order and processed payment?? After calling customer care number of times I was asked to pay 250 and then 150rs extra fr delivery. But with what trust anyone would do extra payment again. Then I was told the money will be refunded, it’s been 10 days since. So when will I get refund???

                            I have placed an order having order no 1723044 on 31st dec and paid 549 for the cake and 250 for midnight delivery charges. They did not deliver it on 31st. I tried calling them on 1st Jan 2022 they told me it will relieves before 5 then 5.30 then 7 and then 7.30 finally they did not deliver till date. I haven’t even sent them a mail to cancel the order and refund. Their customer care executives are so arrogant and rude. One of the executive says upfront refund cannot be processed. Another says refund cannot be given we will give coupon codes. Another says we have not received money from franchise we will process once we receive money.

                                I ordered cake from India cakes, they did not inform about the delivery charge
                                They didn't help with the tracking ID. When I tried to call on the number, they started asking for delivery charge of 400 which is too high. They are not at all responding and have mo refund policy.

                                  I placed a cake order on 31st Dec 2021 paying Rs.494.10.

                                  After sometime I get an email and sms requesting to pay Rs.250 as delivery charges as the delivery address distance is more.

                                  I refused to pay and replied over email asking to cancel it. Charging delivery fee after placing the order is not fair, it's cheating.

                                  I have not got any confirmation till now if the order is cancelled and refund will be processed.

                                  They don't receive call when tried this number as per their website [protected].

                                  Their chat support team is not active in responding messages. And email conversation also same.

                                  Please resolve this issue.

                                      The full amount was charged to my debit card.
                                      I sent them emails and messaging complaints about 4 times without any response.
