I want refund rs 750
Not any coupon Code.
So please solve this issue...

I can pay for the cake rs. 750
Then they send me some other hidden charges.
Then I cancelled my order.they didn't refund me till now...

I have placed an order having order no 1723044 on 31st dec and paid 549 for the cake and 250 for midnight delivery charges. They did not deliver it on 31st. I ordered cake from India cakes, they did not inform about the delivery charge
They didn't help with the tracking ID. When I tried to call on the number, they started asking for delivery charge of 400 which is too high. They are not at all responding and have mo refund policy....

I placed a cake order on 31st Dec 2021 paying Rs.494.10.

After sometime I get an email and sms requesting to pay Rs.250 as delivery charges as the delivery address distance is more.

I refused to pay and replied over email asking to cancel it. Charging delivery fee after placing the order is not fair, it's cheating.

I have not got any confirmation till now if the order is cancelled and refund...

Am trying to connect for 2 hrs continuously but they didn't respond also didn't deliver my order and gave money...

I didn't even get any calls from IndiaCakes.com. They didn't deliver my cake and did not refund my money back....

I have ordered a cake for 31st October to Kerala through indiacakes.com.Order didn't deliver. They have given a coupon code to reorder. It has been repeated for 5 times.I am trying to get my order or cash back for last 2 months. They asked me to change the location of delivery and to pay additional 250rs as delivery charge. I have done it
Now they're saying that this area is on their outskirts and couldn't deliver. They are not ready...

And it was canceled by delivery boy he declined to deliver the cake.he told that address is too far i can't deliver it ...while i paid extra rs250 for delivery but he refuses to deliver it and after it there was no refund as cash and indiacakes gave me coupon for next order but i don't want coupon ...if you refuses to deliver and you canceled it then you should return the money...

I ordered a cake late in the night around 1am. I received a mail after 10hrs, around 11am, saying that I have to pay 200 as delivery charges!!! Who has ever heard of such a process??? You order swiggy or through Amazon or any other online company, they charge you delivery along with the total bill...they never send a bill of delivery separate after you have paid for the product!!! I got baffled with such rude and lame responses from the customer...

I had order cake online and made payment from Paytm and then call customer care number and there representative say that it will be deliver before 7.0 pm on 25.12.2021. But till 9.20 pm it is not delivered.
Your service is very very poor.

Online Order No. 1720579 dated 01-12-21 placed for one Cake for delivery of said item at bihar {Lalganj} on 01-12-21 for marriage anniversary, on India Cakes portal (www.indiacakes.com ) and I have also made payment of Rs.490/- towards purchase of cake through Credit Card on 01-12-21.

I placed and order and it got confirmed on the same day. Next day I received a link asking to go for extra payment as there is a delivery charge required to the area I requested for delivery. I paid that amount too.
Today when I checked the status (24th Dec 2021) I got informed that the delivery is not possible DUE to Christmas and the staff which I was on call just disconnected the call....

I've running around to get the refund of my order paid 599+100 extra for distance. Now you want to give me coupon for only 599, then what about 100 paid extra.
Your tele callers are very bad and rude when checking on refund. Please refund the money back. If not I'll have to take it to cosumer court. It is your mistake you could not deliver the cake even after paying for the distance.
Please do the needful.
