done the payment of 494.10/-
and order no is 1725828.

but indiacakes.com not delivered my order, also not issued the refund....

I am sharing you the picture of the received product and this was pathetic.
Take some action for your lamentable work . This was the first time i have ordered from India cake and this will be the last as well. Such a miserable experience even I won't recommend anyone to buy from here. I was charged 812/-...

I have booked cake, flowers order no. 1725577 to be delivered at Kodinar, Gujrat on 07.02.2022 . But my order was neither delivered nor I have received any updates from the company. On calling customer care there executive are saying it will be delivered at 4, then 7 hrs evening.. also talking rudely. Such a bad company. Have no manner how to deal with customers. I have ordered a gift set from Indiacakes.com which need to be delivered on 05 feb 2022. However, item is not delivered and they spoiled a precious day of our family. Now they are not refunding the money. They are cheating the customers not only met but thousands of people everyday. You can see this scam in google review everyday. I believe they are looting millions a day by this cheating. Kindly take action on this request...

I had placed a cake order for Alipurduar on 7th Dec 2021 worth 450/- and once the order was placed within few minutes India cakes came back with an email asking for additional 500/- which is apparently the delivery charge failing which they wouldn't be delivering the order and they didn't. Had I been aware that the delivery charge is more than the cakes price I would have never placed the order in the first place. Its been 2 months they haven't...

I have ordered cake through Indiacakes.com for PIN code 638312. While making the order, there was no mention about delivery charges and I placed the order (id - 1725***). After sometime, I got mail saying delivery charges 250rs I need to pay to deliver to this location and followed by another email asking for 350rs as delivery charge to deliver cake worth 500rs.

I have ordered a cake on Dec 24th and the cake was not delivered so now when am trying to call people for refund nd they are saying we have refunded and disconnected the call but I haven't received the refund amount...

I ordered a cake for 549 rupees and applied discuount and opted for normal delivery. but after few hours i receive a call asking to make a payment of addditional rupees 150 which wasn't mentioned during the order. Later, to confirm when i called the helpline no. [protected], the people are so rude they just bang the phone and never answers any calls.

We have ordered a Combo Cake with this web site. Our order no.1724885 for supply to chennai.
1) Cake was not baked properly.
2) Bad smell while open the cake.
3) Cake received alf Liquid condition.
4) There was no response from order taken representative.
5) No response from the supplier.
6) Very worst product we have received....

Placed order at 11:30 and to get it delivered before 2 PM paid extra 150.. Again India Cakes requested for 250.. I paid that as well but my order is still not delivered.

They should not commit anything if they can not fulfil.

I want them to deliver it by today else cancel order. And they should return extra delivery charge money of 400 in any case which they took to deliver before 2PM....

I have placed an order today. After few minutes got a message and mail from Indiacakes asking for another Rs.250 against delivery charges. I have mailed them and asked for cancellation of the same but they told me that I will get the refund through coupon only. But I want my to original payment method...

Online Order No. 1723989 dated 15-01-22 placed for one Cake for delivery of said item at Kannur, Kerala for the birthday on same day on India Cakes portal (www.indiacakes.com ) and I have also made payment of Rs. 1400/- towards purchase of cake through debit card on 15-01-22.

India Cakes failed to deliver Cake to the destination place and no proper response made for my continues follow ups through email and...

I have order a birthday cake by 12.30 and opted for as soon as possible snd paid additional amout 250. Again another email to pay 150 rupoes test also I paid immediately.
The customer cake mot responding always disconnecting the calls.
The alternative number always call call forwarding. They never delivered the product on time and charing as as possible option znd creating the customer. Worst service...
