Orderno: 1726356 and 1726358. I spent 1800.Rs for both orders. First I paid the order amount fully then after 4 hrs they asked me my order is on hold because of location is far away from their center.
Then as per there request I paid extra 550 Rs for their delivery charge.
Today is the second day Until now I didn't received that items and no reply from their side

Order id 1726575. I've ordered from indiacakes.com just because they were showing delivery on same day at mohali city. Even i've paid 250rs extra for faster delivery at same day but the order wasn't delivered. Now next day i called the customer care number and they are saying the delivery address is 80km away, like wth! On placing the order, pincode 160055 was deliverable and now the pincode is 80km away. Now they are not refunding and only providing the coupon which is useless cz the company is a fraud. Customer care service is pathetic, they will not resolve the issue and end the call everytime you talk to them. They will provide coupon on your email after 5 to 10 days. Just do not order from this website. They are totally fraud.

I am Macedonia. I have ordered the cake for valentine's day. The cake is not delivered. The customer services are not responding. I am very disappoint to your servicing system. I have called many times and ask to deliver but they are responding. Please refund the money if your are not to deliver the cake on time. Don't take orders. Refund my money as soon as possible.

I ordered a cake and bookets and some choclates for my wife from India cakes.. they accepted my payment and after few hours i contact them through chat they said your order will be delivered by 6 pm than I called them again in afternoon around 2 and she told me we can't deliver over there if you want we can give you coupon...
I said I didn't paid 1350 for coupon. Either I want my refund back or deliver the product...so they hang the phone and now not picking back

After 30 min got a separate mail with link to make payment of Rs.250/- for delivery stating that my location is outskirts. I am staying in the prime are of Rourkela.
Told them to deliver and collect Rs.250/- still they insisted on paying using link, seems like a fraud link. Contacted though mail, chat and call more than 100 time cumulative, they are not refunding my money. While placing order they dont tell anything on additional shipping charge or refund poilcy

I order cake in which it was showing no delivery charge for normal cake delivery time, however when I paid for the order I received an additional payment link for delivery when I called the customer care they said as you are in mussourie so need extra time and effort so need extra delivery charge, and the worst part is razorpay like payment gateway Is involved with them. Indiacake didn't deliver any cake

I order a combo of cake and flower. to be ordered the same day. as per details on site it had to reach the respective address by 9pm or so. But i couldnt track the order nor i was able to reach the customer service. The order wasnt delievered nor i was informed anything about my order. its a fraud company. they dont reply on time. they took extra payment also to send on the given pincode after that they got vanished. no reponse at all. i want 100% refund of my overall payment by tomorrow.

I am sharing you the picture of the received product and this was pathetic.
Take some action for your lamentable work . This was the first time i have ordered from India cake and this will be the last as well. Such a miserable experience even I won't recommend anyone to buy from here. I was charged 812/- for this piece of ###. Where I was charged 250/- for distance ?? Seriously the bakery was just 500 m away from my destination.
I[censored] are so much out of money then kindly start begging and stop being a safe - breakers.
Shame on you people.

Ordered cake for delivery on 5 feb 2022. Order accepted by them and made payment online. later after few minutes received a link demanding more money for delivering cake at that location since they said they cannot deliver half kg cake so pay for half more kgs. I denied as i didnt want to waste cake as it was intended to be sent for only 2 people and noone else would be there to eat it.
They promised to refund the money in the form of a coupon and not the money to the source account which was wrong as they were not able to deliver the order accepted by them and that was not my fault.
Upon continuous follow ups they mailed the coupon of the said amount and i again placed order for someone else after clearly asking their customer executives that i am not interested in paying anything apart from the payment at the time of order and so please chek if it is possible for delivering the cake at a given address with no extra charges. The execuitve said yes. Now after i placed the order again and paid another 49.90 rupees to complete the order newly placed in addition with the previous Rs 449.10 paid for the 1st undelivered order( now redeemed as coupon) i agin received a link demanding Rs 150 as delivery fee.
While placing the order it was clearly mentioned that there are no delivery charges for normal delivery which i accepted. As per reviews about them over internet they ask customer to keep paying money for one reason or the other and they never deliver cakes as i have seen their reviews as well.
I need my money back to my account now. They are doing this by issuing coupon and again asking for more money later after placing the order for some reason or the other.
They do not share GST Bill. I guess they do not even have a GST number.

I have booked cake, flowers order no. 1725577 to be delivered at Kodinar, Gujrat on 07.02.2022 . But my order was neither delivered nor I have received any updates from the company. On calling customer care there executive are saying it will be delivered at 4, then 7 hrs evening.. also talking rudely. Such a bad company. Have no manner how to deal with customers. Till datey order was not yet delivered nor returned my money back.

Why are they even working? Why this site is still active I don't understand. They took double charge for midnight delivery. My money got deduct twice and still receiver did not receive single order as well. Later after arguing for a weeks they sent me coupons half of my original paid amount. And today they have delivered cake from monginis and instead of carnation flowers they have given red roses which are so cheap as compared to what they charged me. Half kg cake i have received which was charged 590 rs and not worth at all. And bouquet was around 585 which is again too costly as compared to what they have delivered. Hopeless team support. They should be banned.

I have ordered a gift set from Indiacakes.com which need to be delivered on 05 feb 2022. However, item is not delivered and they spoiled a precious day of our family. Now they are not refunding the money. They are cheating the customers not only met but thousands of people everyday. You can see this scam in google review everyday. I believe they are looting millions a day by this cheating. Kindly take action on this request

I had placed a cake order for Alipurduar on 7th Dec 2021 worth 450/- and once the order was placed within few minutes India cakes came back with an email asking for additional 500/- which is apparently the delivery charge failing which they wouldn't be delivering the order and they didn't. Had I been aware that the delivery charge is more than the cakes price I would have never placed the order in the first place. Its been 2 months they haven't processed any refund. Today 3rd Feb 2022 I called them to which 4 consecutive delivery executive disconnected the call after listening to my problem and once of them misbehaved with me and replied that they are a big company and have too many orders so refund might have been overlooked. Also they don't refund rather they add it to the wallet which you can use for subsequent purchase. They are big time thieves who charge money once u have placed the order failing which your money is gone down the drain

I have ordered cake through Indiacakes.com for PIN code 638312. While making the order, there was no mention about delivery charges and I placed the order (id - 1725***). After sometime, I got mail saying delivery charges 250rs I need to pay to deliver to this location and followed by another email asking for 350rs as delivery charge to deliver cake worth 500rs.

Decided not to go with and called in for order cancelling, and after so many calls to customer care, was told I'll be issued with coupons which I can use only in Indiacakes.com it seems. As per their policy, refund to original payment mode is not possible or they just don't want to do it.

Issues to be addressed -
1. calculate the delivery charge before taking order
2. if you are saying 250/350rs as delivery charges, then I bet customer would expect (at least I would) expect explanation on why its so much and how its been arrived at.
3. customer care service needs to be improved upon on the aspects of attending calls, answering during the calls, not to drop calls in-between a conversation etc.
4. Finally, (most important) I want my refund to my original payment mode, not coupons

I have ordered a cake on Dec 24th and the cake was not delivered so now when am trying to call people for refund nd they are saying we have refunded and disconnected the call but I haven't received the refund amount

I ordered a cake for 549 rupees and applied discuount and opted for normal delivery. but after few hours i receive a call asking to make a payment of addditional rupees 150 which wasn't mentioned during the order. Later, to confirm when i called the helpline no. [protected], the people are so rude they just bang the phone and never answers any calls.
