I ordered black forest cake for my brother's bday on October 2nd 2021 on India cakes website.The cake was to be delivered on October 6 but I didn't receive it.Numerous phone call has been placed but they hesitated to respond properly.Money has also been deducted and they didn't refund the amount 499rs.They were simply telling cake is on process and wait till delivery.But on that cake was not delivered.When I call them they cut the call.I need refund of 499rs.Kindly do the needful.

I order cake for my mom birthday after payment they have not delivered the order...I have called them asking a refund and they are not even willing to respond to call or refund..and the customer support is worst - they picked my call first time and then after knowing the reason they are disconnecting the call not even answering call now, insted they are disconnecting the call.it is a scam website. I think they are online frauders. I request you to avoid ordering from "India cake"

Very very rude customer service they say if a customer is angry because their order has not reached they can also be rude please get better employees not dumb teenagers who has no patience nor can they listen and when someone is telling their problem they cut the call I ask u customers planning to buy do not order from this place there are way better companies amateurs no1 cake company just a load of bs

Order no- 713224 was not delivered even after they provided coupon as a refund for the second time.

I ordered cake half kg on 01/10/2021 full amount paid Rs 674/- but the company didn't deliver the product. Then they provided one coupon and against that coupon, I ordered a cake again worth only 499 keeping it cheap for the delivery charge and changing location as per their convenience on 23/Aug/2021 but again they are not providing the delivery( expected date was 31/08/2021. In the previous order, they mentioned that they cannot deliver in the remote area because after ordering they asked for extra delivery charges and now when I changed my delivery location after confirmation with them on customer service call as well but still they are not resolving the matter. Expected - I want that company should initiate whole money refund asap. Coupon is not required as they have failed to deliver it on coupon also.

Please don't buy anything from these people I have ordered a heart shaped red velvet photo cake for my parents wedding anniversary, I wanted to give it as a surprise as we 3 chillren lives abroad, I didn't want them to feel like left alone. First of all these people fuin that day. It's not about the Money what u spent, its about the emotions and feelings, It was suppose to be delivered on 14 of September but after continues chasing on by phone calls they deliver it on 16th and they gave me the an email on 14th that they cannot do the photo on the cake I agreed everything. But when the cake delivered it was just a chocolate cake with icing. Which means it's not the customer who decides what they need to have on the special occasion., it will be them according to their choices. When I asked them about it they gave me the answer, instead of half kg they gave 1kg cake., I don't under stand the mentality of the customer care people who deals the customers, utterly waste, they all are out of sense. Again they were asking extra 400 rs for delivery of the cake as my place was far away from them I paid them. But when the cake came it was from one of the local shop which is near by us as I could clearly see the bakers name and place was clear on it and my father personally knows the owner. Up on enquiring about this company matter they said they don't have any dealership with them as this company could claim them as their vendor. I really don't know why I choose this company... As live in London I didn't have any choice... I expected the a same customer satisfaction which I get here in online purchase.. As I did the mistake choosing this people I was not intended to ask a refund.. But this people the customer care service... If we ask or ofend something which they say they just cut the call. Even if you ask why my cake is not delivered... We are not suppose to ask. I didn't use any bad word them... I did raise my voice due to the inappropriate behavior from the customer care person who handled the call. Afterall these happened don't I have the right to become angry at all. They are getting paid for nothing no good manners in giving service or the delivery of our choice cake. And one more thing the msg you will give will not be written on the cake it will be printed out in a paper. I don't understand their sense.. I felt like we gave an engineer to built a house with all our plan but the engineer made it in his choice by using our money with a local house builder, when we asked why it is like this the engineer showed their real face turning back or never picking the phone...please INDIA CAKE keep this in mind if you get any experience like this from any other professional you will never accept it... Then why you are asking us to satisfy with what we got... I hate these type of people And these type of people give a bad impression for the foreigners that our country is full of Fraudsters... I had added the photos of cake which I suppose to get and whic I originally got, also evidence for what ever I gold you in here.. I feel too depressed because of this that's the only reason I wrote this much at least I can save one person from this company's deceptive words and website

This is to inform you that I have ordered a cake from India bakes on 09.09.21 at 11.00 A.M. After that I have communicated with customer care & online in which they have assured the same day delivery before 7.30 P.M, but the same has not happened.

I called the customer care number on 10.09.21 in which they assured me of the delivery before 3.30 P.M and the same also has not happened. This I have ordered on the occasion of the anniversary and also assured me the same day delivery. From yesterday as well as today I've been trying your customer care number as well as your online chat, but no one is responding .

I need the refund in my account as soon as possible. I am also working in a retail and service industry and I know how customer service means. I have tried their service for the first time and this is the worst experience and I will never order from your India cakes in future. I'm expecting a favorable reply from you and also a refund of my amount.

Delivered today, i received wrong cake i ordered choco truffle but received oreo and in addons there was flowers even they didnt deliver it after calling to india cakes they said flower was not available this is how they are running their business by just makinh fool people

If i call indiacakes and complaint then they laugh they are very irritating and without even listening they will cut the call.

Yesterday sept 8I ordered a cake and order number is714496...and I give delivery option before 2pmbut not yet delivered ..and I payed almost 1390 ..last time also I ordered a cake on April but they didn't delivered a cake and they give the coupon for 1235 and I used the coupon they deduct only 1035 from my coupon and they didn't deliver .So total 1600 rupees pls refund my money back and I don't want the coupon ...they cheat me before ..

At the time of payment it was told that delivery charges are nil. But later on they are asking for 250 rupees extra for delivery.
They are not even refunding the payment made.

I have ordered cake via online and made a call to customer care and confirmed the order and asked whether anything else to be done and they had given a confirmation that order is placed but before delivery again they have asked for 250 delivery charge and also have paid that but inspite of that I have not received the cake. So had a worst experience so kindly initiate the refund of the amount paid .

Sorry to say about wrong delivery of cake which has saddened us great. The Cake that was ordered was Cheese Cake but the supply was different.
You got the payment for Cheese Cake but item supplied is different. Absolutely disgusting and is not acceptable.

Ordered cake to be delivered, payment is successful but have not received any tracking ID or delivery boy contact details.site has even charged additional 250 Rs for on time delivery, in total charged Rs 1285.

1. Order ID # 713406. They charged ₹1080 for the cake I ordered for my brother.

2. It was supposed to be delivered on 25 Aug 21. Till now neither the cake has been delivered nor I have got a refund.

The order was not delivered and post calling the call center I got to know that the vendor could not deliver due to personal reasons. Pathetic response from call center, even the mail ID shared by them was incorrect and there was no response on chat after sharing the concern
I do not want to block my money for any further transaction and hence requested for refund the money to the original source of payment.

I ordered the cake on 15th of August and paid Rs 549 for the same. 712556 was the order number. It was supposed to be delivered on 16th August and for this I have paid the extra delivery fee of Rs 250 but the cake was never delivered. After talking to someone from India cakes, I had been told that I will get the refund amount in 4-5 days. It has been 10 days since then and I haven't received any amount yet.

Please kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. The total amount was Rs 799.

I have sent email to your support team many times but there is no responses from your end. I have been calling all your contact number since last three days but nobody is responding. I have never seen such a pathetic service.

I ordered one cake and booke combo on 29 august 10:30 am.At 12 pm i recieved one mail that Rs 250 extra charge required as location is far away.I paid 250 but still cake not recieved on Aug 30.I called on customer care, they said in morning today we will deliever the cake. In evening I contacted again customer care, they said we can’t able to deliever to this location.So i said please refund the amount 810+250(Total 1060 rs).

They said It will get refund in 4-10 working days .This is the reason I want to log a complaint againt indiacakes.com

I have made an order (713591), and the payment.
After sometime, they sent me request for rs.250 again saying its the delivery charge. They are not answering my calls and are disconnecting and speaking very rudely.

They r not even ready to refund my money, instead they are demanding extra money.
