1. Order id “713047”. Ordered cake from indiacakes.com on[protected] for inr 494.10 to be delivered to a residential address in Chittorgarh on[protected]. Payment via hdfc internet banking.
2. After cake order, in an hour, received email that i have to pay extra inr 250 for delivery charges. They provided razor pay payment link and I have paid immediately via hdfc internet banking.
3. Cake was never delivered.
4. I have been writing emails everyday to indiancakes and support but no response. I have whatsapped also but no response.
5. On[protected], i found customer service agent online and when i have order number and asked for an update, no response from them.

1. Order ID # 713406. They charged ₹1080 for the cake I ordered for my brother.

2. It was supposed to be delivered on 25 Aug 21. Till now, on 26 Aug 21 it's not yet delivered.

3. Nobody is responding at the customer care no. And if anybody is picking up, they are dropping the phone without giving any reason. Finally, one customer service executive named Neeta (seems fake name as nobody is revealing the identity) said that she will look into the matter.

4. Pathetic customer service and very poor delivery service. Even nobody knows in their company, where the order is.

I have ordered a cake and a boquet on 12 of august 2021, My order no. is 712298 and paid for the order but i have not recieved any confirmation regarding the order. so, i called them and they send the confirmation mail and also asked me to pay for the order rs.100 more as the location was in the outskirts. i did pay and on 23rd august that was the delivery date, they didnot deliver the order nor refunded my money. they are frauds. And there customer care executives dont know how to talk.

I ordered cake 4 days back and its not still deleivered and neither the refund have been intiated. Order number is 713005 of amount 1400.
These guys are neither responding my mails and nor taking phone calls.

I haven't received the order ID number from this website though they deducted the money including transportation charges total of Rs 869/-. No one is responding in chatbot as well. Seems they are looting money in this way from the public !!

Can someone please take strong action on this to solve the lodged complaints from this forum???

I have order cake online from thier website & when it was deliver too much bed smell coming from the cake..so immediately we have through cake outside..

They are running a fake portal. Their claim is to provide free delivery on cake orders.
I have ordered a cake and completed the payment. Once the order was placed, after an hour later they asked me to pay a delivery charge of 250/-. This is utter nonsense, if there was any delivery charge it should have been intimated before hand and not after the order was placed.
I denied their payment request and replied to their email and asked them to refund if they can't deliver.
After which neither they replied on email nor they are responding to the chatbot available on their portal.
They are running a fake portal which is utter disgrace. Report this to consumer forum and get their portal down so that this kind of fraud doesn't happen with any other consumer.

I ordered a cake from their website, they charged full amount for it and did not deliver it. Order ID : 712881. I tried contacting their customer service multiple times on all the contact numbers given but they all hung up after listening to the issue. Chatted with a rep called Roseline, she also did not reply. I asked for a refund since the cake was not delivered, they mentioned that the amount will not be refunded.

It is a fraud company. Please take action and ban it from looting others.

I have ordered cake still not received. Worst customer service no reply.

Hey, I had placed an order for a pineapple cake on 14/07/2021 for address: Gajraula, 244235 but it is not yet delivered and no follow up on the same. Atleast I expect you to refund the amount(Rs. 740.50).

My experience with indiacakes so far has already been pathetic.

Poor customer service. Not able to contact them and they provide a porter no which is not reachable for past 10 days.

This is regarding my order 711965 placed on 8th Aug 2021 on Indiacakes. I placed the order after confirming the chat agent online that my delivery location is very much in the list of cities where Indiacakes operate. After confirming the same I placed the order for delivery of a cake and card to be delivered next day ie; 9th Aug 2021. I got a confirmation of the order the same day. Next day I got an email that my order is on hold and that Indiacakes require an extra 250 bucks.

I tried calling their numbers [protected] and [protected].which was switched off or not reachable, and even tried contacting them through mail to understand why I was being charged extra, but got no reply.
I tried contacting their online chat where they said that the order will be delivered by 9 PM.
Finally the whole day passed and my order was not delivered and the whole celebration was spoiled.
Now I get a daily reminder of payment with a payment link but no one connects by mail or call to explain why I am being charged extra. Such pathetic service and what will I do with their delivery after the birthday is over.

I have requested several times for the refund of my amount on online chat of Indiacakes on which the chat agents stop replying. Kindly help in refund of my money ASAP because this way they cheat the customers and spoil their celebration. This is a emotional fraud going on their website and I dont want others to be cheated the way I was.

My order no 712248..I ordered cake on 12th August morning 11am, worth 949/- including charges for early delivery..it didn't get delivered till now and the receiver already left the place..I had called multiple times to customer care yet there is no response at all and even not lifting too.. kindly consider this and do initiate refund.

Ordered cake on aug 11 not delivered till now. Today aug12 sent cancellation mail, there is no response from the team. And poor customer service. Help me to get refund amount.

711579- my order number .I ordered cake on 04th aug 2021 and the amount is rs 494/- however it is not delivered even now .it was accepted that they will deliver the product however later on they said it is far from location and asked to pay 200 rs extra..when I said to cancel the order, they have given a coupon code which is no use for me as the service is not available..they are shouting to me if I ask for my money in customer service..such a fraud company ..

I have checked with customer care before placing an order and they said it will be delivered. I have received another email after few hours to pay additional amount as the delivery location is far due to no option I have paid.

Unfortunately the order is never delivered and after chasing multiple times now they say the order is cancelled.

They will provide refund coupon but why do I use them I have asked for money back and it's not possible.

It's very irritating and unprofessional services. Please choose a better ooption.

I have ordered a cake using their website (Order no:711224) for Rs.750. They assured that the cake would be delivered before 7PM. After that there were no responses from their side. I have been trying to connect with them through mails, messages and calls till 9 PM as they mentioned in their website that the delivery time is between 10AM and 9PM. I left that delivery spot after that. Then a delivery agent called me around 9.45PM and asked me to share my location via whatsapp. I told him that I couldn't take that order as I already left that spot
My complaint is : I haven't been intimated with any information about my order and delivery till 9PM. and your tracking order link still shows "It will get delivered any time between 11 AM to 9 PM. "Atleast I should have been given the vendor's contact information. I have been trying to connect with them through chats, calls and mails till 9PM. But there was no response. I need refund for my order.

Tell me whether you can wait for 2 hours without knowing any updates about the delivery? and you people simply disconnect my calls and don't respond for my messages and mails now. Simply getting irritated to the core. Why are you playing with people's emotions and money! Is this the customer service provided by you? Why are you doing business when nothing is working properly in your side? Just to earn other's money? I NEED REFUND!

I have ordered a cake (order no711224) on 31/07/2021. The order hasn't been delivered yet. Kindly give my money back. (Total : Rs:750).
