I have ordered a cake (order no711224) on 31/07/2021. The order hasn't been delivered yet. Kindly give my money back. (Total : Rs:750).

They didn't deliver the cake nor refund the money. Your calls won't be answered and you won't get any response from the support agents. You won't get any tracking information for the order. THE WORST customer service I have ever seen. COmpletely a fraud!!

NdiaCakes has very unprofessional service. I ordered a cake
(1/2 kg) in your website for Rs.900 with delivery charge to location, after some time I received a email from you stating that we need to pay extra 200 for delivery because the delivery point is far from their location. You know my pincode during my order itself.I dont want to pay 1100 for 1/2 kg cake. So next day I called customer care to cancel the order. When I tried to contact customer she was speaking in Hindi and I told I dono hindi speak in English. Then she is doing fun that you are an Indian and you dono India. I replied I am an Indian it doesnt mean I should know Hindi. As you are doing service in my state you should know my local language or English. When I started to raise my voice she dropped the call. Is this the way you handle customers? With this attitude you cant be good at customer service.

Why your customer care forcing me to speak a language which I don't know? Do I need to learn a new language just because to buy a cake from you? I need a proper explanation else I would file a case against that customer care representative and indiacakes?

I am Chandrakumar from 23BN SSB Lalpool, Assam. As I am from outskirts area I had confirmed 10days before my order place at that time they promise me that u will get on time so ordered the cake for birthday party before 1 day of the delivery and also paid at that time after some time I received SMS to pay 150 more so I paid that also on the morning n again confirmed to the staff at that time she also told me that I will get on time.But in the evening when I didn't receive that cakes I call but they said that I will get within 30min after 30min again I call at that time he said that they can't delivery because the delivery area is in outskirts area. And told me that they will send email for refund but I don't found any mail. Already ruined the special day of someone's which comes once in a year and after that no response for refund is so disgusting. Kindly do the needful for the refund. And lastly I want to say that don't ruin someone's special day by your negligency service or fraud.

This is PURELY an Online Fraud which focus on only on Money / the way how they can get maximum from the Customer,
They are not for the service, During chat and phone they will assure and promise as your product will be delivery till the last min but you will not get any this and not even the refund.
For example 1000 rs from 1 customer think about 100 customer in 1 day how much they will be collecting and CHEATING CUSTOMER.

I ordered a cake on 17th july it was supposed to be delivered on 23rd july. Frst of all i didnt get ny msg or mail for any confirmation.on 23rd i talked to Aashish through chat on website. He told it will be delivered today. But it was not done. Today also i asked then Amruta told i have to pay 150 rs extra. I paid that too. Still the cake is ot delivered. Rubbish servise of Indiacakes. Never had such a bad experience with any other online cake servise. Iwill never recomend it to anyone. Veru pathetic servise

I have ordered cake in your website on 4th july, it was confirmed only on 5th july after paying additional delivery charge .. And my order delivery was to be on 14th july, even i was enquiring the customer care the entire day on 14th regarding delivery they told it will be delivered before 7 but not yet made and after that no response from them for mails or calls.. My order id 614461.. I need refund for my undelivered order and your very poor customer response.

Yesterday with extra charges did not deliver . When contacted on chat box they said by 7 pm. Next day I.e today till not delivered 12.03 pm.
Fraud people, fraud company.

I ordered a cake today ...i did a payment of 500 rs and extra 300 rs for delivery ...but this ### people ...didnot delivered my order and didn't respond my phone ...they are too much slumdog and begger that they are not refunding me my money

I have ordered cake in this and they have confirmed me that they will deliver but at last they have not delivered cake and they are not even receiving my call.. if they hear my voice they are disconnecting the call

I ordered a cake online from your website, few hours back the money got deducted from my account but no confirmation msg/mail from your end.

Even my login to your app is showing blocked from my Android device.

Please confirm the status of my order as nobody is responding to my calls/emails or refund my money.

I booked a cake for my son in Koppal since I wasn't there. Paid the amount. Few hours later they asked me to pay a further 250/- for delivery charges which were extra. Paid that too as I was in Bangalore at that time. My order no 614884( for authenticity). Called multiple times on Saturday 10/07/2021 ( the delivery date). In the beginning the reply was order forwarded to vendor. Later on they avoided calls. Those that were taken were just kept aside ( I could hear people talking merrily without attending any calls.. Most probably just doing the same thing) The cake NEVER ARRIVED. Wrote a letter to their mail id... No reply. I had to get someone to get my son a cake from a local bakery at around 7.00 p.m. since Koppal is a green zone.
I have written 2 mails to them and there's no reply to the same.
My name is Moses and this traumatic experience is genuine. Doesn't look like a genuine company.

I order a cake for 449.10 but after payment there is no any update regarding order they didn't delivered cake nor refunded amount paid by me.

With reference to above order placed by myself on yesterday ie. 09.07.2021, It is very much regretted to inform you that no delivery confirmation was recieved. As the delivery was intended to 09.07.2021 only and website also ensured same day delivery and order has been placed after deduction of Rs. 490.00. But after placing order, there was no response from India Cakes end and customer support also not connecting.

So many mails has been sent for cancel the order and refund the amount there was no response.

Ur team was promissed me that the cake was dekieverd by 4pm i paid 1350 no respinse please im from a poor family please help me out in this

Order was not delivered and when we requested a refund they are giving coupon codes. we need the money back and no response when we call or do online chat.

Hello, I have ordered cake online for delivery and it has not been delivered yet and no response to my emails. I was requested to pay extra delivery fee of 275 rs as delivery area is far from their place. Total 765.50 rs was taken from my card with no update on my order delivery. I ordered a cake on 7th march 2021(order no. 602752), after ordering I got a call and mails to make an extra payment for delivery charge (150Rs) as the address I selected is far from there center I made that payment as I only wanted cake to deliver on time. I started calling the company an hour before the given time to make sure of delivery they didn't respond
Day after I asked for refund but they said that it's not in there policy so they can only provide a coupon code...after so many days of calling and Mailing I got another coupon code and I ordered another cake ( order no. 607129)with that on 28th April they again they charge for delivery (100Rs) not on site but with a seperate mail plus they didn't show that charges on bill (in mail)
I've been calling and Mailing all this time but no response.
