I ordered a cake online from your website, few hours back the money got deducted from my account but no confirmation msg/mail from your end.

Even my login to your app is showing blocked from my Android device.

Please confirm the status of my order as nobody is responding to my calls/emails or refund my money.

Can you please help me with my issue?

I booked a cake for my son in Koppal since I wasn't there. Paid the amount. Few hours later they asked me to pay a further 250/- for delivery charges which were extra. I order a cake for 449.10 but after payment there is no any update regarding order they didn't delivered cake nor refunded amount paid by me....

With reference to above order placed by myself on yesterday ie. 09.07.2021, It is very much regretted to inform you that no delivery confirmation was recieved. As the delivery was intended to 09.07.2021 only and website also ensured same day delivery and order has been placed after deduction of Rs. 490.00. But after placing order, there was no response from India Cakes end and customer support also not connecting.

Order was not delivered and when we requested a refund they are giving coupon codes. we need the money back and no response when we call or do online chat.

I ordered a cake on 7th march 2021(order no. 602752), after ordering I got a call and mails to make an extra payment for delivery charge (150Rs) as the address I selected is far from there center I made that payment as I only wanted cake to deliver on time. I started calling the company an hour before the given time to make sure of delivery they didn't respond
Day after I asked for refund but they said that it's not in there policy...

I have requested for a refund for the undelivered cake order 614099 .I have sent an email four days ago and there is no response.i have tried calling multiple times which haven't been answered .kindly look into the above request...

I had placed order with Indiacakes.com for a birthday cake on 2nd July 2021 at 10.31 am. Order number is 614243 and total amount was INR 562.50 . I had received confirmation email from the company immediately after payment was made. Order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd July 2021.

I got an email from the company stating that the delivery location is far from their location so order is on hold and order will be delivered...

They take order with zero delivery. They didn't give any confirmation mail or message or tracking id. and asked for 250rs delivery charge after 3 hours, saying the delivery location is in outskirts, when the location is in prime area actually. When i wanted to cancel, they said they will give coupon code to order in the website in future. Even if they give, same process repeats next time as well...
