My order 612151 was suppose to be delivered yesterday but not delivered.

I am asking customer service people in live chat since morning but no response.

Trying to call but no one answers...

My earlier order 609266 was cancelled and your people kept asking me for extra payment for delivery... My original order 609266 was of Rs 450.. Now increased to Rs 1400 against order 612151 which I have paid...

Order wasn't delivered and no update on status. Whenever I call customer care support or when I mail regarding refund, there is no response from them.

My order is not delivered as promised. I ordered one day in advance.
I followed up with customer care via phone and chat, all I was told that the cake will be delivered before 9Pm. I even paid rs 150 for delivery charge. Now it's 10.20 PM.

I paid full amount after that you ppl charged for shipping charges. That also paid by me. But still now I am not getting updates. Getting money from the customer is main job of yours. Placed a cake order from India cakes portal for the May26th but their team came back by saying below.

"Since delivery place is far from our center,

Extra delivery charge of Rs 250/- required.

I've made two orders in IndiaCakes.com wherein first order (April'2021) was cancelled and after struggle of a week time I got a coupon of equivalent amount. Later I used the coupon and made another payment(May'2021), as a poor service this order too went away without any status of delivery.

Later i recd an email to make more payment for a 1 kg cake as you didn't have half kg cake.

I did reply on email that if you don't have half kg cake then don't deliver the cake and return the money.

I have ordered cake through India cakes online website. I called them to ensure the same day delivery and they confirmed too. After 4 hours I received mail that your order is put on hold since it’s delivery Center is too far and you have to pay additional 250rs. I paid the 250rs immediately and replied back. I ordered a cake friday 28th May 2021 morning from india cake and amount i paid online through gpay. My pincode is 624615. It is said by customer care of india cakes that order can be delivered for the pincode. Hence I placed the order.

Later I received a call from a dindigul cake vendor that an order can't be delivered as it is 60kms from my place. The order could have been delivered from palani cake vendor. But it is not...

Customer care responses are very rude. They don't even listen the issue and they just cut the call. The cake which I have ordered, I didn't even received. Very fraud site. They don't even provide refund and they don't even lift the call....

This is a fraud company.. Plz don't order cakes and any products from their website.. Order will not be delivered and they will not refund ur money.. So plz don't waste your money....
