I've made two orders in IndiaCakes.com wherein first order (April'2021) was cancelled and after struggle of a week time I got a coupon of equivalent amount. Later I used the coupon and made another payment(May'2021), as a poor service this order too went away without any status of delivery.
Now, I'm chasing the team and wrote to CEO (Manit Nagrani) yet it's been more than 3 weeks, no response on call/chat/email. I've asked for refund of amount in my bank since it's really hard to chase these people for any single update.
