FE1182383 that is my id .

It's been 5 days since I opened the Zomato Delivery ID. but my id is not activated yet. May I know what is the reason behind this Because as I can see in the app it is written that your id will be activated in few hours but it is not done yet 5 days have passed and i have also paid and taken training also.
Please check my details and active my id as soon a possible.

Good afternoon. I've orders cake on 2/06/2021 night at 9.30pm for a normal delivery on 3/06/2021 the cake was 550 and after discount I was charged 499 including a delivery charge of 47. I waited on 3 rd no msgs regarding the delivery has come but I received a mail saying I had to pay an amount of 200 rupees as distance delivery charge which was not mentioned to me earlier. Moreover I've tried to pay the amount because it was for my brother...

I have ordered cake on 25th May 2021 for the same day delivery.They told me it will be delivered by 7pm, which was not.i tried calling them but there was no response.Tried calling next day, no response at all.Dropped mail and no response.After calling multiple times, they told it will deliver which was on 27th.i told to cancell order which dey didn't do.
Again called to check if they cancell, they say yes but no communication via mail...

June2 oder one cake still now not sending so refund my amount and cancel my order...

I did not get my cake(Irish coffee cake) half kg of rs.775 which I had ordered on 02/06/2021.
I was expecting a call even today ie., 03/06/2021. I'm really disappointed with your service and didn't expect this....

I ordered cake on 24/05/2021. IndiaCakes did not deliver the ordered. After numerous attempt to customer service agents, they gave me coupon code which can only be used in IndiaCakes order.

I don't want an IndiaCakes coupon. There is no turning back to IndiaCakes.

Regarding this i tried to reach customer service via call, chat and email are non responsive & unethical behavior.

We ordered a Black forest Cake on 31st of May for delivery on 1st June, As we had Birthday, they charged additional 150rs cost for delivery after initial payment of 490/- PAID, Still there is no response on delivery nor any refund called customer care several times, No one is responding. This is a serious ripoff from customer hard earned money. I can see there are many complaints like this here, on this forum.

My order has been cancelled by them and refund has not been initiated. Very bad customer service. It’s taking ages to get to one customer agent and they take very long to reply to one message. This is a scam site. Do not trust them...

The payment of Rupee 449 was made through phonepay on 31/05/2021.

The product was not delivered. In fact they kept as king for delivery charges to be paid although it was mentioned in the website that it is free delivery.

I placed an order 610451 with Indiacakes.com which was supposed to be delivered on 27th May. It wasn't delivered yet. I have been trying to reach their customer care since 24 hours to get this sorted. But either they are disconnecting in the middle of call after hearing order id or they are just not picking up the call. This company is fraud. There are so many complaints on internet about them....

I placed an order on Indiacakes.com on 14 May of ₹1179. I asked them multiple times about about the delivery and they assured me that the delivery with go through. They even asked me to for extra for delivery charge of ₹150, which I did. I have placed the order 610505 after checking with the representative sharing the pincode and address. They had confirmed that the free delivery is available to that mentioned address. After placing the order now they are asking extra payment, which is totally unacceptable.
