My order has been cancelled by them and refund has not been initiated. Very bad customer service. It’s taking ages to get to one customer agent and they take very long to reply to one message. This is a scam site. Do not trust them

    The payment of Rupee 449 was made through phonepay on 31/05/2021.

    The product was not delivered. In fact they kept as king for delivery charges to be paid although it was mentioned in the website that it is free delivery.

    When i asked for refund. No response in-spite of many messages.

        I have ordered a cake worth of Rs.1300 and additional Rs.100 for far away distance delivery. I have paid around totally Rs.1400 but not received the item. can you please cancel my order and refund full of my money back.

          I have ordered a cake today in the morning at the time of order 610697 it shows 0 shipping charges after fulfill all that conditions i order for a cake but in the after noon ur compny send me mail for extra 250 rs. for delivery. i paidthatmoney and caall to ur executive they said the order is delivered by 7 o'clock but no order was recieved my whole program was destroyed i m shamed to manage a cake fr the function and all fault of your company . i have all the recording of your employees . what they said to me . you service is soooooo pathetic. so worst so please help me out what i do as i ay for the cake nd for the deliveery but no order recieve .and now they are not taking my call also

              I placed an order 610451 with Indiacakes.com which was supposed to be delivered on 27th May. It wasn't delivered yet. I have been trying to reach their customer care since 24 hours to get this sorted. But either they are disconnecting in the middle of call after hearing order id or they are just not picking up the call. This company is fraud. There are so many complaints on internet about them.

                I placed an order on Indiacakes.com on 14 May of ₹1179. I asked them multiple times about about the delivery and they assured me that the delivery with go through. They even asked me to for extra for delivery charge of ₹150, which I did. And later on the delivery day these people didn’t pick up my call nor replied to my mail, they simply informed me via chat that my order is cancelled with no explanation what so ever.
                It’s been like 2 weeks now and I haven’t got refund back. Such an unprofessional attitude of Indiacakes.com and they have employed some of the worst customer care executives.

                  I have placed the order 610505 after checking with the representative sharing the pincode and address. They had confirmed that the free delivery is available to that mentioned address. After placing the order now they are asking extra payment, which is totally unacceptable. If we had placed the order without asking them whether it is feasible for delivery then I can make the payment. After agreeing to deliver and now demanding excess payment is likely to trap the customer giving false promises will amount to cheating and causing mental agony to the customer. 450 Rupees order they are asking 350 Rupees extra delivery charges that too near the busterminus.

                  NEED TO INITATE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST INDIACAKES FAKE WEBSITE

                  Customer care rep not responding after that. keep the call disconnected

                    I placed my order yesterday after getting confirmation about my pincode that was same day delivery they have deliver by yesterday but still I didn't received my order I don't whom to contact live chat persons are not giving proper response and even I tried calling by number there is also no proper response I don't want my order please cancel it and sent my money back

                      It happened with me in all the two transactions that I made so far with Indiacakes.com.
                      The website shows FREE DELIVERY. The moment order is placed & subsequently payment is made online - you receive a SMS asking for additional Rs 100 as delivery charges, otherwise the order would be blocked. (Perhaps) your money will be forfeited if you don't pay the delivery charges.
                      The support team does not always respond in phone .Even if they respond, it is in a very impolite tone .
                      No email is also acknowledged or replied.
                      I took up this matter with directors of indiacakes viz Monit & Bhavana Nagrani through email on 25.May 2021 but neither of them replied.
                      Finally I paid Rs 100 to get my delivery.
                      Question is WHY ADVERTISE FREE DELIVERY AND LATER COLLECT DELIBERY CHARGES FRADULENTLY BY TWISTING ARM OF CUSTOMER ? IT IS NOTHING BUT A SORT OF BLACKMAILING.
                      Always discard fraudsters like INDIACAKES.

                        I couldn't track my order and no one is responding from the customer service. This is first experience with india cakes to surprise my sister on her wedding anniversary and I am very much frustrated now.
                        Please someone take steps to deliver the cake today itself. Thank you in advance.

                            Have ordered on May 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Same day delivery was promised. The delivery was not made. No response from customer service inspite of multiple attempts. The Mumbai office number given on the website is not a working number.

                              Product ID 604325, ordered on 24 March 2021.
                              The cake product was supposed to be delivered on 25th March 2021 but it wasn't delivered. I had submitted a complaint earlier on April 7th for not refunding the amount. The complaint is still not processed and expect you to refund the amount at the earliest

                                I ordered a cake on 23st May 2021 through IndiaCake. I paid Rs 562 for the cake. But amount debited order not book any sms recieved. Ordered person name -Ranjithkumar order place -265, colony street, Bodenthirapuram veerapandi post, Theni district.

                                  Yesterday I booked one cake and select time slot as today before 2 pm. For that they charged additional 250 rupees. But they failure to deliver on time. Till now not delivered. So please refund my 250 rupees charged as delivery, since they are failure to deliver in time. Please do the needful. I am awaiting your reply

                                    Before ordering i called customer care and confirmed the if delivery is available in location to be delivered. They said yes. I ordered a cake and flower delivery. They sent an email asking to pay Rs250 extra for delivery saying the delivery location is far. I made the payment. But they didnt deliver the cake and flowers. Now i am trying to reach them from past 2 days through chat and customer care number. they disconnect the call as soon as they hear order is not delivered. Its a fraud website. Dont get cheated.

                                      I ordered a cake on 21st May 2021 through IndiaCake. I paid Rs 450 for the cake. Later on I received a message that I need yo to pay extra Rs 150 for delivery. As I had the requirement of the cake, I paid extra Rs 150. When I contacted they web chat, they said it will be delivered by 7 PM. When the order is not delivered, I tried to contact them but they were unavailable. They are fraud company. They will not deliver the Cake. I want my refund. They are not replying to my email ad well. Order id is- 609839- Dhanbad
