It happened with me in all the two transactions that I made so far with Indiacakes.com.
The website shows FREE DELIVERY. The moment order is placed & subsequently payment is made online - you receive a SMS asking for additional Rs 100 as delivery charges, otherwise the order would be blocked. (Perhaps) your money will be forfeited if you don't pay the delivery charges.
The support team does not always respond in phone .Even...

My order ID is 610371 and I have made the payment of rs939.60.
I couldn't track my order and no one is responding from the customer service. This is first experience with india cakes to surprise my sister on her wedding anniversary and I am very much frustrated now.
Please someone take steps to deliver the cake today itself. Thank you in advance....

Yesterday ie on 25th May I ordered to deliver a 1kg cake and flowers at Durgapur.The order is not delivered.

Have ordered on May 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Same day delivery was promised. The delivery was not made. No response from customer service inspite of multiple attempts. The Mumbai office number given on the website is not a working number....

Product ID 604325, ordered on 24 March 2021.
The cake product was supposed to be delivered on 25th March 2021 but it wasn't delivered. I had submitted a complaint earlier on April 7th for not refunding the amount. The complaint is still not processed and expect you to refund the amount at the earliest...

Yesterday I booked one cake and select time slot as today before 2 pm. For that they charged additional 250 rupees. But they failure to deliver on time. Till now not delivered. So please refund my 250 rupees charged as delivery, since they are failure to deliver in time. Please do the needful. I am awaiting your reply

Before ordering i called customer care and confirmed the if delivery is available in location to be delivered. They said yes. I ordered a cake and flower delivery. They sent an email asking to pay Rs250 extra for delivery saying the delivery location is far. I made the payment. But they didnt deliver the cake and flowers. I ordered a cake on 21st May 2021 through IndiaCake. I paid Rs 450 for the cake. Later on I received a message that I need yo to pay extra Rs 150 for delivery. As I had the requirement of the cake, I paid extra Rs 150. When I contacted they web chat, they said it will be delivered by 7 PM. When the order is not delivered, I tried to contact them but they were unavailable. They are fraud company. They will not deliver the Cake. I want my refund....

After placing the order they are asking for extra 250/- for delivery charge. After paying that the order not got delivered. They are not having any tracking options. Their phone line always busy. A fraud company....

I placed an 2 order on IndiaCakes, Order ids - 609550 & 609548

I contacted there chat support (Sunita) asking if the delivery is available on particular address before placing the order and after getting confirmation from her that delivery to that particular location is possible . I placed an order. Payment got successful and i did not receive any confirmation, thought the order must have not been placed i tried once again...

I ordered cake from IndiaCakes.com under Order # 608092 on 7th May (with 100% Prepaid mode of payment) for my Nephew's birthday on 8th May due to the fake promise of same day delivery on their website at the time of placing the order.

After the order was complete I did not receive any order number and kept trying to reach out to the number given on their website but it was not connecting and the chat option was offline. I...

Ordered a cake from Indiacakes on 24th Apr 2021 with order number 606771. The cake was supposed to be delivered on 29th Apr. On 25th Apr, I received email from Indiacakes with payment link asking for additional payment for 200 INR as delivery location as far.

I spoke to customer care and confirmed that the order will get delivered if additional charges are paid. I made payment accordingly. However...

Order was taken and then cancelled by them and not refunding the money no response from customer service also worst experience my order number 607584...

I ordered a cake from India cakes worth INR 540 and with coupon, paid Rs. 494.
At the time of ordering, there was no mention of delivery charges.
Right before delivery time, i receive an email from Indiacakes (*******@indiacakes.co.in) saying that i need to pay Rs. 250 for delivery charges since the location is far.

I replied that since it was not mentioned before, either they should deliver without delivery charges...
