My order no 607760 costed Rs2000 was not delivered to me, I want refund as soon as possible...

I had ordered a cake for my friend .it cost 562.3 rs and later they sent and email saying they need 200 more for delivery . Which I did pay .
1.Now they haven't included that 200 in bill
2. The order was cancelled and I wasn't even aware of it .
3. It's written in the bill that I get a coupon for refund, but the clause is mentioned after paying
4 . Even so, they now say that the 200...

Its a fraud company, I lost my money by prepaid order.

Pathetic customer service....

Kindly refund the money for the order number 604580 which was not delivered on the time....

I have ordered a birthday cake via order number - 604580. But I didn't receive any cake and when I talked to customer care they replied that the amount will be refunded shortly.
But as on date I haven't received anything.
I tried several times to contact your personal but no any improvement.
With this I kindly request you to sort it out this issue ASAP.
Immediate action shall be appreciated in this regard....

I ordered the cake 1/5/2021 for my anniversary but I didn't get it...

An order for cake with order ID 607342 was placed on 1/05/21. But it didn't deliver even on 2/05/21. My complaint is only on the point that please don't fool your customers. If a cake can't delivered to a particular place, don't accept the orders. Playing with our time, emotions and money is not good atleast during these Covid times. It's always customer satisfaction before money .
And the customer service girl on call wouldn't respond...

My first point is why there is a need for you people to accept orders before hand and later give reasons telling ma'am or sir, there is lockdown in your place and we couldn't deliver? I called up at 11 am on 1/5/2021 to the customer service of India cakes . Asked them whether there is delivery possible to my place. And they said" yes., go ahead order on the website sir". I placed an order. They collected an additional fee of Rs. 150 for delivery...

Not received order since last 48 hours.

I am professional lawyer and file a complain of forgery if the same is not delivered in 24 hours.

I have all recordings and screenshots....

I orderd a birthe day cake from IndiaCakes.com on 26/04/2021 and the same day delivery, however, they did ot deliver the same and did not even bother to inform me.

Now I canceld the order and initiated for refund, but it does not seem they are interested to entertain me.

Please take necesary legal action against as I am not the only victim, there are lot of other bad reviews about this company.

I have booked one cake of Rs1035 from Indiacakes on 11th April 2021. They told me to deliver it on 14th April for my child's birthday.I have paid the money through online as they had no COD facilities.
