I had placed an order for chocolate truffle cake half kg & paid 499 + 100 rs delivery charge and the cake is not delivered and when I enquired about the delivery they had said it will come by 7 pm and even then it was not delivered

I requested for cake delivery on Mother`s day after confirmation from talk. Requested additional delivery charges. But still never delivered and no response when I call back put on hold.
Worst company and worst serve. Its fraud company no body should order from this indiacakes.com site.

I have booked an anniversary cake on 05.05.2021 and it has to be delivered on 05th May or 6th May
But still today 10.05.2021 it has not delivered and no refund came. They asked me to pay extra 200 rupees but I denied it as I sensed there is something wrong so I said you deliver it I will pay by COD. But no cake delivered till today . Pathetic service by customer care as they don't respond the moment you say your order number.

These companies needs to be booked under cheating case. They are also spoiling India's image by putting India on their websites.

I request everyone not to buy from Indian cakes, instead order it from other sites.

I have booked an anniversary cake on 03.05.2021 and it has to be delivered on 06.03.2021.
But still today 10.05.2021 it has not delivered and no refund came. Also, they took 200 rs extra for every charge.

People ordering cakes on special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, and these worst companies spoiling the happiness of customers.

If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.

These types of companies spoiling country names as putting India on their websites.

I am requesting my refund.

With reference to my Combo Order (for Cake & Bouquet) ID 608458 dated 8th May 2021, a cake only was delivered on the given address without Bouquet. An amount of Rs. 1150.00 was credited towards the same.

As bouquet was not delivered, I request you to credit Rs. 500.00 to my account no [protected] in State Bank of India New Shahupuri Branch Kolhapur IFSC Code SBIN0015087.

Since there is no response on helpline for series of call, I am prefering this complaint. May I request you confirm refund as above immediately. My cell no is [protected].

My order no 608268 was not delivered and I haven't been able to get in touch with the customer rep. I paid 499 for a cake online via Gpay.
I wanted a full refund but this is clearly a scam.

I order one cake on 4 th May..to kannur..that not delivered till now.. what is the reason.

Pathetic and fraudulent. Do not order anything from this website and save yourself from the online trap.Ordered cake on 4th May for delivery on 06th May and the only thing happened was the money got debited from my account. Despite multiple chasers there was no positive response neither on cake delivery nor on refund. Payubiz is the payment network and they have confirmed the amount is credited to India cakes. I have lost my money to fraudsters and let them eat it but this will end up badly for them. Thinking of raising it with necessary authorities.

I had ordered a cake for my friend .it cost 562.3 rs and later they sent and email saying they need 200 more for delivery . Which I did pay .
1.Now they haven't included that 200 in bill
2. The order was cancelled and I wasn't even aware of it .
3. It's written in the bill that I get a coupon for refund, but the clause is mentioned after paying
4 . Even so, they now say that the 200 is not refundable as there is no bill and I'll het a coupon of only 562
5. Very rude people sitting there to recieve calls

Its a fraud company, I lost my money by prepaid order.

Kindly refund the money for the order number 604580 which was not delivered on the time.

I have ordered a birthday cake via order number - 604580. But I didn't receive any cake and when I talked to customer care they replied that the amount will be refunded shortly.
But as on date I haven't received anything.
I tried several times to contact your personal but no any improvement.
With this I kindly request you to sort it out this issue ASAP.
Immediate action shall be appreciated in this regard.

I ordered the cake 1/5/2021 for my anniversary but I didn't get it

An order for cake with order ID 607342 was placed on 1/05/21. But it didn't deliver even on 2/05/21. My complaint is only on the point that please don't fool your customers. If a cake can't delivered to a particular place, don't accept the orders. Playing with our time, emotions and money is not good atleast during these Covid times. It's always customer satisfaction before money .
And the customer service girl on call wouldn't respond to me properly here . Very sad to know such companies are still advertising on internet telling we are the best cake providers in India. Shame on you people. DONOT fool your customers. DONOT accept orders when you can't deliver. It's totally understandable.

I called up at 11 am on 1/5/2021 to the customer service of India cakes . Asked them whether there is delivery possible to my place. And they said" yes., go ahead order on the website sir". I placed an order. They collected an additional fee of Rs. 150 for delivery before 2 pm on the same day. Cool. But again after an hour I get an email asking additional 100 Rs. Ok done. Paid. But for what fun? Ultimately at end of the day they say we can't deliver today because there is lockdown in your place? My question is why accept orders then ? Birthday is a one day event. You can't celebrate It for a week right ? So ridiculous and moreover the customer service girl cuts your call in between. So what is the whole point of having a Helpline number then?
