I've made an order for birthday order no. 608995 made payment of 499+200 but the oder was never delivered when called customer care no. Never get connected I guess it's a scam website I need my refund immediately...

I had order a cake morning around 9 and as per ur offers i had paid extra 200 for immediate delivery whn enquired was around 2.30and nw its already 4.30 and i did not receive any cake and ur online call people doesn't not even respond properly i want my money which i paid for quick delivery...

Customer care services are okay but the emails sent for refund are viewed very late and lack o[censored]nderstanding between customers and the company....

I ordered an order with order id 608987 i already asked that if my order will be delievered at the given address, i was told by roseline and sunita that it will be delievered and i can place the order, upon placing the order i waited to recieve it, i received an email
To pay additional 150 rupes as delivery where u claim for free delivery, still u asked me to pay fine i did it, but now when i am checking my order is not delivered since...

I ordered cake for my friend birthday for 11 may. Even I paid extra delivery charge as "delivery place is far from our center'.

Today is 13th may, I have not got a single response from any team. I have raised complaint on Customer care portal too.

Have ordered bday cake yesterday morning n till now its not delivered. I had placed an order for chocolate truffle cake half kg & paid 499 + 100 rs delivery charge and the cake is not delivered and when I enquired about the delivery they had said it will come by 7 pm and even then it was not delivered...

I have booked an anniversary cake on 05.05.2021 and it has to be delivered on 05th May or 6th May
But still today 10.05.2021 it has not delivered and no refund came. They asked me to pay extra 200 rupees but I denied it as I sensed there is something wrong so I said you deliver it I will pay by COD. But no cake delivered till today . Pathetic service by customer care as they don't respond the moment you say your order number.

I have booked an anniversary cake on 03.05.2021 and it has to be delivered on 06.03.2021.
But still today 10.05.2021 it has not delivered and no refund came. Also, they took 200 rs extra for every charge.

With reference to my Combo Order (for Cake & Bouquet) ID 608458 dated 8th May 2021, a cake only was delivered on the given address without Bouquet. An amount of Rs. 1150.00 was credited towards the same.

As bouquet was not delivered, I request you to credit Rs. 500.00 to my account no [protected] in State Bank of India New Shahupuri Branch Kolhapur IFSC Code SBIN0015087.

Since there is no response on helpline...

My order no 608268 was not delivered and I haven't been able to get in touch with the customer rep. I paid 499 for a cake online via Gpay.
I wanted a full refund but this is clearly a scam....

I order one cake on 4 th May..to kannur..that not delivered till now.. what is the reason....

Pathetic and fraudulent. Do not order anything from this website and save yourself from the online trap.Ordered cake on 4th May for delivery on 06th May and the only thing happened was the money got debited from my account. Despite multiple chasers there was no positive response neither on cake delivery nor on refund. Payubiz is the payment network and they have confirmed the amount is credited to India cakes. I have lost my money to fraudsters...
