After placing the order they are asking for extra 250/- for delivery charge. After paying that the order not got delivered. They are not having any tracking options. Their phone line always busy. A fraud company.

I had ordered a cake on 12/5/21
And had payed rs 590 for the order and it was expected to be delivered on 13/5/21 before 9 pm

But they had not delivered the cake and still had not refund my money.

I've made an order for birthday order no. 609865 made payment of 575 (previous order no 608195 not delivered)+150+150 but the oder was not delivered when called customer care no. Never get connected I guess it's a scam website I need my refund immediately

I placed an 2 order on IndiaCakes, Order ids - 609550 & 609548

I contacted there chat support (Sunita) asking if the delivery is available on particular address before placing the order and after getting confirmation from her that delivery to that particular location is possible . I placed an order. Payment got successful and i did not receive any confirmation, thought the order must have not been placed i tried once again and same thing happen after payment it takes you to the empty cart screen with no details about your order.

After an half an hour i got payment confirmation email, i again tried to reach out their customer support to cancel one of the order and after trying multiple times my call got connected and finally did followed the process of cancelling the duplicate order and they asked me to mail on [protected]@indiacakes.co.in. But again no response from the team regarding the refund

And coming to their delivery slots i opted for ASAP delivery and kept waiting inspite of paying 250 extra for early delivery .

And after waiting for 4 hours and multiple wways of contacting the team, my chat was been address and i get to listen my order is cancel (they did not had curtesy to inform the customerr that order cant be delivered ) and thats it no more details why and what about my refund. Such a fraud site, i think its a new scheme to paly with people emotions and loot them.

And since then trying to connect their customer support via chat call or email, no response . I have spnt nearly 1400 and got nothing, inspite of spending hours together .

Please help me in getting back my amount

I ordered cake from IndiaCakes.com under Order # 608092 on 7th May (with 100% Prepaid mode of payment) for my Nephew's birthday on 8th May due to the fake promise of same day delivery on their website at the time of placing the order.

After the order was complete I did not receive any order number and kept trying to reach out to the number given on their website but it was not connecting and the chat option was offline. I searched online and found multiple such complaints online for them along with people stating they never deliver the cakes, send out emails asking for more money, and, a limited few who did pay that extra money also did not receive the cakes on time. People said the refund fights with this company was endless - Much to my regret, I ended up living exactly the experience people mentioned online.

On 8th Morning I received email & SMS asking to pay Rs. 250 more with a Payu link, I responded to IndiaCakes.com to cancel the order and refund my money but no response, next day again they sent me link to pay and this cycle kept going on for 4 days.

I even re-tried their phone but as usual, it was not reachable and tried chat option twice but their agents stop responding after greeting.

I am sharing all the screenshots and emails here for reference.. Please help me get my money refunded from these fraudsters

I have placed n order of cake(paid) for 18th May...but order isnot delivered yet...even they r not responding to my queries...there website is not responding...m in big trouble. Please sort it out

Ordered a cake from Indiacakes on 24th Apr 2021 with order number 606771. The cake was supposed to be delivered on 29th Apr. On 25th Apr, I received email from Indiacakes with payment link asking for additional payment for 200 INR as delivery location as far.

I spoke to customer care and confirmed that the order will get delivered if additional charges are paid. I made payment accordingly. However I never received confirmation or acknowledgment for the payment. Also I never received cake despite patiently waiting until 30th Apr.

Not to mention the mental stress I was going through as I relied on them to get delivery, I could have done other arrangements otherwise. It was big disappointment. I tried getting in touch with customer care[protected], +[protected] and through email - [protected]@indiacakes.co.in ) however they are giving excuses, or not responding most of the time and informing me that they will issue me a coupon for the order, instead of money. This is pure harassment. But as of today (18 May 2021) I have not received any refund nor communication if my refund status.

May I please request to get refund to my back account as I have paid using net banking as this is the second time they are not delivering and issuing coupons and I am unable to get my money back.

I ordered a cake from India cakes worth INR 540 and with coupon, paid Rs. 494.
At the time of ordering, there was no mention of delivery charges.
Right before delivery time, i receive an email from Indiacakes (*******@indiacakes.co.in) saying that i need to pay Rs. 250 for delivery charges since the location is far.

I replied that since it was not mentioned before, either they should deliver without delivery charges or give full refund. No reply received from them so far. Upon calling on their customer care, they inform they would give me some Coupon for future usage on India cakes.
Mine is not the only case. My order id is 609297. By mistake, my wife also placed an order on same date with India cakes: 609289. She also received an email saying Rs. 100 to be paid extra for delivery charge. That too for same address on which i wanted the delivery!

With such pathetic non-transparent service, who would like to order back?

Since then, am waiting to hear back or get my refund.

I had order a cake morning around 9 and as per ur offers i had paid extra 200 for immediate delivery whn enquired was around 2.30and nw its already 4.30 and i did not receive any cake and ur online call people doesn't not even respond properly i want my money which i paid for quick delivery

Customer care services are okay but the emails sent for refund are viewed very late and lack o[censored]nderstanding between customers and the company.

I ordered an order with order id 608987 i already asked that if my order will be delievered at the given address, i was told by roseline and sunita that it will be delievered and i can place the order, upon placing the order i waited to recieve it, i received an email
To pay additional 150 rupes as delivery where u claim for free delivery, still u asked me to pay fine i did it, but now when i am checking my order is not delivered since yesterday. And today m told my order is cancelled without notifying me, and refund will be processed by ur rude sales rep Rohit. I want to knw the reason or my full refund . I didn't receive cake even i paid the amount.
When i try to reach their customer care number/contact number ..they are not responding.how can get my money back?

I ordered cake for my friend birthday for 11 may. Even I paid extra delivery charge as "delivery place is far from our center'.

Today is 13th may, I have not got a single response from any team. I have raised complaint on Customer care portal too.

Does the company underdtand the meaning of occassion?
Have ordered bday cake yesterday morning n till now its not delivered. While ordering the cake itself it asked for same day delivery which is chargeable and again they sent a msg to pay. 100 rs extra as the place of delivery is quite far. Are they thinking we are fool? I want my money refund immediately. Overall i paid 875 rs i urge to refund asap. I strongly recommend people not to chose India cakes at any cost.

I ordered a combo cake and flowers and ur guys said me that flowers are not possible in my location only cake alone will be possible. i have paid 250 RS extra as well for the quick delivery and ur executives has given me a sure time that my cake wil be delivered by 12 PM. later when i called to inquire about the delivery they are saying you need to pay 700 delivery charge because half kg cake cant be delivered we need to deliver full and email has also been received for the same that my order is on hold to clear the 700 RS payment. without anything i cleared the payment because the delivery of cake was very very important for me. one lady she was very very rude with me when i asked about the inconvenience. first of all India cakes is very unprofessional and they are not sure about their services. and the customer service staff is very pathetic and rude. one lady end the call by shouting at me by saying i had already solved ur problem and i had talked to u for 8 mins. whats going on guys ???? we customers are paying for you and you are kidding with us ???? i need an answer or else i will escalate this issue so far. my order number is 608944. if i had not been received a call or email from india cakes management i will be escalating this case legally for far. Im not threatening but thats going to happen if i will not be contacted by any of your managerial position person.
