I ordered cake and flowers yesterday which need to be delivered today at Budaun, but there is no delivery yet.
Even after payment I didn’t get any information about my order just only my payment got received
Let me know the status and if you can’t deliver please return my money back

I made this order on 27 March 10pm india time and I chose the cake they provided under same day delivery. There was an option for paying Rs 250 for delivering the cake ASAP before 2pm on 28 March. I paid for that also. After all these on 28 March after few times talking to the customer care team, I got an email for paying additional Rs 200 as delivery charges. As I needed the cake desperately delivered on time I immediately made the payment. But Today now it’s 29 March the cake is still not delivered and the birthday is over. This order was for making smile on a 4 yr old girl face but because of indiacakes.com pathetic service it was a flop.

I request them to kindly refund the money for this order ASAP as i don’t need the cake anymore.

I ordered a cake(Order no: 604230) for my wife's birthday on 23rd March 2021. The website allowed me to order the cake and said it would be delivered on same day by 11:55 PM. The cake never got delivered.

when i checked with their customer care, they said order cannot be taken up by vendor due to address being far away and they cannot deliver the order at all.

They said they will refund amount.

when i checked refund status today on 26 March, they are saying they will provide coupon. I said that i don't want coupon and i want my amount refunded. They are saying they can't do it. Even if i get coupon they are saying due to covid-19, the order may still not be delivered and asked me to redeem after 6 or 8 months.

when i insisted on my money being refunded, they said their superiors will not accept.

Please get my money refunded back.

I have ordered the cake and paid extra amount 250/- to deliver in night time, they have not deliver not deliver night, if we will call they are not giving proper response. It's not deliver next day till 4pm. if we will ask anything they will disconnect the call immediately. I never see like this Very very Bad service.

Hi I’ve ordered one cake on 23/03, but still it’s not delivered.. order ID 604211 .. . When I enquired their representatives told me that cake will be delivered before 7 pm . But, there is no reply from indiacakes.com.. Nobody is replying for my enquiries

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered to kannur, Kerala. The birthday was on 23rd March and am writing this review on 24th March. Till now the cake is not delivered. They are too much unprofessional. When i called their customer care, they told me to send email and cancel the order and cut the call on my face. If I cancel, they will issue coupon and no refund. My order no is 604108. Order was made on 22nd march. I told them atleast deliver now or refund my money to my card. But they refused to refund. They can only issue coupon.

I have ordered cake yesterday 22nd march in that it was showing like will be delivering the same day. But till now it not delivered. Kindly refund my money asap.

I have ordered cake on 20 march 2021 for same day delivery choosing as soon as possible delivery and paid extra 200 for that.They did not deliveref cake on the same day or by next day.

I have sent many mails and customer suport is very pathetic. I have asked for the refund amount and they didnot agreed and they told they can give only coupon code. I need the refund as money because i did not ordered with any coupon vodr and it was their mistake on cake not delivered on time.

I am not goingbto ise their site any more and not needed any coupon codes.

One of the poorest online services I have ever come across. These guys are a bunch of fraudsters. I placed an order on Feb 19 2021, they were unable to deliver it. They gave me a coupon for the amount I paid as they refused refund. I again placed an order
on March 19 2021 which was not delivered again. Instead I was asked to pay Rs 300 more as delivery charges. Now they are again refusing for refund. This is robbery in day light. Kindly stay away from these ### and prefer ordering from a local store rather than getting trapped by these fraudsters.

I had ordered a delivery for 9:30-11:55 slot for the birthday on (16/03/2021) as a surprise and i paid extra 200 for delivery for a half kg photo printed cake at 10:30 (14/03/2021) chicago time.
The order went successfully.
I had immediately send the message in chat box asking if everything is okay.
No response.
I’m abroad and here time zone is different.
Today early morning (15/03/2021) 6 am i got a mail stating half kg cake is not available and i need to pay more of 799 for another half kg cake.
I had already paid 799+200.
I again paid 799 for the cake and i got the confirmation. When i checked the website the same day delivery service wasn’t over and an hour more was there.
I paid the full amount of 799+799+200 for the same day delivery and nobody did the delivery nothing happened.
No cake was delivered

I didnot get answer for these.

1. If half kg cake was not available then why was it i. The website?
2. 1 kg same cake rated just 1400 where i had to pay 1600.
3. Why wasn’t the cake delivered on time where same day delivery was still on?
4. Why wasn’t i informed immediately if the cake wasn’t available?

I have ordered a birthday cake on April 18 2020. I didn't received the cake and not get the refund of my paid amount even after 1 year from order. I need my refund of the amount. I have send lot of emails and calls. They are not responding. Such a fraud company. Here I'm attaching the billing details and order details.

Iam Sulochana placed the butterscotch cake order on March 8th to deliver it on March 14th with order no # 602877 to p. Sreedhar warangal with pincode 506313. It's a normal delivery. But you guys are so inefficient, irresponsible completely spoiled the birthday occasion. Failed to deliver it to sreedhar. Now we lost the occasion and I don't want your cake anymore please keep that cake with you guys only and pay back my money in liquidity only using gpay/ phone pe[protected] Sunkara Sulochana.i don't want your bloody vouchers as will never use this indiacakes services for my whole life time.

Indiacakes.com. This is totally a fraud company which charge from CUSTOMER and then they say that they are out of service in the given location at the end of day and after all this ### they say that they can't refund the money. This is compelety a loot that they are doing.

Once I place the order customer support showing offline it's fraud company I placed today for tomorrow's my kid birthday anyway I got know my money will not come back when I seeing these many complaints.

I have order a cake from indiacakes on 17-feb-2021 Amount is deducted from my card and i have received amount deduction msg from my bank but indiacakes representative said we have not received any amount from my side and my credit card statement show transaction is successful from past 10 days i am calling indiacakes customer care either they said we have not received payment or put my call on hold and then disconnected the call

As my friend suggested to me that cake will be deliver on that day so that I ordered a cake they didn't delivered me and saying that after 48 hrs It won't deliver to your location they are taking money and not providing any service I lost 1100 on this website please don't keep order on this website and block this website don't trust this people and they won't respond properly we fwd many mails, calls and chat but they didn't respond properly anyway we lost money and time and don't trust this website please

They are most cheaters from north india stuff they are in group of people doing something as in the name of crime through the internet by creating various sites and various modes.
Don't ever fall in with these rubbish sites soon Cyber will take a action.

On 20TH Feb I spoke to Sunita in Live chat. She told that service is available in my pincode, ie Dhamdaha . So on 21st I placed the order amd made online paymnent of Rs 449.
My delivery date was today. In the morning Today Rohit in Live chat told that your order is under process. Will be delivered by 7 pm today. Now when I am asking the delivery timing Ashish in Live chat telling we can't delivered the order as its not there service area.
Its really a fraud. They just cheated me. Its my first experience which is really very bad. I want my money refund as soon as possible. Please refund me Rs 449 immedietly.

I ordered a cake on 8 feb 2021 for it to be delivered on 09 feb 2021 but they didnot delivered said addressee too far then after that refused to refund my money, pathetic service as if they r running a scam for duping people of their money.
