I have placed an order with indian cakes and the cake has not been delivered. I tried to contact the customer care, they kind of once heard the issue and receive the order number from us, dropping the call.. I have tried multiple times and the same has happened all time.

I ordered a butterscotch cake 1kg (Rs.1225)
Which i want to receive by 3:30 pm same day. So i chose time slot "after 2pm". Then i enquired the customer care and asked if the cake would reach by 3:30 pm. They said that the cake will only reach by 6 pm and i have to pay an additional rs.200 if i want the cake by 3:30 pm. For that they had sent a separate payment link. I have completed the payment. Cake didnt received till 4pm. When i called them, after hearing the issue and getting the order no from us, they purposefully dropping the call.. I tried multiple time and the same result.. Finally its end of the day now, i haven't received the cake and haven't received any payment.

I had placed an order for a cake in Jan which was scheduled for delivery on the 15th of feb 2021. It was pre paid n later extra amount was charged stating that the location was remote from their center .
Despite multiple efforts to communicate with their online customer service (chat ) wherein we hardly get any proper response or there won’t be a response at all. My cake was never delivered either on that day nor after . Despite mailing them multiple times ., there is still no response . I haven’t got my refund .
Business like this is something that shouldn’t be encouraged . It is highly unethical . They r looting money from customers n thereby fail at catering to the needs. Why r they even on this platform ? This is highly unacceptable and needs a legal action to be taken against them . My order ID is 508738

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had placed a cake order, order no :510520 dated 07/02/2021 and order no :510357 dated 06/02/2021, initially the customer executive told me that it will take time to deliver the order. Later on calling 5 times, they are informing that the area is unservicable and we can't deliver. Firstly I was not informed about the order delivery and next when the executive told me that the area is out of service I requested refund for both the orders, but she informed me that the amount cannot have be refunded and will be kept in wallet.

I ordered a combo of cake and a bouquet to be delivered today on 14th of February but it has to be noted that the cake has not been delivered yet as on 15th of February.

Mentioned orders are not delivered seeking extra delivery charges for both orders. Nothing was mentioned when order was placed. Now they are not ready to provide refund even for the orders.
Even customer care was saying to ahead and complain to whom so ever I want.pathetic people and pathetic company.

As company not delivered cake on my address and later not issue any refund...also no body replying on mail neither on call...fake site...

Very worst/Horrible/Ir-responsible experience for their services. i am living out of INDIA and i ordered a cake for my daddy’s birthday on 04–02–2021. Till now the cake was not delivered and customer care just pick and cut the call for more than 20 times. First they should understand the meaning of customer service. I still have no idea of my cake and money. who ever seeing this post visit your nearest cake shop directly and order for your loved one. My order ID: 510133

I ordered a cake from IndiaCakes.com and they didn’t delivered the cake on time, not even delivered the cake. They are asking for more money as delivery charges after placing the order and submitting the payment. This is a fraud company and don't lose your hard earned money doing business with them.

I recently had a really bad experience wid @indiacakes
For them customr satisfaction is least of a priority.I placed the order after multiple telephonic confirmations frm d executives & on d day whn cake was to be delivered I calld them in d morning just to take a confirmation.They assured that delivery will happen by 6pm. I waited patiently till 6:45pm nobody gave me any update.At last I calld them to take d status of my delivery vry conveniently they told me that they couldn't arrange d delivery.

Blunder1: Point to note here is their customer support closes at 7pm sharp & I was not being told about the status the entire day
Blunder2 : They promised me a refund, as it was 7pm already & I was discussing my issue with them, they were in a hurry to close their shift and did not inform me about any refund policy.wen I asked what needs to be done for a refund d executive told me to write an email and said everything will be managed and dropped d call

I wrote an email the same day stating all that has happened. I did not even receive an apology mail.After waiting for few days and not getting any response from their team.I called them again. And the executives told me that it takes 15days.I waited patiently but it was of no use. I had to call them again yesterday to remind them about my refund

Blunder3: the executives now told me that I can only get a coupon they don't refund at all.i don't know what took them so long to figure this out.i was really angry this time as it was d matter of 835/- & after all that I have gone through they expect me to shop from their website I mean seriously
Blunder4: I kept telling that I would like to talk to your senior & I don't want coupon but the refund as it was company's mistake & to my utter surprise the way their entire customer care department started behaving was unbelievable.They starting disconnecting my calls as they realised that I am again the same customer. One lady pretended as if she is not able to hear me n then kept the receiver aside while I cud hear executives laughing n talking wen I told her that you are on a call record pls don't pretend that you cannot hear me, she immediately disconnected #shameful

(Order No: 361103) I ordered a truffle cake on 12 September 2020 to be delivered to Nagercoil. I gave the exact location and it was confirmed through their online customer support as well. Hence I made the payment. But on the day of event, no cake was delivered. I dropped messages multiple times and the order status was never updated. Finally, I received a message by 6.30 requesting an additional delivery charges of 250. Then they promised to deliver it by next day but even that was not done. I called and asked for the refund multiple times but no reply.

(Order No: 506229) Again, I ordered a bouquet from Trivandrum with the coupon code received from the former case . And even that was not delivered.
Worst and very rude behavior.

I placed an order on 20 Jan and they promised to deliver the same day. They did not deliver the cake on 20th Jan before 9 pm and my friend had to buy another cake after 9 pm then I called indiacakes.com at 21 mornings and they informed they you have to pay more 200rs to deliver so I said cake is not required now, do not deliver, I want my refund, they said drop an email we will revert, I sent 3 emails on 21 but no one reverted, I called again on 22, but they shouted on me saying - there is no refund policy, and you placed order at 4pm and expecting us to deliver same day and you did not paid extra delivery charges and they said let me add your call to receiver, we have your receiver number, and ask them how far they live to deliver, they tried to include and insult in front of the reciever . Literally that lady-sunita shouted on me like anything, I am attaching my recorded call and email what I sent, they does not even 0 star.

I order cake on 22 jan 2021(order-id 509157), for same day delivery. After making payment of 790Rs i got a mail that my order is placed but payment is pending. Then i chat and i was told that they have recived the payment and my order will get delivered on same day by 8:30pm. I was waiting but delivery is not done. Next day when i called they said, it could not be delivered but it will be delivered today. What is the need to take cake next day if anniversary is today. i asked then to refund my money, the they said they will not refund money. Even the customer care stop reponding. they have taken my money without any service.

Cake ordered on 17th Jan 2021 at 12 PM and it is said to be delivered same day before 7PM. But its not delivered.
When i tried to contact on customer care number no body is responding i chat with associates and they said it will deliver today. Why i need it on 18th when my Dads birthday is on 17th. I ordered because indiacakes.com sure to deliver it on 17th before 7PM. No cake delivered that ruined surprise for My Dads birthday.
No body is responding on email send to their provided email id.

I need my money back.

I have placed an order and paid for it and in some time of the day I was asked to pay extra for delivery charges, so I cancelled my order and haven’t got my refund yet. It’s been 5 months. Even After so many mails still haven’t got any or even single response from any of the executives till date.

Hello sir, 4 days before ordered birthday cake below mention the address.payment also paid. Then after i am continuesly two days call to asked delivery for this address possible or not. She is said possible. But today birthday one hour before i called to india cake she is said delivery is not possible because out of city thats way. This is not good activity correct?. So I have one option i will go to cunsumer court

Non Delivery - Refund
I have ordered cake in through indiacakes.com for 15 jan2021 was the delivery date and still not yet received, and out of 1 they took additional delivery charges too. I have chatting with customer support, once i send the order details they will not reply. I have sent so many mail to then no reply. how can i get the refund the cash.

I have placed an order from indiacakes.com. When i placed the order it was showing me multiple delivery options with different charges.So i have chosen an option with 0 delivery charges where delivery will be done the same day but not within some time range. Next day morning when i found that order is still not delivered i called indiacakes.com customer support and then the reply i have got from them was quite surprising . They were asking me to pay an additional amount of 250 Rs for delivery and there was no ask for this while i made the payment and placed the order and no prior mail from them about this additional payment until i called them up.When i asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount they are. not refunding the amount instead giving me a coupon. I want to get my refund since i don't want to use this site again as i feel they are trying to cheat customers by not showing correct price at the time of making payment.
