I have placed an order from indiacakes.com. When i placed the order it was showing me multiple delivery options with different charges.So i have chosen an option with 0 delivery charges where delivery will be done the same day but not within some time range. Next day morning when i found that order is still not delivered i called indiacakes.com customer support and then the reply i have got from them was quite surprising . They were asking me to pay an additional amount of 250 Rs for delivery and there was no ask for this while i made the payment and placed the order and no prior mail from them about this additional payment until i called them up.When i asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount they are. not refunding the amount instead giving me a coupon. I want to get my refund since i don't want to use this site again as i feel they are trying to cheat customers by not showing correct price at the time of making payment.

On 14th January 2021, around 9pm I placed a order for cake rs. 590/-. My order not delivered when I called on their customer care number they asked to pay extra 100/- for delivery and said within 1 hour cake will be deliver. Of you people don't have service in particular area then why you take orders??

I had placed an order on 8/11/2020 with Indiacakes.com. However my cake was not delivered and the order was cancellaed. For which I didnt receive any refund. After multiple followups and having faced rude behaviour from the support team of Indiacakes.com, I was told that refund will not be given and a coupon code will be provided. After multiple followup's the code was provided in the month of December.
Today dated 12/01/21, I tried placing an order to redeem the code, but I was unable to place the order. Firstly, In the chat option there was no proper response provided. After which when called the cx care there was no proper response, A lady named Shweta spoke very rudely and I was told by Mr. Ritesh on my next call, I will be receiving a confirmation mail, but I havent yet received any email from their end. They have also blocked my number on their phone number i.e [protected].

I have been calling them multiple times today and since there is no positive response given, I was forced to lodged this complaint. My previous order id number was - 501912

My amount pending with them is 490 rs.

Kindly help me with this issue as I have been facing a very bad and ruthless experience with Inadacakes.com and have had enough from them.

My Transaction ID: 506272, placed my order on 23rd dec 2020 and it was not delivered. They themselves cancelled the order and said they will refund the amount within 7 days, after 7 days I called and they said its not 7 days it will take 15 days to refund the money. Now after 15 days they are refusing to refund the money and they say I will get a coupon code for this. I don't want this coupon, I just need my money refunded which they had promised to do. And even the coupon code, they haven't given after 15 days. That's how their service is.

I would like to escalate about my order. I had an extremely poor and bad experience after ordering cake from your company . The order was supposed to be delivered on 31st Dec, 2020. It was not delivered on that day .
On calling your customer service on 1st Jan, 2021 they said it will be delivered by 3 pm today. Again it was not delivered, after calling again at 3.30 pm I was told that my order cannot be delivered as vendor has refused.

I would request a full refund for the same ASAP. PlEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT WANT THE COUPON CODE, REFUND THE AMOUNT TO PAYTM WHICH WAS THE MODE OF PAYMENT,

This was my first order and the experience was worst. Called the customer service 16-17 times and they picked up and no response was given.

Horrible customer service and extremely poor delivery. Would never recommend this website to anyone. Would be posting the same review on google and other social media platforms for people to be aware of this and warn them not to imply their trust for their special days in your company.

Your whole system is very outdated no proper supply is there just charging extra money. If you guys are not able to supply than just stop the operation in that place simply why you charge extra 100 and than 350 to be on time where you guys have no sense of time. Your customer executive are pathetic don't have any idea how to deal with the customers.

I booked an order initially I was asked to pay 450 rs and then after some time I got a msg saying that:

I contacted their support by chat and they said these are the delivery charges it is mentioned on their site that free delivery across india still they charged me 250 rs and no status of the order updated

I have ordered cKe fro. indiacakes 506222 but they failed to deliver. I enquired with the chat agent and tbey initially said will deliver the. ext day and that too did not happen and now the chat agent is not rezlo di g.I evwn send emails but i diacakes is not responding.tbey did not deliver my cake nor refund my money . they are not respondi g as they do t want to refund the money.Ministry of trade snd commerce sbould not allow such company to continue business

I ordered a strawberry cheese cake for a special occasion instead got plain vanila pineapple cake.
I paid almost 1900 inr on this
But got the product half the price of wat i ordered. I need refund nd an compensation for this.

My cake did not get delivered on 25th december 2020 and i want the money back

Indiacakes.com is a online site for fooling people telling that deliver to 2000 cities.
My order no is 504457.

I'm terribly disappointed with the service they also messed up the birthday day surprise by not delivering the cake on the date which I ordered on 4th Dec 2020 and delivery date on 14th Dec.

I had a chat with customer service 14th afternoon itself with Swetha. She confirmed before 7pm the delivery time.

next day I chat with customer care, they informed me that the delivery will be today.

NO CONCERNS FROM YOUR SIDE WHEN UNABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER AND MADE THE OCCASION UPSET.

They are big cheaters and they doing same for all customers.

Please take strict action on them.

It was my friend's milestone birthday and I wanted to treat her to a caramel cheesecake on the occasion. So booked the order a couple of days in advance and despite several followup from my end, the cheesecake was not delivered on her special day.

If they don't have the capability to deliver a product, they should not list it. That's common sense. Instead, they list them and you are left waiting for the cake, making your celebration a disaster.

Order placed on Aug 17th for delivery on Aug 18th. Birthday on Aug 19th. On 20th, after follow-up, I get an apology mail offering to deliver another cake instead. What's the point of it after the event has passed? So asked for a refund. Instead, they gave that as a credit on Aug 24th. I declined and asked again for a refund on the same day - no response.

After months of waiting for the refund, and several telephone calls of follow-up, I still did not get the money back. So thought perhaps they could deliver the cheesecake in Bangalore instead. That too didn't happen. Instead of the caramel cheesecake I had ordered, they delivered a cheap pastry cake. Told them immediately to take the cake back - they never sent anyone and around 10 pm in the night, I gave it to our security person to dispose it off. Have shared a picture of what was ordered and what was delivered for your reference. I ordered for a caramel cheesecake and was delivered a pastry cake(which I did not want).

Have been following up with them over phone and mail and reaching nowhere. What is troubling me is that cakes are ordered for special occasions and these people, with their shoddy service, make the special occasion a complete disaster. So my friend never had a cake on her milestone birthday - thanks to these incompetent people.

They are not returning my money either - Please do take severe action and blacklist them from conning people like me.

Order was placed on November 27th and it was to be delivered on December 20th which was not delivered. On 21st December I called the number 7-8 times because the lady kept saying it’ll get delivered today without fail because it was out for delivery. I also had to pay an additional 250 Rs for shipping charges which wasn’t mentioned when the order was placed. I paid the amount online but didn’t receive my order. They said it's out for delivery and it'll surely be delivered but no, it was not. The executives are Liars. They lied to me today that the order got delivered but I confirmed with the receiver and came to know that they did not even get a call for delivery, no delivery was made. This is the most fraudulent company I've come across. I’m highly disappointed with this website and I will never again order anything from this. I also came to know that they do not have a refund policy. So here I am bearing a loss of 830 Rs and also a spoiled birthday party without a cake. I regret to have chosen this website for my purchase. Will never recommend this website to anybody else nor will I ever purchase anything else from them. I’m very frustrated and angry at this fraud website.

I ordered a cake for my parents anniversary on 10th dec. It was supposed to be delivered on 15th. The payment was made but i didnt get any confirmation either through mail or sms. The customer support shared the order number the next day via their chat service. On the day of delivery, I get an sms asking for extra 250 for delivery. This was not told till the day of delivery even though I have contacted them multiple times to ensure the delivery on time. I contacted them and told them that it was not a fair practice to charge extra at the last moment and that I am not interested in their cake. I wanted a refund. I asked them to send the original order mail which they sent then. I mailed them asking for a refund. They never reverted back. Now they dont answer me on their chat service or customer call number also.

I didn’t receive my order when i spoke with customer care they told my order was likely to be delivered by 7.30 pm. But i still receive my order

I have booked a birthday cake on 04.11.2020 which was supposed to be delivered on the same day. But delivery guy called me on 6th Nov for cake delivery. I refused to accept that order and asked IndiaCakes to cancel my order. They asked me to drop an email for cancellation which I did. Now they come up with new excuse everytime I call customer care and telling me that I should have accepted that order on whenever date they are delivering.

If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.

These types of companies spoiling country names as putting India on their websites.
