I had ordered a cake in IndiaCakes.com on 26th November 2020 (Order No : 503605).Before placing an order, i did connected with Ashish in online chat whether there is delivery available for this pincode. Based on his confirmation, i have placed my order and its clearly stated in the checkout page that the amount is inclusive of tax and delivery . On next day - delivery day there is no calls and cake delivery as well. When i checked my mail, they asked me to pay additional delivery charge 350 rupees. This ruined my special day because i felt 350 for delivery charge is high amount for the cake ordered. On further follow ups with the team, we got frustrated because most of the times they are rejecting our call or not answering our questions. They clearly said that they are not going to refund the amount instead they can give us coupon . Again with that coupon we have pay additional delivery charges 350 which is their only point. Please consider and provide me a good way to get my money back or cake

My order id is 504505.. on 4th december 2020 i ordered anniversary cake ..They didn’t deliver the cake on same day..next day they are saying we will deliver the cake by 12:00 pm then they say by 6:00 pm then after 6:00 no body replying my text neither email nor call..again nxt day they say you want to deliver the cake today or not..i ask to either deliver cake or refund my money..i already paid them via paytm so paytm me..bt no boady is replying..Worst Worst Experience

My order id is 503876. I have ordered a cake. but the cake was received was different from what i ordered. Design, taste and flavor were different from what i ordered.
This type of service is not expected from a big company like yours.

What should i do now?

I got payment successful message, thn after smetym i got a mail from India cakes saying transaction incomplete, how is this possible

My order number is 363728 which is to be delivered on 1st October. But only the cake was delivered and not the chocolates and flowers. When contacted the customer service, they provided a new coupon for which I ordered cakes and flowers to be delivered on 11th of November.
502861 is the new order.I ordered the cakes on 11th November 2020. Until today I havent received the cakes/refund/coupon. When I write a mail, there is no response and when contact the customer service, they cut the call, block the number or dont provide proper information. VERY VERY POOR customer service. They dont even know to handle a customer. So far, only one female employee was good .. rest all are totally a negative mark for the company. I either need my order to be delivered else I want the same money back!

My order I'd 504010...placed the on Nov 30 ...still the order is not delivered...paid 1350 ... waste of money and waste of time at India cakes... friends dont order from India cakes...they will not refund the money also...pathetic and hell of service

No response from customer care, they just lifting call and disconnecting call no response about order. And i haven't got my cake on delivery date no refund

I want a refund for my order 501406, which is not processed even after a month. I contacted a couple of representatives and they all promised me I'll get the refund within a couple of days. But still nothing has been done yet...I want a refund not a coupon code

Ordered a birthday cake day before yesterday from indiacakes.com, paid extra amount to get it delivered with in next 3 hours which did not happen. Next day contacted them for 3 hours no response from their chat help and its been 2 days ordered not yet delivered. When asked for refund got a lame answer will get it in 4 to 15 days( really!) And for this one liner wasted another 1 houtlr today.
I would need to file a complaint in terms of cheating people taking their money and not even bothered to update them when contacting them aswell.
Have added the recent transaction amount paid fot cake.
Im not sure if I will get my money and also because of their careless atttitufe I was about to loose someone important .

Order no# 503126 was supposed tp delivered on time but its been more than 4 hours products still not delivered pathetic online service & irresponsible customer care putting me on hold for no reason background noise coming, , no resolution & hungup on me, .will raise this issue to consumer court & take appropriate action

Yesterday i have ordered but no one delivered this and even didnt send any reciept, after i called today they send me this Service is to bad, I will never order again
I want money back now

We ordered cake on 15 Nov to be delivered on same midnight but it was not delivered even though we paid 200 extra for mid night delivery. They were contacted on 16 Nov again to deliver on different address today anytime but again there is no delivery and now customer not even answering calls.
This is ridiculous service and had left us frustated. Please return our money.

I had ordered a cake 4 days back and provided the delivery date (15th november). It is 17th today and the cake has not reached.

I even paid extra for on time delivery. The customer care executives did not bother replying to me at online chat neither are they answering my calls anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with this indifferent attitude.

paid amount in online they said order would deliver before 7 pm on 11 Nov 2020. but still the order not delivered and customer care is not responding at all. they are playing with customer not giving importance to their word and not responding.

I ordered a birthday cake for my Aunt's 60th birthday from India cake with order number 502034. They were supposed to deliver the cake yesterday(delivery date:10 November 2020). I have taken premium service for delivering it before 2.00 PM and I paid additional Rs.250 for that.

I messaged them the whole day yesterday but no proper reply and I called them they keep phone on hold for 5-10 minutes and disconnected it, that too multiple times. In one of the call they said the delivery boy is talking to receiver and it is in progress, But when I enquired at home, I got to know that there was no such call made. In one of the chat they confirmed that they will deliver it before 7.00 PM.

I tried to call them or message, but could not reach them as they close at 7.00 PM. They are playing with people's emotion and keep us on waiting for long time and torture mentally, They did not deliver the item and did not use the additional premium facility and also they lied to me saying it is in progress.

I need my complete money back and it should not be repeated any time. It was for the 60th bday of aunt, and the day will not happen again. I have the proof (email copy )in that one of the executive confirmed on the delivery on the previous day of delivery date. I am not able to attach it here as it is in pdf format.

Cake not delivered and money also not refunded

Inspite of several emails sent and phone calls made, no reply received.

This is regarding my order no 362680 for 27th October, the cake was delivered on 27th October but the bouquet was not delivered. Some lady named Rutuja from your side said, will get refund for the bouquet not delivered.

Can you please reply, how the refund will be sent ?

Please reply asap.
