I want a refund for my order 501406, which is not processed even after a month. I contacted a couple of representatives and they all promised me I'll get the refund within a couple of days. But still nothing has been done yet...I want a refund not a coupon code...

Ordered a birthday cake day before yesterday from indiacakes.com, paid extra amount to get it delivered with in next 3 hours which did not happen. Next day contacted them for 3 hours no response from their chat help and its been 2 days ordered not yet delivered. When asked for refund got a lame answer will get it in 4 to 15 days( really!) And for this one liner wasted another 1 houtlr today.
I would need to file a complaint in terms...

Order no# 503126 was supposed tp delivered on time but its been more than 4 hours products still not delivered pathetic online service & irresponsible customer care putting me on hold for no reason background noise coming, , no resolution & hungup on me, .will raise this issue to consumer court & take appropriate action...

We ordered cake on 15 Nov to be delivered on same midnight but it was not delivered even though we paid 200 extra for mid night delivery. They were contacted on 16 Nov again to deliver on different address today anytime but again there is no delivery and now customer not even answering calls.
This is ridiculous service and had left us frustated. Please return our money.
No order I'd was provided by web app.

I had ordered a cake 4 days back and provided the delivery date (15th november). It is 17th today and the cake has not reached.

I even paid extra for on time delivery. The customer care executives did not bother replying to me at online chat neither are they answering my calls anymore.

I am extremely disappointed with this indifferent attitude....

Hi I have order the cake yesterday to the address dhone kurnool district,
paid amount in online they said order would deliver before 7 pm on 11 Nov 2020. but still the order not delivered and customer care is not responding at all. they are playing with customer not giving importance to their word and not responding....

I ordered a birthday cake for my Aunt's 60th birthday from India cake with order number 502034. They were supposed to deliver the cake yesterday(delivery date:10 November 2020). I have taken premium service for delivering it before 2.00 PM and I paid additional Rs.250 for that.

I messaged them the whole day yesterday but no proper reply and I called them they keep phone on hold for 5-10 minutes and disconnected...

Cake not delivered and money also not refunded...

Inspite of several emails sent and phone calls made, no reply received.

This is regarding my order no 362680 for 27th October, the cake was delivered on 27th October but the bouquet was not delivered. Some lady named Rutuja from your side said, will get refund for the bouquet not delivered.

Can you please reply, how the refund will be sent ?

I ordered a cake from indiacakes before i order i asked them that is it deliverable in that area or not they said then after its not delivered and after one month i didnt get my money back its a cheating site and need to ban in india my order id was 400374...

This stupid website is only making fool out of people and stealing their hard earned money.
I made an order on 14th Oct for my Mom's birthday and this site promised to deliver the same day but there is not even a single response from their side if they are gonna deliver or even fail to deliver. I myself called their support team to ask about the order and what they say is you will get your money in 21 working days. I mean how reckless...

I had ordered cake via website indiacakes.com with Order ID # 400126 on 3rd Oct 2020. The delivery date was of 4th Oct 2020, but did not get the cake. Its a utterly embarrassing for me as i had promised that cake will be delivered on the particular given date. I had written a complain to your customer care mail id also yesterday. The ticket id #8169 for the respective issue....

I placed an order with id 400289 on 5 Oct for rajasthan but they didnt delivered that cake and now when i am asking for the refund, they hardly pick my call and also when sometime they pick it they'll say that they have forwarded my request to concerned team and then they cut the call.
