I have purchased cake from India Cakes on 9-Sep. but they are fail to deliver since on the deliver time, they said pay extra Rs. 200 then only they will deliver which I paid Rs. 600. I have withdrawn since none of the online site they ask more money once we place the order and pay the amount through Bank. They send me voucher which I thought I will use it. It was not working again I had to approach. They send me voucher, I placed the order...

Transaction ID is 400293. We ordered a birthday cake for yesterday i.e. on 06/10/2020. But you didn't deliver the cake. We waited upto 2030 hrs. At last we distributed snakes only to the guest. It was very shameful to us. And you spread unhappiness in my home.

I placed an order on 25 at the day 27 they didn't delivery my order that time I'm continusly contact customer service sunday they don't provide any service they tell, next day i will call the customer care nd said my not order delivered they tell my Delivaring place is so far extra charges need they don't tell at before the order soo i cancel my order nd said pls refund my money they tell me with in 24 hrs money...

I had ordered a birthday cake on 1st October on Indiacakes.com. it was to be delivered in Jaipur for my niece's birthday on 2nd October. But Indiacakes.com did not deliver my cake.
When I tried calling them up on 3rd October to refund my money, they spoke rudely and disconnected all my calls. And on the top of it, on the last call they said that they the cake delivery order was for 3rd October. Now they are lying also....

And team confirmed me tha delivery will be surely done on the same day befor 7pm but it was not done. Though i contact yesterday n today also but team hardly reply. The company provide zero customer service. Hats off to u team.

Hi, i have order a cake from india cakes a day prior to bday, they charged me 450 rupees and assured to deliver the cake next day.

I was in a impression that cake would be delivered. However next day after so many follows they emailed me that you need to pay 250 extra for delivery. I paid 250 rupees as well. But cake is still not delivered. The birthday has passed without a cake spending 700/- rupees.

I never been seen like this company like fraud... I order for birthday cake delivery on 31.08.2020 to delivery on 05.09.2020. Then i called every day for follow-up they said it will get you call on same day from vendor... I wait for the same day... I didn't get any call then call customer care they said we need additional payment of 200 for delivery and they send one payment link... The i will paid that amount now the total amount of rs....
