I ordered a cake from indiacakes before i order i asked them that is it deliverable in that area or not they said then after its not delivered and after one month i didnt get my money back its a cheating site and need to ban in india my order id was 400374

India Cakes Private Limited is operating a site with handlewww.indiacakes.com through which is sells cakes online. Based on the visuals on site, I have ordered 2 cakes from them. Out of 2 Cakes, only 1 was delivered and that too was way different as visible on the website. The other cake is not yet delivered and amounts for both the cakes were prepaid. I have tried to contact them but they are not responding. There are many such cases wherein they have taken the amount and not delivered the cake. I request you to kindly look into matter and protect people falling in prey

I am very unhappy and saddened by the response of indiancakes service. 1st one is I have odered one item and had paid the money but when I checked the items in my email it was different item, so cancelled the order. 2nd one is I ordered a black forest cake bday cake and a bouquet and paid the amount also but its been 3 days today I have not received my order till now. When I chat with the customer support they say wait for a while we will check and tell and some also don't reply. I tried calling many time but they say u r in queue. And when call get connected they say order will be delivered by today. I have mailed also many times but no response.

Hii . I have paid for a birthday cake order on 31st October 2020 on indiacakes.com. payment was done. But i was not sent any sms/ mail/ call regarding order id. And no cake was delivered to my friend, for whom i ordered the cake. I was really disappointed. I was cheated. I contacted them. But they have not responded. Also their phone number came as invalid number. Please resolve my issue. Thank you..

On 28 October 2020., order placed for birthday cake, but i can't track, they didn't ask me about the pincode, how they can deliver without pincode, and the transaction id 500478
Can iget this order on time or if not, , is there any optn for refund

This stupid website is only making fool out of people and stealing their hard earned money.
I made an order on 14th Oct for my Mom's birthday and this site promised to deliver the same day but there is not even a single response from their side if they are gonna deliver or even fail to deliver. I myself called their support team to ask about the order and what they say is you will get your money in 21 working days. I mean how reckless they can be! And their call representative just muted her phone and shouted that you will have to wait for 21 days and I will not initiate the payment today.

Never gonna order from this site in my life again. Its better to not involve with these kind of fake websites who are only looting people.

I had ordered cake via website indiacakes.com with Order ID # 400126 on 3rd Oct 2020. The delivery date was of 4th Oct 2020, but did not get the cake. Its a utterly embarrassing for me as i had promised that cake will be delivered on the particular given date. I had written a complain to your customer care mail id also yesterday. The ticket id #8169 for the respective issue.

I placed an order with id 400289 on 5 Oct for rajasthan but they didnt delivered that cake and now when i am asking for the refund, they hardly pick my call and also when sometime they pick it they'll say that they have forwarded my request to concerned team and then they cut the call.
But i havent got a reply from their team, and also the support team behaves so rude, that they'll cut your call even if you are asking anything, even sometime i felt like they are illerate as what i ask them they didnot reply according to them.
Worst service i had, worst support team and totally waste of money time and your efforts.

Do not reach the cake so, return the money

I have purchased cake from India Cakes on 9-Sep. but they are fail to deliver since on the deliver time, they said pay extra Rs. 200 then only they will deliver which I paid Rs. 600. I have withdrawn since none of the online site they ask more money once we place the order and pay the amount through Bank. They send me voucher which I thought I will use it. It was not working again I had to approach. They send me voucher, I placed the order at Pune where I stay . After 3 days they said they are not delivering to this city. I has asked my money back and they are not responding now. It is a bogus voucher and non authentic site

Transaction ID is 400293. We ordered a birthday cake for yesterday i.e. on 06/10/2020. But you didn't deliver the cake. We waited upto 2030 hrs. At last we distributed snakes only to the guest. It was very shameful to us. And you spread unhappiness in my home.
Please you refund my money with interest.

I placed an order on 25 at the day 27 they didn't delivery my order that time I'm continusly contact customer service sunday they don't provide any service they tell, next day i will call the customer care nd said my not order delivered they tell my Delivaring place is so far extra charges need they don't tell at before the order soo i cancel my order nd said pls refund my money they tell me with in 24 hrs money will return 24 hrs left i don't receive my money next day i will call they said 48 hrs no refunded next time I call they tell 78 but not receive any money today I will cl they tell no refunded ur money it's not a policy rule in our company

I sent many times email to the company they don't give any information
I asking you only pls refund my valuable money... 😥

I had ordered a birthday cake on 1st October on Indiacakes.com. it was to be delivered in Jaipur for my niece's birthday on 2nd October. But Indiacakes.com did not deliver my cake.
When I tried calling them up on 3rd October to refund my money, they spoke rudely and disconnected all my calls. And on the top of it, on the last call they said that they the cake delivery order was for 3rd October. Now they are lying also.

I have placed an order for cake in indiacakes.co. Website for rs:1260 on 29 september 2020 at 12.30pm. And this includes extra payment for the same day delivery. At first they mentioned as the order will be delivered by the same day by 5.30pm. As i dint recieve the order i called back to their representative for 3 or 4 times but yet they told me that they will deliver my order by 8pm for sure.in my last call they informed that they cant deliver by today but by tomorrow, so i decided to cancel my order since i have paid the same day delivery fees too and i requestes for a refund of money, but they sent me a mail that the refund will be issued in the form of coupon only. Here the fault is by their side, i have mentioned this to their representative too. So i only want my money as refund not the coupon as the fault is theirs.
They are not even responding my calls and they asked me to mail me.. Bur they blocked my mail and rejected it.
O please kindly take necessary action as early as possible.

And team confirmed me tha delivery will be surely done on the same day befor 7pm but it was not done. Though i contact yesterday n today also but team hardly reply. The company provide zero customer service. Hats off to u team.
