Hi, i have order a cake from india cakes a day prior to bday, they charged me 450 rupees and assured to deliver the cake next day.

I was in a impression that cake would be delivered. However next day after so many follows they emailed me that you need to pay 250 extra for delivery. I paid 250 rupees as well. But cake is still not delivered. The birthday has passed without a cake spending 700/- rupees.
There chat support is worst and 0 level service is there. Pathetic. They dont even respond on chat. I followed up with them till 8. As they earlier promised that cake would be delivered before 7pm then they said 8 then 9. Now there is no cake. I want my refund. But they are not responding on chat, email and phone. Please help me. Please.

I ordered a cake yesterday for my mom's 50 th birthday. But the website indiacakes.com took the order and took the money but no response after that. My order number is 361157. Plz return my inr 539.10. Do you have any feelings for anyone or not. The other details are in pictures. Plz cancel my order and return my full money. U have no right to steal some ones money like this. M crying n very sad.

I never been seen like this company like fraud... I order for birthday cake delivery on 31.08.2020 to delivery on 05.09.2020. Then i called every day for follow-up they said it will get you call on same day from vendor... I wait for the same day... I didn't get any call then call customer care they said we need additional payment of 200 for delivery and they send one payment link... The i will paid that amount now the total amount of rs. 1500 for 1 kg cake. Then i receive the call form vendor evening 5 pm we can't deliver the cake today... We will deliver tomorrow.. Then i called customer care and cancelled the order.. They request me to send email.. I sent an email.. Until i am not get any response... At least they can deliver the cake also ok now.. But there is no proper response... I never seen like this company in my life my money gone...

My oder delivery date was 5.9.2020. But instead of paying extra delivery charges for the order at a time only. It hasnt delivered yet. Rather they said that it had been delivered. But to whom i didt recognise. I want prompt action for the same

India cakes.com is the worst online cake delivery service i have ever seen... My order id is 359799. I ordred eggless delightful white forest cake on 30th. My delivery date is 31st august. Today is september 4th. Still they dint deliver the cake. They is no response. They dint refund the amount also. If we are not calling there is no response. Pls block this site. Pls anyone take action to block this site

I placed an order for 7 pink gerberas Flowers and for a cake.
Cake was fine, however, did not receive the flower set and a vase, besides received unworthy roses which hardly will cost INR 20 or 30
I need my refund of INR 575 now for 7 pink Gerberas in Glass vase.

I booked a cake delivery with the site on aug 30th. I placed the order for september 01 2020 before 2 pm. I paid an amount of 795 rs. Till today 2pm when i asked about the order they kept saying it is processed and will be delivered. But after 2pm they have stopped responding to me. Attaching my chat transcripts.

As i wanted to surprise my brother with a birthday cake n tried india cakes.n ordered a cake online from indiacakes.com .but found that site is fraud.there cusomer care number also not working.chat box they replied but as soon as i complaint they were offline. I foumd there customer care number as scam/fraud. Neither got any refund nor cake.

I have ordered a birthday cake on 25th August, order no-359369 which was supposed to get delivered on 27th August but it didn’t get delivered and when I had call to inquire about the same. I was told that it has been canceled now how do I get my refund?

I ordered flowers with chocolates on august 14 as august 15 was my mother-in-laws birthday. As the website was showing same day delivery. I thought if not delivered on august 14, it will be delivered on august 15. I chatted with someone named shweta on august 15 and she said it will be delivered by 4 pm. As it was not delivered, i chatted again at 6:30 with rohit, he informed its on the way and will be delivered in 20 minutes. Today it’s 23rd august, it’s not yet delivered.in between i also tried to call on the phone number given on the website. It never worked. Then i searched their facebook page and there was a different number. Called several times, no one picks. They hide the negative review i posted on their website and also they hide negative comments on facebook. They spoiled the birthday surprise for my mother in law. They are making fool of everyone, so as an alert i did a negative comment, but they hide negative comments and i am also not able to chat with them any more.

I just order the cake but still it's not delivered yet. And when we try to contact on there customer care number but they were not responding. And they picked calls that continue there personal talk and not listing customers problem.
So please help me and refund my amount

I ordered a half kg chocolate cake on 15/Aug/2020 (same day delivery) from IndiaCakes.com and I made the payment of ₹545 using Paytm. The transaction ID is [protected] and the order no. is 358414. (screenshots attached)

India Cakes did not deliver the cake and are not even responding to my emails or calls. I finally talked to their chat support representative who said that order was placed but payment was not made. This is a false claim as I contacted Paytm about the transaction and was informed that transaction was successful (snapshot attached).

I have seen many complaints against IndiaCakes.com and they seem to be running an organized scam.

Please help me in getting the amount refunded.

I ordered a combo of cake and rose on 17 th August 2020 for birthday and it should be delivered on same day by midnight but till next day it is still in process. And when I want to cancel the order they disconnected my call all time. I didn't got my refund back even.
