I had placed an order on 22nd of july, 2020 and the order was to be delivered the next day. But the order was undelivered so i called their support and the support even lied to me saying that my order was out for delivery and will be delivered by 9 p. M. There is maharasthra based company named 'indiacakes.com' for delivering cakes, chocolates, flowers accores 2 thousands cities in india (As they said). Somehow i've found it's fraud. What happened to me is,
One of my friend orderd cake for my birthday at the mid of the april from indiacakes. There was no other option available at that time cause that was first lockdown period. But they failed to delivered that time. And keep telling...

Sir i have seen add about mahindra bolero yesterday. He sekar. D said that you have to pay courier charges before delivery 11500. I paid but after delivery boy called to pay insurance amount of 21500. But i ignored. Now what will i do please guide me...

I had ordered cake on 8/7/2020 which is to be delivered on 9/7/2020 and before placing order i also chat with their representative and they assured me that they can deliver cake on my place. After repeated calling your customer care number, your executive informed about the could not delivery status and refund will be initiated with 4 working days.

I hade made an order of photo cake from indiacakes.com worth rs 1400. The order was supposed to be delivered on 04 the june 2020. Indiacakes.com has not delivered it yet, and on calling helpline numbers nobody is picking up, nobody is bothered to inform me why it is being not delivered. This was the helpline number [protected].

I have paid 545rs but still they didn't deliver they don't respond for online chat contact number they had has not reached & also they gave some mail id they don't respond back...I m totally unhappy about their service I lost money please help me to refund my money...

This is in reference to order no. 353070 which had to be delivered neither they delivered the order nor they have informed me regarding non delivery.
Also no one picked the call and not even replying to emails.
Refund has still not been initiated for my order it's been 2 weeks.

I ordered a cake on 14/06/2020 at 09:32, order no=353391, the cake is not delivered till now. No response from the website as well. I have tried every thing which is given on the website to establish contact, but i was unable to do so. I haven't even got any mail regarding delayed service or refund of money. As they are unable to the deliver the cake. Please take action against this asap....

I ordered one cake for my parent's anniversary on 15th June 2020.
