Sir i recharged my number [protected] as on 13/10/2017 as of 399 rupees by my jio payment app option upi, as through pay upi app, as it is not showing in recharge statement in my jio app as rupees debited through upi app as recharged is not successful as it is payment on [protected]@icici through upi app as pay app. Utr no.[protected] debited 399 rupees to reliance. transcation id-ICI814fdf451b584de58dbae84264c87fa6. Bank reference number: [protected]., collect pay request paid to india [protected]@icici 399 rupees.
i want to my money back

I made transaction on 10.08.17 . Transaction id[protected]. My 399/- deducted but not credited to said address.

Amount debited from account but recharge not done

I have done a recharge of jio mobile no. [protected] on[protected] at 14:43:44 am through UPI payment method of Rs 399. even though the recharge was failed, the amount was debited from my account.
my transaction ID is[protected]
kindly check into the issue and refund my money back immediately.

jio amount debited but not recharged
I have jio mobile [protected] and due date of recharge is 11th Dec 17. I have recharged a sum of Rs.459/- through TEZ apps on 11.12.2017 vide transaction ID[protected] and the said amount was debitted from my state bank of india account attached to the apps. But so far, it was not credited to my jio mobile account to avail continuous connectivity. As the last date of recharge will be on 11.12.17, please look into it and ensure that the amount is either credited to my jio mobile account or to refund back the amount at the earliest, so that I can again make payment to them to avoid disconnection

I tried to recharge my Jio number with 459 through http://www.jio.com – quick recharge, but payment through BHIM UPI transaction money was sent to [protected]@icici and recharge was not successful but money deducted from my account.
So, please refund my money back to my account sir.

i tried to buy jio vocher of Rs 399 through My Jio App but when add payment of Rs 349 Via upi Paytm .But 349 Money deducted from paytm but vocher not added to my Jio App No. [protected]. its displays money sent to [protected]@icici
