As i'm a hosteller, i depend on a nearby atm, which is located inside my college campus, for my exam and other college fee. I strongly recommend you to shut it down as it's presence is of no use and it irritates me everytime i try to get some money using it! I spend most of my time reminding the bank officers to refill it and those people are so irresponsible, careless and lethargic to refill the atm though they know that thousands of students depend on it! Because of them we, students, face lot of problems. After spending 3 years of my life here, i still struggle a lot to pay my fee using these stupid atms. Though i know you are not going to take any actions on the officials i still write all these stuff because i'm supermad and next time if this repeats.. There's no doubt that the bank officials will see the monster inside me which is obviously not safe for them. So before i change into a monster and do something crazy, you please shut this atm as it's absence it's far better than its presence! Do it as soon as possible!

I have ordered one skater dress that costing around Rs.649/- on 08/09/2019, for payment process i have used Indian bank debit card, the WDL SEQ NO is [protected], amount is deducted from account but order is not placed, kindly issue the refund, please do the needful help required as soon as possible.

    My name is (Kailas vilas pawar) and i had ordered (24 august 2019) of rs.2750 amount (Nokia c3-00 blue) in amazon on (24 august 2019) and after (31 august 2019) i returned this order due to personal reason. And on (01 sep 2019 refund initiated)
    Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
    [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

      I purchased few products on myntra and returned it in july itself but the refund of rs. 1320/- has still not credited to my indian bank account. I went to the branch yesterday and i came to know that my account was locked since many months. I have been complaining myntra logistics but they they always say that they have already refunded back the amount in july itself so please check with your bank. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

      I had applied education loan in Indian bank at katpadi.they always making delay for providing education loans.As a student I suffered a lot.take step and help us please.
      The refund for a defected watch has been issued by amazon on August 10th 2019 but is not reflecting in my Indian Bank Account yet (Aug 29th).
      Bank is not able to track, saying they don't have an option to feed the reference number that is provided by amazon as a proof of the issued refund.
      Day before yesterday 22/8/2019 at 12:30pm I purchased some item after I swore my rupay card in shop POS MEACHINE but it's shows declined.in my account money was decuded I complained in my branch no response kindly accept this complaint and reversible my money to my account

        On 31st of august i ordered a teddy bear from amazon. Due to sone reasons the order was cancelled.. On 3rd of september they wrote me a mail that we initiated your refund and it will me added in your account in 3-4 business days. But today is the 6th day and i still do not have money in my account. I am in urgent need of money. Please refund it as soon as possible. Reference no was:[protected]. I phoned the bank costumer service they said their is no option for putting reference number and i also visited my home bank they also said tha their is no such options..
        Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I returned the product to amazon and asked for refund and they processed for refund they have given me Reference no also but still money not received in my bank account. 12 days have completed but amount not received yet.

          I had requested for a refund for online shopping from myntra.com. They had processed a refund of ₹484.36 with the reference number of 75105179242002147632071, which was initiated on 29th aug by myntra.com, however it has not been credited yet to my account. My account number is[protected] under the name of jaspreet kaur. Please verify and revert asap.
          Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          In Kanchipuram District Padappai branch they not working E-lobby ATM till 40 days.I m not able to deposit cash.For that I m going 10-20km long for deposit my cash.So please slove this problem (this is not my home branch for deposit in bank)..

              I order a product in amazon at august 20 and simultaneously cancelled the ordered and amazon refunded my money to my bank but still my money is not yet reflected into my bank account... Its been 17 days from the day i cancelled the order but still my money is not yet refunded and ive contacted the indian bank customer care number asked for their aid but they were demanding utr number from amazon but amazon refused to give the utr number.. Instead amazon dictated the transaction number and they instructed me to dictate this transaction number to the indian bank... But indian bank was nothing to do with the transaction number... And they were complaining amazon... And the amazon is complaining the bank but i'm the victim between both of them and so"i kindly request you to take some neccessary action to get my money back"

                Rs. 550 was debitted to my sb account no. [protected] in r/o ankit tripathi on 26.06.2019. The reason of debit was not mentioned. I have lodge many complaints to the branch for refund of above charges levied in my account. But they have not refund the charges which are wrongfully debitted from my account on 20.06.2019 rs. 477 were debitted wrongfully and it was reversed.

                Please refund above charges.

I have lodge many complaints to the branch for refund of above charges levied in my account.                         This is 4th or5th worst experience with this indian bank people. They wont even respond properly..                           I have purchased cbse champion class12 physics. Chemistry and math and manforce condom from amazon on 18/08/2019to19/08/2019 by making payment of 381/238and 118 through indian bank debitcard i have refund the item and amazom initiated refund on 19/08/2109 and 20/08/2019 with refund reference number of y19vhs5s0000jyfcq6wf i visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway bill desk is asking to get payment refer no from branch for which branch has no answer when i contact amazon, they request to fill charge dispute with indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form. It is not about money but about the customer service offered by bank. It is practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
