Indian Bank — refund from amazon not reflected in my account | |||
On 31st of august i ordered a teddy bear from amazon. Due to sone reasons the order was cancelled.. On 3rd of september they wrote me a mail that we initiated your refund and it will me added in your account in 3-4 business days. But today is the 6th day and i still do not have money in my account. I am in urgent need of money. Please refund it as soon as possible. Reference no was:[protected]. I phoned the bank costumer service they said their is no option for putting reference number and i also visited my home bank they also said tha their is no such options.. I returned the product to amazon and asked for refund and they processed for refund they have given me Reference no also but still money not received in my bank account. 12 days have completed but amount not received yet.
