Indian Bank — refund not credited after cancellation on myntra | |
I cancelled an order on Myntra amounting to Rs. 2217. Of which they refunded Rs. 654, Rs. 692 and Rs. 453 but Rs. 418 is still pending. On being asked they said it would take upto 20 May for me to receive my refund so I waited. Today is 21st and I contacted them and they replied due to certain issues with bank side the refund has not been processed. They gave me a reference number for all the transactions. Here they are: (ARN/RRN) Amount "15134839131000000089813 654.00 "15134839131000000089771 418.00 "15134839131000000089573 692.00 "15134839131000000089508 453.00 They said to contact the Bank's customer care. On calling and holding up to an hour as their agents were "helping others" I decided to write about it here. Please help me get my money back. I deposited Rs.5000/- on an account.
I got a slip for the completion of transaction.But that account holder said me that she didn't get the money on her account.Kindly find the attachment & give the correct confirmation.
