I have ordered a pair of earphones from Amazon have applied for the refund. The refund is initiated by Amazon but not processed by the bank .i am going around the bank branch for about a month still no action is taken . amazon have provided me a refrence number and i am giving that to the bank and they have asked for a utr number, i am stuck in between and my refund have not been given for about a month now

Complaint marked as Resolved I have purchased my Sony headphones from Amazon under 1499 RS through my Indian bank debit card. I have applied for the refund and also returned the product. The refund has been issued by Amazon but it's not reflecting in my bank statement till now. The transaction was initiated on 12th of April 2019 and the money have not been refunded till now. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.
Kindly resolve the issue
