Hi am tejpal when i paying my registration fees through shi mops which provides to me for payment that the only option for payment when i click on it payment i use debit card for payment by filling all the information required i get the otp i fill the otp number and payment of inr2600 is deduct from my account i got the message of payment deducted but i am not get the confirmation when i try to get they please pay registration fees which i already paid

    As i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 28.05.2019 at 02.52 pm and the reference no is:75503729119029086988990 but amount has not been credited in my account till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest and look into this matter as its very serious.

      I’ve requested for refund on an amazon product. From their end they processed the refund successfully and shared the Refund reference(RR) number also. But the bank customer care are not able to solve this issue. They are intentionally not considering my issue. They are asking UTR number. But amazon people shared me RR number (it will be generated upon successful transaction). It is bank gateway problem only. With this Indian bank, I’m being troubled 2nd time, with these refund things. So, I’m charging a file dispute regarding this on Indian bank.

        Hi sir
        I tried to apply for a loan in gummidipoondi branch. Whenever we go there they won't respond properly. They ask to come on other day. If we go on that day loan section persons where absent and come some other day like that. If we ask to higher authority person they won't give proper reason and the current abm now in gummidipoondi branch is also very worst in her behaviour and won't give proper reason to customers

          I sudipta chatterjee, have a savings account in indian bank, galsi branch (Ifsc code:[protected] bearing a/c no.[protected]. But my complaint is against benachity branch, durgapur, w. B, where i had an r. D account which started on 02/05/2018, rs 4000 each month that was to be deducted every month from my savings account and to end on 02/05/2019. On 07/05/2019 i requested for closure of this r. D account and credit the total sum to my savings account and also started a new one at the same day. But when they credited only rs 4000 to my account i asked them the reason. To my utter surprise they told me that they did not continue to deduct the monthly amount (Rs 4000) every month except the first time. So i have only rs. 4000 in my r. D account and as it didnt run only rs 4000 have been credited to my account but i told them to deduct it every month from my account. I asked them then why did you not call me inform me about it, the madam in the counter told that she cannot say about it as she was not then but probably he/she have forgot to do that who made this account at that time. Then i asked after 1 year i am getting only rs 4000 with no interest, then who will take the responsibility for my loss over 1 year, they had no answer.
          Sir, i work in a school. It is not possible for me to check the balance every month and to update the pass book. But i expect the bank to perform their duty properly. They would have inform me if there was any problem. So i request you to lodge a complaint for that incident and take necessary action so that it doesnt happen again. Furthermore should i not get any interest on rs 4000 which was in the account for 4 years? Hope you consider it seriously. Thanking you.

            The refund was processed successfully on 20 april 2019 but the refund is not yet credited from amazon into my account
            When i have contacted indian bank customer care regarding the refund status of my money the customer care executive from the respective bank informed me that there is no refund credited into my account from amazon

              I ordered a samsung m20 (Charcoal black) mobile phone on the 13th of april 2019 from amazon. Payment of rs. 10, 990 was made through indian bank master card. The order was immediately canceled but the refund has not been reflected into my account yet. Kindly please look into the matter as it is going to be approximately one month since the order was canceled.

But that branch not entry my book so asked to stick the barcode in my passbook not one responding including manager so I complaint against the branch and branch manager...not proper response from 25/04/2019...
              On 12/04/2019, my debit card was declined of a pos terminal of a hospital. The amount was not credited to a hospital as well as not deposited in my account. However, my amount was deducted. How will i get refund money?

                Myself madhan from nagercoil, kanyakumari. My account number :[protected]. I ordered on item from amazon.com on 25.04.2019 amount of ₹499. Due to some reason i cancel the order. Refund initiated by amazon on 28.04.2019 and i got refund reference number[protected] from amazon. But till now refund amount not reflect my bank account. Kindly do the needful.

                                      I made an online transaction 2 months ago. The money was debited from my account but resulyed in a transaction failure. When enquired in the bank, they gave me a complaint number and told that the money will be credited within 45 days. But the money has not been credited to my account yet. The time period is exceeded beyond given time.
