Dear sir
I cancelled the ticket of pnr no. [protected] journey date 14 apr 18, class 3ac from ltt to ernakulam jn for 03 passengers on 06 mar 18, payments of rs 8205.00 was made through credit card but amount still not refunded. Kindly help me.

On more refund not received, pnr i forgot but rest information is as below :-

    I suresh koolwal, book a ticket online on 16.03.18 for going to jaipur (Jp) to pnd on 09.042018 via train no. 18214 in second ac. You have charged rs.2000/- for 2 person from my yes bank a/c. Further the ticket under wl so that i cancelled it on 28.03.18. The pnr no. [protected] and id no. [protected]. Date of refund is not showing in the system. Please credit the refund amount at earliest.

      I am waiting for canceled tickets refund from last two months. I have written 12 mails to irctc customer care but there's no progress. Earlier they were say that they have refunded amount but when i checked with my bank they said they have received said amount from irctc. Hence again i given all the details to irctc & they said we have forwarded your concern to respective department but still problem is solved amount is 2950. Earlier i was getting reply from customer care but now not getting clear reply also. I have provided my bank statement also as required by them for that period. Below are the pnr numbers

        I am jaipal. My complaint is about there is no ladies coach in entire shrmskti express. Due to some emergency reason on 3rd april 2018 my sister came to delhi. So she decided to travel with general ticket from kanpur central (Ticket amount 155). But she not found a ladies coach in entire train so she move to general compartment but she not adjusted and decided to go in reservation coach and book a manual ticket by ticket checker (Ticket amount -370) but the ticket checker not provide her a seat. And have suffer from kanpur to delhi. She pay two ticket but no seat given by ticket checker inspite knowing that she is a lady. So my question is that why there is no ladies coach in entire train? Because in such amount we booked a tatkal ticket from kanpur to delhi. And why the ticket checker not provide her a seat afterall he fined her 370 rupees?

            Till today i have not got a single feed back from their end

                Hello,
                I had to travel on train no 12024 on 2nd april 2018 from jsme to hwh. This train started from source pnbe 1hrs 40 min delayed and stopped in between at fatuah station for approx 10hrs. Since this train got delayed for such a long duration i was unable to reach hwh on time and due to which i missed my flight for onward journey to bangalore. Due to this i have to rebook next flight and it cost me approx 13k. Due to railways mistake and delayed train i simply lost 13k. Although it is not my fault. I request irctc to compensate the loss since i missed my flight due to train got delayed. For people like me 13k is huge amount and it is huge burden on my finances. Pnr no for my ticket is [protected].

                        I had made 2 transactions on irctc website on 24/01/2018 which failed but the amount was not refunded. The details are as follows

                        Rest of the details were mailed to irctc costumer care.
                        Despite having mailed to irctc [ ticket id irctc # 7993936, 8346457 and 8524386]no action whatsoever has been taken so far.

                          I am happen to be the passenger for the train being run between vizag to tirupati i had booked two tickets in that train on 24.03.2018 from dvd to nlr.
                          Train no.22707 dt.24.03.2018 pnr no:[protected]. The train starts from visakhapatnam at about 22.05 hrs. And reaches nlr at about 8.30 a. M., the seating arrangements are so poor that the passenger hardly able to sit for few minutes but not more than that but the train run through the night and the old person suffers more, the train cleaning also not up to the mark, we have faced hell in travelling in that train, therefore i request the authorities concerned to look in to the matter and make arrangement as per the ticket amount being paid by the passengers and oblige submitted for proper action please

                                I am filling this complain regarding the fraud cases done by the indian railways services. I have booked by sleeper class ticket on waiting no 3, one month back. I have got the confirmation mail and sms by irctc for the same. Now today when i am checking the pnr status booking status has being altered by 51... Is this a kind of joke. Same case is done by my returning ticket also. Rac 71 has being changed to 74. I have attached the respective screens sort for the confirmation and reference.

                                  I am frequent traveller but not agent.
                                  As there is no direct train at the comfortable time, i have to book 2 trains tickets to reach my native for one way travel.
                                  1. More than 6 tickets allowed in 1 login.
                                  2. Could not book 2 tickets in tatkal before 12 pm in 1 login.
                                  3. Most imp* if first train is getting late to reach the particular station, i will miss the second train, who is responsible for that.
                                  * am missing my train because of railway dept only.
                                  * next train should be there to my native - will it be? Or ladies should wait alone in the station for hours and hours.
                                  * will i be getting reserved ticket on the next train??
                                  * amount paid to irctc??
                                  * there is no refund facility.
                                  Irctc / railway department should get take complete responsibility if a train is late for just 5 mins too.

                                  I booked a train ticket to reach bangalore on march 19th 2018 morning 5 am around.
                                  When booking in tatkal, it had to be very quick, so without my complete knowledge, i opted for vikalp.
                                  In vikalp, it is giving best option to take a loss of pay @ office, so i could reach bangalore by 5 pm by the alternate train.

                                  There is no option to cancel the ticket and no refund too of the earlier train. Simply irctc gains money from consumers.

                                  I sent couple of email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and i tried to reach 139 or other numbers more than 10 times. But its of no use till now.

                                    I had a confirmed ticket of lucknow mail (12229). Urgently i had to board train from shahjahanpur, third station of train. I am a 55 years old lady with health issues related to headache and knee pain. T. T. Gave my seat to someone else and even after soo much requests he didnt consider my case and i had to travel sitting at the floor. I am extremely annoyed by such service of irctc.

                                      I have tried booking tatkal ticket in rajdhani bangalore exp via irctc site for 2nd april 2018 and the status was unsuccessful due to payment processing error so later i booked another tatkal and now both the tatkal ticket are confirmed and the balance has been deducted moreover irctc failed to send the confirmation of booking train status via its sms service. Please provide a solution.

                                        I have booked a tatkal ticket on 15th dec,
                                        2017 and date of journey was 16th dec, 2017.
                                        For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                                        The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                                        For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                                        Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                                        Amount was not refunded yet. Already more than 3 months gone past.
                                        I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                                        Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i
