Hello! I booked a ticket on irctc on 30/03/2018 but cancelled it on 31/03/2018 for a reason.
I book them by debit card. After cancelling the train, rs.120 charged for per ticket cancellation.
It is today 06/04/2018 but the amount is not yet credited. I mailed them to [protected]@irctc.co.in but they did not respond.
There is no phone number i can call them directly. Now what to do? It is very disgusting. They are wasting time for no reason.

    Traveling on koaa agc 13167 in 2 ac. It's the worst experience in last few years. The coach was dirty, floors partly cleaned only once during about 16 hours of travel. Bedding not up to the mark. Pillow damaged and unhygienic. Window panes broken and not clean.
    Hawkers, tea vendors and catering staff from food plaza trespassing all too frequently until late night, from kolkata varanasi. The doors at the 2 ends of the compartment were not shutting properly.

    Worst of all, the wash area is so ill kempt. Washrooms, useless to say that users are responsible for the condition, were unfit for use by any hygiene conscious person particularly females. Not even once was the toilet cleaned throughout the period of travel.
    Why should i not expect a better service after having paid such a hey price for 2 ac.
    And to top it all the train is unnecessarily delayed. No weather issues, no fog, no rail roko. It has become usual to expect and accept the delays in railways it seems.
    I want to know how the irctc will compensate for the inconvenience due to lack of basic hygienic standards, maintenance, and unwarranted delays.

    In IRCTC APP in android phones when we select the option as atleast one lower bearth, then the side lower berth is not considering as a lower berth
    so make changes in the app soft ware as side lower bearth as a lower bearth.

      We are ten passengers with reservation on 02/04/2018 in train no. 15159 from varanasi city to raipur jn and onward journey reserved in 17481 for journey on 03/04/2018 upto bobbili for two passengers and upto visakhapatnam for eight passengers all in 3ac. Scheduled time of arrival of 15159 is 0610. But train arrived late by more than eight hours and 17481 already departed. At raipur jn, station manager expressed inability to allow hop to next train as our ticket is booked on internet. He said he would permit only for railway counter purchased tickets. Our request for refund by irctc denied stating ticket not cancelled/tdr not filed and time exceeded. We fail to understand why passengers traveling in a train to a station from where they require to board another train to reach destination should file cancel/file tdr. What is the use of such services if passengers have to be left to fend for themselves. How can indian railways permit different provisions for counter bought tickets vis-a-vis online purchased tickets. And who will pay for the deficiency in service which has caused not only distress but extra expenditure to buy new tickets as well. I think team in irctc is not understanding our problem which must be happening everyday in this route. May i request a logical review and instruct irctc to initiate refund action. Pnr no.         This is in regard to a ticked has been reserved in train no. 14115 from ald to lucknow having pnr no. [protected] on my name nirmal kesarwani through my internet railway id.
        The train was scheduled to departure from allahabad junction at 23:45 hrs on 4th mar 18 but due to some issue the train was departed from allahabad junction at 02:55 hrs on 5th mar 14 due to which i did not travelled through train and filed tdr for the refund of my ticket through tdr reference no. [protected] as the train was late more than 3 hours.
        First tdr was registered but further it was not approved by saying that the train was not late more than three hours.
        Please check and do the needful for the refund of my ticket.

          while trying to pay for booking this ticket, the money (rs 425) has been deducted from my acocount and even it showed successful payment by payu money, but the ticket didn't get booked and i lost my money for no reason at all. I humbly request you to take required actions on the corncered matter as soon as possible and arrange for a complete refund.

Date of refund is not showing in the system. Please credit the refund amount at earliest.

                  I am waiting for canceled tickets refund from last two months. I have written 12 mails to irctc customer care but there's no progress. Earlier they were say that they have refunded amount but when i checked with my bank they said they have received said amount from irctc. Hence again i given all the details to irctc & they said we have forwarded your concern to respective department but still problem is solved amount is 2950. Earlier i was getting reply from customer care but now not getting clear reply also. I have provided my bank statement also as required by them for that period. Below are the pnr numbers

                    I am jaipal. My complaint is about there is no ladies coach in entire shrmskti express. Due to some emergency reason on 3rd april 2018 my sister came to delhi. So she decided to travel with general ticket from kanpur central (Ticket amount 155). But she not found a ladies coach in entire train so she move to general compartment but she not adjusted and decided to go in reservation coach and book a manual ticket by ticket checker (Ticket amount -370) but the ticket checker not provide her a seat. And have suffer from kanpur to delhi. She pay two ticket but no seat given by ticket checker inspite knowing that she is a lady. So my question is that why there is no ladies coach in entire train? Because in such amount we booked a tatkal ticket from kanpur to delhi. And why the ticket checker not provide her a seat afterall he fined her 370 rupees?

                            Hello,
                            I had to travel on train no 12024 on 2nd april 2018 from jsme to hwh. This train started from source pnbe 1hrs 40 min delayed and stopped in between at fatuah station for approx 10hrs. Since this train got delayed for such a long duration i was unable to reach hwh on time and due to which i missed my flight for onward journey to bangalore. Due to this i have to rebook next flight and it cost me approx 13k. Due to railways mistake and delayed train i simply lost 13k. Although it is not my fault. I request irctc to compensate the loss since i missed my flight due to train got delayed. For people like me 13k is huge amount and it is huge burden on my finances.                                     I had made 2 transactions on irctc website on 24/01/2018 which failed but the amount was not refunded. The details are as follows
                                    :irctc user id:drmbedi
                                    Date of booking:24/01/2018
                                    Date of journey:25/01/2018.
                                    Rest of the details were mailed to irctc costumer care.
                                    Despite having mailed to irctc [ ticket id irctc # 7993936, 8346457 and 8524386]no action whatsoever has been taken so far.
                                    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I created one travel list which is visible from the my profile tavel list tab but when i am clicking tavel list while booking the ticket it keeps loading and at last end up saying session expired.
                                    Mi a3 mobile was stolen on the pune railway station..plz find my mobile because i have some very important documents in that...so please find my mobile...

                                      Sir,
                                      I am happen to be the passenger for the train being run between vizag to tirupati i had booked two tickets in that train on 24.03.2018 from dvd to nlr.
                                      Train no.22707 dt.24.03.2018 pnr no:[protected]. The train starts from visakhapatnam at about 22.05 hrs. And reaches nlr at about 8.30 a. M., the seating arrangements are so poor that the passenger hardly able to sit for few minutes but not more than that but the train run through the night and the old person suffers more, the train cleaning also not up to the mark, we have faced hell in travelling in that train, therefore i request the authorities concerned to look in to the matter and make arrangement as per the ticket amount being paid by the passengers and oblige submitted for proper action please

                                        My pnr no is [protected] and transaction i’d [protected] traveling date is 27/03/2018 but train late almost 14 hours so we can’t travel after that i filed tdr but refund come only 1440 or ticket is 2165 so why not full amount come this is not my fault your train is so late that i can’t travel so please refund my full amount i also send you my tdr screen shot so please do needful thanks
