I have booked e-ticket on 16th february 2018 in tatkal from mumbai central (Mmct) to nizamuddin (Nzm) in tatkal on 16th february 2018.

Train no is 12903

I have also oped for the vikalp option, after seeing lots of tatkal waiting on that train.
On 17th, my ticket was canceled due to nonavailability of confirming seat as the ticket was in tatkal.
See, the below screenshot, to ensure my above statement.
Even after cancellation, i did not receive my refunding amount. Please look into this issue, and initiate my refund.
