due to error ticket was not booked but amount was debited to bank a/c. On verification irctc informed that amount was returned to bank - zaakpay. Amount is yet to be reversed by you.

Mails regarding this were unattended by you people.

Please re credit the amount at least now to avoid further delay else the issue will be escalated to concerned ministry

      Parimal n. Chauhan's irctc user id - pinu079 mobile no (Protected) i have mistaken in my irctc registration by entering the wrong email id. Wrong id i have entered is [protected]@gmai.com. My original correct id is [protected]@gmail.com. Kindly i apologize for entering wrong id and support me to change the correct id or change yourself. So sir i kindly request to solve such type of problem.

          I was trying to book tatkal and went till the payment options through paytm but after going round and round for sometime i got error that transaction could not be completed as my bank couldn't confirm the payment and by this time all the tatkal tickets was booked so i didn't try again. After 10 minutes i got sms and email saying that the ticket with pnr [protected] has been booked with waiting list number 30 but i didn't wanted that and ultimately had to cancel it and ended up paying 60 rs cancellation which i think is ridiculous.
          I then complained to irctc about it but they wouldn't care and got a very rude answer that charge will apply if ticket cancelled but my original complaint is why the ticket was booked after it failed on first attempt
          I need resolution for this and want my 60 rs back.

            No ac in ac coach 58502 our pnr : [protected].
            Even we purchased ticket of ac coach in train no. 58502 araku to visakhapatnam train, the attendants didn't power on the ac but they have turn on the ac just before reaching the destination, prior to 5min. S
            This is not what tourists expect out of this country or city.
            No one should be bothered because of this circumstances and i need my money back as we have travelled in a non-ac coach despite paying for ac fare.

                Irctc ne send kiya email hai yeh kehte hai check kar lo aapka refund aa gaya lekin jab bank account hi band ho to kaha puchu kis se puchu main ki kaha gaya mera paisa Rs 1350

                  Dear sir/madam

                  This is to bring to your kind knowledge that i had my 6 berths booking (2 tickets) in 15011 lucknow chandigarh express with date of journey 24th march 2018, from lucknow to saharanpur. The train was cancelled and i also had closed the icici bank account already which i used to pay for these tickets. Now i am unable to receive the refund that will be sent to the account that has been closed. I am in a stranded state now as i see my money refunded nowhere. My transactions ids are [protected] and [protected] with the amounts to refundrs. 325 and rs. 1950 respectively. My refund ids are[protected] and [protected] respectively. I have another account in hdfc bank in the name of khurram kazmi, a/c. No. [protected] and ifsc is hdfc0000594. Could you please send my refund to this bank account.

                    When i was booking ticket in the tatkal time for non ac booking at 11. Am it was so busy and as i started filling detail and as i submit why the # the advertisement came asking is bbtjl ur login id. Why it would be my login id u #. I already logged in so why asking again. As i pressed no it took me out of irctc asked me to log again. Second try i went inside filled detail again and as submit again one question u #. All ur surveys starts at peak hours. U asked will u recommend irctc on facebook. U dumb i wont.

                      I traveling to train no 19063 10/04/2018. mere pass me e ticket tha jo ki waiting me tha jis ka pnr no [protected]. e ticket hote huye bhi mujhse 750 Rs charge kiye gaye. ye bolkar ki waiting e ticket 48 grante me cancel ho jata hai. so please do the needfull and solve my query.

                      razorpay se kiya gya payment kya wapas account me jma nhi hota. agar aisa hai to phir razor pay ko irctc ke payment option me rakhne ka kya abhipray hai.

                            I booked ticket on 6 April transaction id [protected], transaction failed but amount of 1600 was deducted from my account, please refund the amount of 1600 rupees, today it's 11th April, 3 working days have already passed, kindly refund immediately to my account, sometime your customer care people say it will be refunded in 3 days and then sometimes they say it will be done in a week, pathetic service.

                            I was asked canteen's man for a Railneer 500 ml water botal. He didn't give me the botal and answer me, sir we have no stock of railneer. The supply of railneer water botal is not going on.

                              Due to respect of your kind information I beg to state that I had been cancelled a train ticket ( PNR No.-[protected]) on 2nd April which was booked from IRCTC website. But still now I did not get any amount in my debited account though IRCTC already refunded the amount on 4th April of cancellation ID no. [protected] & [protected] in your account. So please return the amount of 4845/- & 930/- as early as possible.

                                I have been using irctc id for booking tickets on line for travel of my self and family. Of late only 6 bookings are allowed per month on the plea that my aadhar card is not linked.

                                When i have uploaded my aadhar card, a simple reply is received from irctc with a comment "demographic data" not tallied.

                                I have my bank account, pan card, indian pass port, aadhar card and my name is one and the same every where except for the surname being full or short yalamanchili or y.

                                I was trying to book my tickets from IRCTC, I made payment from PAYTM violet to RCTC, but the ticket has not been booked.

                                  I booked a ticket from mtj (Mathura jn) to bsp (Bilaspur jn). Pnr no is [protected]. Due to train late more than 5 hours my family didn't travelled. I cancelled ticket & file a tdr for that according to irctc tdr rules (Cancelation id - [protected], & registration no[protected], but still now i did not get refund. My family has traveled another train on 4th jan from mathura to kolkta (Pnr no are-[protected] & [protected]).. I mailed them for refund but they didn't refund money.

                                    Since last 15 days irctc air is not refunded my amount against flight ticket cancellation & till today there is no result under the tid - [protected]. This is the first time i got pissed off because of irctc. I regularly book my tickets from paytm, makemytrip or any other airlines site since i never faced these type of issues. I regret alot that i used your site for my booking. This is worst service.

                                    I did a payment of 213 rupees to IRCTC by Freecharge wallet ([protected]),

                                    the amount deducted from my card but the amount has not received to IRCTC due to this my ticket has not booked.

                                    Kindly look into the matter and make a revert as soon as possible.

                                      I upendra bhatt has booked three tickets on 7 mar 2018 from irctc to travel from new bongaigaon (Nbq) assam to baurauni (Bju) bihar on 28 mar 2018 with capital express boarding on 28 mar 2018 at bongaigaon.
                                      I did not get any message of train cancellation as i reached at bongaigaon on 28 the enquiry told me that train is cancelled and it is cancelled from last three days and it is cancelled today too. I faced lot of problem that day. Then i went to chief ticket inspector and asked him to write that train is cancelled it today and he wrote the same i have written proof of it. After this i asked enquiry again that should i fill tdr she told me that it is not necessary as train got cancelled your money will automatically be refunded.
                                      Aftet this when i contacted to irctc they told me that train status is chart prepared and you should fill tdr because train might get diverted that day. But sir how could i know that day that train is diverted if everyone was saying that train got cancelled. Please raise my issue.

                                        I have cancelled my flight ticket in 1st week of february, 2018 but still i am chasing irctc customer care to refund my amount.
                                        I am receiving the same reply everytime, as quoted, since i cancelled my ticket"we acknowledge the receipt of your email and would like to inform you that your refund amount is under process".
                                        It is quite frustrating. Legal action is required against there customer services.
