Arrival of train number 12618 in morena (Mra) station on 21.03.2018 is not announced at the time of arrival of train in the station. Coach positions are not at all announced. Coach positions are displayed in the station, only after the arrival of the train in the station. I have seen aged travellers running here and there to find their coach. My phone [protected]...

Dear consumer forum

I am from jamnagar gujarat and my self vishant parmar here to complaint against irctc to not giving me refund against my cancellation of my waiting list tickets of rs 2150 and 2050 pnr no [protected] and [protected] respectively even not answering regarding this properly.

Please help me and try to save my hard earned money. Which i need it most now....

ticket not booked. reversal of payment

I have paid the 1375 money to reserve my ticket in irctc on 9th march. I have done my transaction on 9th march. But i didn't get reservation. The status of money in irctc is refunded but i didn't get money to my account. Refund i'd is [protected]. Please refund amount to my bank account as early as possible as i am in urgent requirement of money....

Hi,
I verified my international mobile number: +44 [protected]. User id: apindia74 paid the fees as asked. Received email verification confirmation ok. Was asked to do the mobile verification which i did but so far haven't received the mobile otp. Tried multiple times the resend mobile otp option but none received. It has been nearly 4-5 days passed. Did write to [protected]@ but no reply yet.

delay in train

Sir
This is to inform you that i have reserved ticket pnr:[protected] for 15025 mau anand vihar exp. Dt. 20/03/2018 which was scheduled to leave from akbarpur at 2.15 noon. But to my disguise i am still at akbarpur station at 9.40 night waiting for train.
I approached station staff. But they too have no idea about the train.
No announcement is been for the delay.
No reason for delay.

I had cancelled my booked ticket on 15 mar and would get rs 625 as refund. I had booked my ticket through your portal and was assured of being refunded this amount within 3-4 days but even after these many days i haven't received the said amount in my bank account. refund not credited

I have cancelled my two tickets of the same train by PNR [protected] before one week. And the refund has not been credited in my account till now.
IRCTC customer care helpline is not working, No emergency no, nothg. This is how I think the govt is working for their customers. Very shameful.
I hope you will take some action and the refund will be credited at earliest....

railway electricity in trains

Travelling through 12860 gitanjali express s6 coach. There is no electricity in charging ports. We are travelling far distance and there is very much problem we all passengers are facing.. Kindly fix it as soon as possible..
Railway is fir passengers comfort.. If charging is not available then why there is all online booking to show off?? Passengers suffering a lot standing all along.....

air ticket

Dear sir,

By mistake booked tkt of 16thapr instead of 17thapr for nagpur to delhi via irctc site. Instantly mailed to irctc for correcting same. But now they are charging rescheduling charges of rs4350, whereas tkt of next day is only of 2025. All other sites reschedule of free cost within 24hrs.
Kindly help. Is there any other forum where complain can be made regarding this....

refund is not given for accepted tdr on irctc train ticket

I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ticket had been booked through ixigo app.

I had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected].
