I had made 2 transactions on irctc website on 24/01/2018 which failed but the amount was not refunded. The details are as follows
:irctc user id:drmbedi
Date of booking:24/01/2018
Date of journey:25/01/2018.
Rest of the details were mailed to irctc costumer care.
Despite having mailed to irctc [ ticket id irctc # 7993936, 8346457 and 8524386]no action whatsoever has been taken so far.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I created one travel list which is visible from the my profile tavel list tab but when i am clicking tavel list while booking the ticket it keeps loading and at last end up saying session expired.
Mi a3 mobile was stolen on the pune railway station..plz find my mobile because i have some very important documents in that...so please find my mobile...

    Sir,
    I am happen to be the passenger for the train being run between vizag to tirupati i had booked two tickets in that train on 24.03.2018 from dvd to nlr.
    Train no.22707 dt.24.03.2018 pnr no:[protected]. The train starts from visakhapatnam at about 22.05 hrs. And reaches nlr at about 8.30 a. M., the seating arrangements are so poor that the passenger hardly able to sit for few minutes but not more than that but the train run through the night and the old person suffers more, the train cleaning also not up to the mark, we have faced hell in travelling in that train, therefore i request the authorities concerned to look in to the matter and make arrangement as per the ticket amount being paid by the passengers and oblige submitted for proper action please

      My pnr no is [protected] and transaction i’d [protected] traveling date is 27/03/2018 but train late almost 14 hours so we can’t travel after that i filed tdr but refund come only 1440 or ticket is 2165 so why not full amount come this is not my fault your train is so late that i can’t travel so please refund my full amount i also send you my tdr screen shot so please do needful thanks

        I have canceled my ticket on 15/03/18 and they are showing they have refunded my amount on 17/03/18, but i didn't credit to my account yet.
        My pnr number is [protected] and my refund has been credited yet in my account. I am attaching a bank statement as well as my ticket cancellation history. I have complained regarding the delay in refunded to the national consumer helpline and my complaint number is 666278
        Date of the journey - 07/04/18

        Source station - new delhi
        Destination station - lucknow.

          Hello respected, greetings for the day,
          I am filling this complain regarding the fraud cases done by the indian railways services. I have booked by sleeper class ticket on waiting no 3, one month back. I have got the confirmation mail and sms by irctc for the same. Now today when i am checking the pnr status booking status has being altered by 51... Is this a kind of joke. Same case is done by my returning ticket also. Rac 71 has being changed to 74. I have attached the respective screens sort for the confirmation and reference.

            I am frequent traveller but not agent.
            As there is no direct train at the comfortable time, i have to book 2 trains tickets to reach my native for one way travel.
            1. More than 6 tickets allowed in 1 login.
            2. Could not book 2 tickets in tatkal before 12 pm in 1 login.
            3. Most imp* if first train is getting late to reach the particular station, i will miss the second train, who is responsible for that.
            * am missing my train because of railway dept only.
            * next train should be there to my native - will it be? Or ladies should wait alone in the station for hours and hours.
            * will i be getting reserved ticket on the next train??
            * amount paid to irctc??
            * there is no refund facility.
            Irctc / railway department should get take complete responsibility if a train is late for just 5 mins too.

            I booked a train ticket to reach bangalore on march 19th 2018 morning 5 am around.
            When booking in tatkal, it had to be very quick, so without my complete knowledge, i opted for vikalp.
            In vikalp, it is giving best option to take a loss of pay @ office, so i could reach bangalore by 5 pm by the alternate train.

            There is no option to cancel the ticket and no refund too of the earlier train. Simply irctc gains money from consumers.

            I sent couple of email to [protected]@irctc.co.in and i tried to reach 139 or other numbers more than 10 times. But its of no use till now.

              I had a confirmed ticket of lucknow mail (12229). Urgently i had to board train from shahjahanpur, third station of train. I am a 55 years old lady with health issues related to headache and knee pain. T. T. Gave my seat to someone else and even after soo much requests he didnt consider my case and i had to travel sitting at the floor. I am extremely annoyed by such service of irctc.

                I have tried booking tatkal ticket in rajdhani bangalore exp via irctc site for 2nd april 2018 and the status was unsuccessful due to payment processing error so later i booked another tatkal and now both the tatkal ticket are confirmed and the balance has been deducted moreover irctc failed to send the confirmation of booking train status via its sms service. Please provide a solution.

                  I have booked a tatkal ticket on 15th dec,
                  2017 and date of journey was 16th dec, 2017.
                  For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                  The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                  For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                  Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                  Amount was not refunded yet. Already more than 3 months gone past.
                  I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                  Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                    Hi,

                    I boarded the 11301 - udyan express from kalyan station today (1st april 2018 - s12 15 no seat) at 9am. Since then, everyone boarding the sleeper coach and occupying reserved seat at all the stations. I complained this to tc at wadi station, however he replied with “i myself don’t have space” and can’t do anything and left.

                    This is very annoying especially when i booked the ticket in tatkaal and paid so much of money to reserve seat. Not a single tc came to ask this, this is unbearable on long journey. Rail authority must address this problem on highest priority.

                      I booked ticket on irctc on 12/3/2018 from new delhi (Ndls) to kareli (Ky). Below is the booking detail
                      Train number-12191 / ndls jbp sup exp
                      Pnr-[protected]
                      Date of journey - 30-mar-2018
                      On the date of journey when i reached new delhi station and when i could not locate the train number on display, i was informed by kuli that this particular train is running from hazrat nizzamudin station from quite a some time and not from new delih station. Due to this i missed my train. I had to face lot of inconvenience as i was travelling alone with lot of luggage and had to arrange for other mode of transport.
                      I want to bring to your attention that this information was not conveyed to me in any form.
                      I believe that the information should have been conveyed, moreover booking should not be allowed from that particular station if the train does not run from there.
                      I request you to look into it and take appropriate action, i should also be compensated for the loss of booking charge and inconvenience caused.

                            I booked a ticket in duranto express. I used upi for transaction. Irctc debited ₹1540 from my account but ticket did not got booked. It is showing payment requested. It is very emergency for me to book that ticket. As after i will not get any seat in that train. I tried calling irctc customer care but after ringing for 10 mins they are telling all executive are busy. Please help

                              I cancelled a ticket in train no 22945 on march 26 and i should get rs 195 as refund amount. The irctc website shows that the amount is refunded on march 28 but i did not receive any money in my sbi account from which i booked the ticket. Irctc shows unknown zkpy bank. Please help to get my refund amount. The cancellation id for the transaction is [protected]

                                Booked a ticket this morning i. E. 31.03.2018 from panvel (Boarding : 28.04.2018 @ 4:30am) to madgaon (28.04.2018 12:50pm) pnr no. [protected] the ticket is on waitlist (Rlwl/17).

                                After the ticket was generated. The message popped, flushed pnr/ pnr not generated yet.

                                When i tried to check the status the same statement is repeated. Request you to kindly look into it and advice.

                                  I was traveling in sealdah rajdhani 12314. After giving diner i told the staff member can you give me one extra chicken curry as i was not eating rice, dal and roti due to health issue. He told sure sir and gave me one. But after sometime when i have eaten he came back asking for money for that extra one and forcing me to pay for this. I told him you didn't tell me about the money for extra one. But he kept lieing about it. And forced me to pay ₹70 for it.
                                  I want higher authority to look forward to it. And if its right that you have to pay for extra one please mention in your website.

                                  I want to know from the Railways Department that is their a New law passed which tells the food serving staff to ask money after Every meal in the name of " Kharcha Pani " ?????? saluting like beggars, they ask for money and are force to pay more .

                                    This is to inform you that my sister and her husband with one year old baby was traveling in tamil nadu express from chennai to bhopal but the train was running late by four hours so that my sister couldn't catch the connection train to sagar and the reserved not refunded and of many difficulties they have reached the destination for this railway should take some action and also should give compensation

                                      I booked number of tickets and then cancelled my bookings due to change of plan but my cancelled amount haven't been credited yet after number of mails forwarded to [protected]@irctc.co.in.
                                      In which few number of irctc ticket id is-
