    On 24 march 2018, i paid rs.2160 for reservation in gondwana express of 16 may from raipur to raigarh. The payment got settled but we did not got the seats because confirm berths were not allotted.
    Thus, we paid the amount but did not got the seats.
    I would like to request the concerned authorities to solve this problem as quickly as possible

        I am irctc user yesterday I was trying to book a train ticket but due to Network problem the amount of Rupees, 521.80
        Deducted from my SBI account number is [protected]
        But the train ticket booking did not completed as be should.
        So I humble request you to return my money to my SBI account as I given account number above.

          Hi support team,
          I had booked a ticket from agra to ndls for 14th feb., 2018. Date of booking is same.

          For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
          The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
          For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
          Status was turned to cr registered, but the
          Amount was not refunded yet.
          I am not sure what else i might be missing to
          Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

            Very worst service providing by irctc. New rule for booking tatkal tickets states that a person can only book one time only on one ip address, what if while booking a ticket the money got deducted and the ticket is not booked and if i try again it says "one time on 1 ip address". It happend to me all the time. My family have 6 members. I have to book 2 tickets with ur new rules. Again i face the same problem "one ticket on 1 ip address". What i have to do and how we buk the tickets through irctc. This is the grest service you are providing to the people. Should i blame your incompetent server or should i blame your rules?

              I tried to book a online ticket from irctc but the ticket could not be booked but they debited the money. That money is still not refunded in my account after 7 days. Without booking ticket how they can keep money more then 7 days. They can debit the money from our account without even booking ticket and while refunding they need more then 7 days. It is ridiculous. There mistake and we have to pay. How much money they are keeping like this and taking interest on it from all over india!!!
              While booking tatkal ticket the amount was debited but ticket not issued,
              the payment gateway was mobikwik

                I have been using irctc rail connect on my phone for 1 year. However recently when i try to use it amessage appears "unable to validate data please try later" since i have tried every hour of the day but it shows same message! I need your help to sort it urgently as i can not do any bookings.
                I am registered on your irctc web for 5 years however it does not allow me to log in. Every time capcha is wrong or something.
                Can you also sort it for me so that i can get on to book my journey.

                  I did reservation cancellation but amount 2915 not refunded against txn id [protected]. I did tru sbi but on site it showing refund bank as zkpy. Totally frustrated. Help please

                    I have cancelled two tickets on march 22, 2018 against pnr no. [protected] (Txn id [protected]) and no. [protected] (Txn id [protected]) respectively.

                    On march 26, 2018 i have checked refund history and it shows "refunded", with refund id [protected] (Rs. 855/-) & [protected] (Rs. 825/-).

                    But, it actually not credited my bank account till 2000 hrs of march 27, 2018.

                    Please look into the matter immediately and resolve the issue ensuring amount may be credited to my account.

                      Today i am traveling with my family from hyd to Delhi by Telangana express in B-4 seat no 13&14. I booked my meal (non-veg --egg). Vender charging from me (and everybody who ever booked meal) Rs-110/for non-veg(egg). And Rs-100/- for veg. Whereas as per IRCTC veg & non-veg rates are Rs 50/-& Rs 55/- . I called manager of M/s. Ambuj Hotels and Real Estate Pvt LTD the Licensee and ask rates, he told 50&55( veg& non-veg). He told that vender is wrong, after that both were justified that we are giving more quantity.but is was not like that, only one sabji was extra, that I don't ask from vender . Finally manager told me that you give Rs55/- only.manager name is Golu Singh & vender name is Rahul. if possible I will post their I card photos.its not fair, they are cheeting to us, our Rail minister & also our Prime Minister too.                         On 12 th march i tried to book a ticket on irctc website. While the transaction is going then after that i received that the transaction failed. But the money got debited from my axis bank account still i did not receive any refund. It's been15 days since i booked the ticket. Please look into this asap

                          I was booking a ticket on 27.03.2018 from nzm to kota for 28.03.2018 but while i was making the payment it showed that payment has been rejected by the bank. I have not been able to book the ticket but i have received a message that the amount of rs. 415 has been deducted from my sbi saving account with transaction ref no igadeytgu9 and per my net banking record an amount of rs. 426.80 has been deducted with ref no [protected]igadeytgu9. Kindly help me in getting the refund.

                              Hello,

                              I have booked e-ticket on 16th february 2018 in tatkal from mumbai central (Mmct) to nizamuddin (Nzm) in tatkal on 16th february 2018.

                              My pnr no. Is [protected]

                              Train no is 12903
                              My transaction id is [protected]

                              I have also oped for the vikalp option, after seeing lots of tatkal waiting on that train.

                              On 17th, my ticket was canceled due to nonavailability of confirming seat as the ticket was in tatkal.

                              See, the below screenshot, to ensure my above statement.

                              Even after cancellation, i did not receive my refunding amount. Please look into this issue, and initiate my refund.

                                Yesterday evening i was attempting to book a ticket from chennai to kumbakonam. The ticket was not generated. I know i can book 6 tickets per month. This time it is the 7th ticket. So i need to provide aadhar verification.
                                I did the aadhar verification earlier few weeks back and i got the following result
                                Your aadhaar xxxx-xxxx-3822 has been verified successfully

                                So now i entered my aadhar number in the ticket and clicked makepayment
                                Now i am supposed enter the payment details like credit card number etc. The payment screen was not shown. Instead an error message saying the atleast one passenger should have verified aadhar. I am one of the passenger and my aadhar has been verified already as i said earlier in this post. Since i am denied the ability book a ticket inspite of the fact that i have entered my aadhar and registered also. I keep getting the "re verify" in the master list page again and again no matter how many times i deleted and re entered my correct aadhar number and gave sufficient time in days for the system to update the status as "verified" the system has refused to generate the ticket. If this is an issue from your side please address it as soon as possible since the same issue might be faced by more and more genuine users like me. Best regards, madhavan

                                  We tried to book tatkal railway tickets in www.irctc.co.in. there were seats available but after every payment, the transaction failed but the money was debited.
                                  This is so ridiculous. I don't understand what is wrong with the ticket booking system.
                                  It was so annoying that it says "transaction dropped. No seats available" and the money is debited.
                                  Please escalate and build a proper system for the users.

                                    My friend is also facing the same issue.
                                    My telephonic conversation was done with irctc customer care executive & as he suggested i also reset my phone but the problem is still remain.

                                      Dear concerned,

                                      Am travelling on train no: 12311 hwr-kalka mail. Trip started on 22nd eve.
                                      Mid of my destination we found 2 big rats on our a1 compartment
                                      1st of all there was no attendant in a1 coach for long time. Then some how we manage to speak with tt but there we didn't receive any response till 1 hr.
                                      After frequent visit near pantry and when we said to give concern email or number for drafting complain they just visit and said what should we do if there is rat.
                                      We put out all the luggages and swiped our coach by own. Even there was no toilet papers.
                                      Kindly look on the service qualities and do the needfull.
                                      It's not expected to be happen in a1 coach.

                                        Cancellation refund amount not credited in my bank.

                                        Using the mobile app and payment made through debit card. Later i had to cancelled it using the mobile app itself. The refund status shows as refunded and bank shown is amount has not been received in my bank account.
