On 17th of January, 2017 reservation ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad was processed for a ticket dated 18th of January, 2017 in the name G.Ravi Sekhar and the payment was made online but final prices of ticket booking failed. But no amount was returned to my account .The amount is about Rs.Rs.2050/

The second transaction a few minutes later for the same destination with the same name was suçcessful and aboutRS. 2050/ was remitted and ticket was suçcessful.

For first transaction no amount was returned. Further the msgs relating to above transactions are missing astonishingly

    This is regarding my Parents traivel in train number 12258 on 27th Jan 2017. During booking I had opted for E-bedroll option. But when my father on boarded the train the attender didn't provide him with a bedroll and demanded for 30 Rs. Even after paying the amount why the bedroll is not provided and trying to loot money from the traveller.

    This is ridiculous service from railway and robbery.

      Dear Sir/MAAM,

      I have not been able to login in my irctc account. There is no way to retrieve the account as well.

      It says "invalid id" or "account deactivated" when I try to login.

      Hence, I tried booking through MakeMyTrip and when I was about to book I realised the last digits of my Mobile number, to which the OTP is sent is different.

      Thereafter, I realised my account has been hacked. I cannot delete my account as well. I cannot make a new id since my email and mobile number are "already in use".

      Kindly do the needful.

        Sir,
        I booked my e-ticket (IRCTC) on 5/12/2016 for the date of Journey 6/12/2016 in Tatkal Quota Journey from Patna to Anand Vihar Trm by Train No.22405 (BGP Garib Rath) whereas on 6/12/2016 the train was late more than 3 hours due to this i cancelled my ticket at 19.50 hrs on 6/12/2016 but still as on 24/1/2017 the TDR amount have not been refunded to my account after 30 days. the copy of ticket with details is enclosed.
        So I request you to please see this matter and try to solve this problem earliest as possible.

        When i filed the TDR against train more than three hours late then one massage came on my email address ([email protected]) as a confirmation. In email there clearly mentioned that the IRCTC will be reverting shortly with particulars about the Railways that is handling your TDR case based on EDR status. The EDR refund process normally takes 7days. But still it is pending i.e. not credited my account.l The emailed details mentioned below. TDR Process T [email protected] to me Dec 6, 2016Details Dear Customer, We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number 6662061524 for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :100000131637319 The case is being forwarded to the concerned Zonal Railways to process refund through EDR/ Enhanced Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS) under the present commercial rules. The details of the eligibility etc. of TDR refund is given in the Indian Railway Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf. However, please note that the decision about the acceptance / rejection or amount of refund will be taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC.           I'm a passenger of train 12282 Bhubanswar Duranto. My PNR No [protected]. Today 27.01.17 when the pantry man served me lunch .it was really horiable . The Roti and chicken was from last night made. Even the chicken was stinking.

          I called Cantin In charge regarding the issue he simply said I can't do any thing.

          Even they are not providing any sweet dish after lunch or dinner.

          Also not providing juce but latter they sell out it.

          I Request you to please take a necessary action for the betterment of IRCTC and reputation of Indian Railways.

            I Booked ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad and amount of Rs[protected]+42) is debited from my account but my ticket is not booked my transaction id as per IRCTC website is- [protected]
            I had emailed them about 25 times and called them 50 times but not any information about my refund status they are only transferring my call to their senior but no one respond there.

              My self Sagar Mehta.i m travel by train between Bharuch to Borivali.On date-27/1/2017.Ticket checker j.m.rana took rs-700 from us.he argue with my wife Brijal Mehta.he is arogan.Given bad words to my wife and there is empty seat available in train but he is so egoeast person and he challenge us on train centre of few people .Do what ever u want to do.i m not given seat and throw out of the training m really upset with this kind of hospitality in Vadodara express train no-12928.and it was my mistake that I m travel by regular ticket.bit he do not have right to abusing language to my wife and me.please take seriously not..Either I am go to court and strictly make complain again this gives who don't know how to talk with women.

                    My name is kuber ghai. Yesterday, I boarded train from new delhi to kopargaon maharashtra. It' been delayed by more than 3.5 hours without having any trouble. Apart from it, the toilets of this train are full of #####. People can't even open the door of it. In this situation, when the train is running very late, so where do people and children go. Because as I am also working in private sector, so I couldn't take off for 3-4 days, and now, my two days are already wasted in train trip. Kindly look into this problem. It's a very very humble request to you, atleast not for me, for all the people who are suffering from this problem.

                      Refund not received yet, its been more than a week .Already raised a : ticket ID: [IRCTC #4934588].
                      I have booked 2 tickets from MAJN(Mangalore Jn) to NK (Nasik Road ) for date : 16/05/2017, and booking date is[protected] . Payment done trough Internet Banking of ICICI bank : PAyment ID for eazypay.icicibank.com is :[protected], I did not get any ticket because transaction expired on final page where i enter the IRCTC user id and password on last step. So i have already booked ticket again, but i need my 1160.00 INR refund in my account for which i have not received the ticket .

                        The food served is stale. According to the food ingredients, 50-70 grams paneer should be served but we checked 3 plates and it just had 1 small spoon with small pieces of paneer. Tea is to be served with biscuit for Rs 10. But we are served only tea for Rs 7. The workers serving are speaking so rudely. The complain book just had one page and they said all the passengers should write on one page.

                            My balance got deducted from my account but my ticket was not booked.
                            So on next day I called IRCTC costomer care, they told me that I will get my money within 4 working days, but as on today I didn't got my money back.

                                    Respected sir, i m writing a complaint regarding the quality of food provided in the duronto exp. There has been increase in train fare over the year. However the quality remains the same and people seriously don't feel like eating. They even throw away the food. Such trains attracts tourism so the overall quality should be improved including food. So there are no other options of outside food available on such trains. So i request the concerned authority to look into this matter

                                      I book online 4 tickets ( transaction ID [protected] with PNR # [protected] ) with W/L status though irctc . 1 ticket got confirmed, so I decided not to travel and I file TDR for same CNF ticket with reason as " pasenger not travel due to partialy cnf . IRCTC refuse to refund for 3 W/l, Actualy e-ticket which must be automaticaly refunded if its status as W/L
                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I travelled by PNR:[protected], TRAIN:22407, DOJ:19-01-17, 3A, PBH-ANVT, Dep:21:25.
                                      There was no bed roll supplied although I ordered and paid for the same while booking ticket.
                                      Railways needs to be more professional and customer oriented.

                                        The amount has been deducted from my bank account and ticket wasn't booked and the amount has not been refunded till date I am sending you the transaction id [protected] and screen shot of the failed transaction ticket...Please do it as soon as possible because I am not having that much amount and was in hope that the railway will refund it without and delay.
