Seriously pathetic and goof service by IRCTC and no revert on emails and even customer care too. on 17th jan 2017 i have had booked ticket from tirupathi to secundeabad, however money[810.50] has been debited but still not received.

    I was booked ticket from IRCTC website travelling date was 6th Jan 2016 train no. 18501 VSKP GIMP EXP. from Badnera Junction to Ahmedabad Junction but the train was cancelled and diverted as per inquiry station master told that train coming after two hours in Akola station but train was also cancelled from Akola also I was filed a TDR but still waiting for Refund. For this reason I was missed my connecting train from from Ahmedabad to Ajmer and also filed the TDR but I got msg that TDR repudiate this is very hactic when I am traveling with my parents and both are senior citizen. I spent my 3rd AC and 2AC money which is around 9000 Rs.but still waiting for the refund

      Money deducted Rs. 622 from my Bank account on POS [protected] at irctc_PayTM txn#[protected]...But the company is refusing such deduction and not agreeing to return the money in my account.The ticket booking company had been contacted earlier through mail and they responded the way previously mentioned.There is no option of cashback in the account through PayTm merchandise pls look into the matter

          Sir,
          I was booking one tatkal ticket on 23/12/2016 for the journey from chennai to delhi, due to technical reason ticket was not booked but amount of Rs.[protected]/- as fare charges + 12/- as bank charges) had been deducted from my saving account on the same date. Till now i have contacting so many times to IRCTC Customer executives by mails or on call but they are not resolving my problem and always says that it will take 48 hours to refund the amount into your bank account and they also demanded my bank statement from 23/12/2016 to 10/01/2017 and same i shared my bank statement to them on 12/01/2017 ( from 21/12/2016 to 10/01/2017 which was issued by bank on 12/01/2017). Almost one month has been left but they are returning the said amount into my bank account.

          I purchased one idly vada at arsikere railway station on 13th Jan the platform vender charged rs 30 and even the food was almost spoiled when I asked he did not have the price list nor available with the manager they are not ready to show the price list which is very clear that they are charging high price for very poor quality of food
          I am not able to book rail tickets online for the past 30 minutes.
          the site says sorry try again after completing few steps.

            I HAVE BOOKED TICKET FROM CHENNAI TO CALICUT ON 11 JAN. TICKET WAS NOT CONFORMED. I GOT MAIL FROM IRCTC ABOUT REFUND ON 13 LIKE THIS.Dear Customer,

            We wish to inform you that your ticket against PNR Number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully. The refund amount of Rs. 430 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly.
            IHAVE SENT MAIL TO IRCTC THEY GAVE GIVEN TICKET ID ticket ID [IRCTC #4935157].

                I tried booking a ticket in the irctc website for 4 times and for the ffour times it said trassanction failed but i dondnt get my money back or neither the ticket really need my money back and i lost lik 580 rupees from my debit card and 180 from my credit card and they are not answering my calls i tried like formany timesbut no answer i tried contacting loacal railways but they said the issue is with irctc so gpo deal with it

                  I have booked railway tickets from irctc and payment done through freecharge wallet. Payment was detected but tickets were not booked. I want refund for above maintain transaction. It was not the first time I had issue with freecharge. This happens very much. But i dont get refund till now. Request you to refund my money as it is 24 days already but i don't get the payment.

                    This is regarding Pnr [protected] of Train no. 12269, Scheduled departure from Nagpur 20:45 DOJ : 16/1/2017.

                    A day before the journey, We got the message from DM-IRSMSA about rescheduling of the train for 17/1/2017.
                    So due to the said rescheduling, we planned to cancel our journey and cancelled the ticket on 15/ 1/2017 at 21:47
                    You are requested to refund the full amount of fare which should be Rs 6490 and not Rs 4860 As per your message on 15/1/2017 at 21:48.
                    Kindly do the needful and inform us about the action taken from your part.

                      Kerala railways has become completely unreliable interms time. Even after the inception of double lane within the state it becomes intoleratable to experiance train reaching stations an hour late. It is simply, transparency and an obligation from railways to inform passengers of the delay the may incur. And as a common man with basic understanding, how can trains on rails get delayed even with double lane and personnels incharge of monitoring its flow. What the hell is happening?

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I booked today two railway e- ticket from panvel to thivim for 08/02/2017 and payment was successfully done through sbi debit card for Rs701 on POS SBIRCTC at IRCTC txn#[protected]. But after successful payment i do not get any pnr for this and again displayed on refreshing the page after few second i got a msg of reduced balance of 701 as discussed above, when i checked my plan history no tikcet was booked and amount was reduced from account.i thought it might be some error so tried it again and the same thing happened twice.                             I had booked 3 tickets from NDLS to ABS journey date 02.01.2017, but the train got late for more than 8 hours so i had filed a TDR . As per the rules the whole amount should be refunded but now the status of TDR is CR Repudiate. I tried contacting IRCTC through the number provided online but nobody is picking up the call.

                              I m a regular buyer of railway tickets through my personal user account "HWH" of irctc since past 12 years. Yesterday and today when I intended to open my own account, I am encountered with problem of so called "invalid captcha" repeatedly though the same are clear combination of Capital alphabets and numerical. But now I find the message that my instant IRCTC Account now has been deactivated. As certain booked tickets are lying in the History Page and I still have not performed journeys, this situation put me in perplexed situation. My repeated attempt to get IRCTC technical team also could not fetch any result as phone rings are unattended. Under such circumstances, I request the IRCTC Team to come to my rescue immediately to save me from such puzzled situation.

                                  This is to bring to ur notice that the vendor "hot chips" in Elmore railway station are the living example of daylight robbery for which the passengers are suffering . Railways should have notices the prices which they quote and the quantity of the food they offer . They are the worst people who don't even know to give proper respect to their customers . The prices are so high, even if we are ready to pay, these beggars are not even providing proper quantity of food . They are just authentic south Indian vendor and still they are providing south Indian food so high price, even in north india v get south Indian foods cheaper than this . I really want the concerned authorities to take proper action against them and help passengers to provide foods at subsidized or.nominal rates . Even I got to hear the same worst reviews from one of the railways employees working in the station that time . This is not the voice of single person . This may just be the initiative .

                                      Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket from ANVT to BGP journey date 08 JANUARY2017, but the train got late from more than 1 DAY.I had filed the TDR on the nect day at Mon, 09 Jan 2017 17:13:33 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours. PNR: [protected].

                                      Kindly check this issue and refund my amount.

                                        I booked two tatkal tickets from thalasherry to chennai on 1st and 2nd of january 2017 which was failed due to payment settled late and reservation failed And my money was debited from my account . The amount is rs 2600 for both tickets. Irctc site is showing that the amount has been refunded to bank the very next day. But the money has not been credited to my bank account . I have been waiting for this money since last two weeks. Transaction / refund ids of two tickets are [protected] [protected]. Please take this subject seriously or should i approach any other way
