    I created my profile, when i was in service and entered the officials email id in my irctc profile as mc. [protected]@sbi.co.in. Since i am retired and my employer has stopped my email id, resulting to which, i am not getting any notification from irctc through my email.

    I request to please allow me to change my email id as - mc. [protected]@hotmail.com.

      I had booked railway Ticket from IRCTC through my Debit Card And because of some reason i Cancelled it, but i had not receive my refund they says that amount is refunded to PAYTMAG what should i have to do to get my refund.

        Sir, we book the tatkal ticket for[protected] from manmad to nizamuddin but railway announce train is delay and train will come on next day at 9:15 am instead of[protected]:55 PM)..But next day again status show train is cancelled and confirmation msg of train cancellation also received from irctc..then we call to customer care for refund status and customer care says refund will automatically come in your account within 4 to 5 days.

        But now irctc deny for refund and customer care says that according to prs system train was not cancelled on[protected]...train cancel date was[protected] and we will not back your money because TDR filing time for refund has exceeded..so we are unable to forword your case to railway..

        [protected] wali train hi to[protected] ko cancel hui...esme customer ki kya mistake...wo bol rahe hai...agar train apne starting station se hil bhi gayi to usko chala hua mana jayega..cancel nahi...but wo next station per aani bhi to chahiye thi na...

        please look into this matter and what is our mistake if delay train was cancelled in next day...beshak wo[protected] ko apne starting station se chali ho but pahuchi to nahi MANMAD[protected] ko

          The site do not contains SBI Bank name in the deposition of money by the Debit Card which hinder in my money deposition. It is quiet surprising to see that your site do not contain the name of the renounced bank (SBI). Also, the option other bank mentioned below it is not functional, it do not accept the name of any bank.
          It is requested to look into the matter and solve it at the earliest.
          Please try to resolve the matter.

                Travel Date : 16th dec 2016
                Train got delayed by 3 hours and 45 minutes, so I filed TDR before the train was supposed to depart.But I havent received the amount yet.
                TDR status is CR Registered since long.

                Please advise whom to consult for this.

                  Oday morning I was trying to book the tickets for myself, my wife and my son for the journey dated May 13, 2017 from IRCTC website. I logged in correctly at 8:00 am in the morning and when I started my booking 300 seats were available for booking. I completed the whole process of payment but to my surprise twice my account was debited but my ticket was not confirmed by IRCTC. If the same was confirmed first time I would have got the confirmed ticket. Due to the failure of IRCTC I have got waiting list tickets. By the time ticket was booked in third attempt the ticket went into waiting list of more then 75. I fail to understand that how quickly all this tickets get sold and the genuine travellers like me don't get any tickets but the agents get all the tickets. It shows that there is something fishy with IRCTC & Agents.

                  Reference No. of both the deductions from my Bank Account are as follows; Within few seconds all the tickets get sold. There is some big fraud going on with ticket bookings. Request you to provide me with the confirm tickets and refund my balance for the other failed bookings.

                    Sir, I have booked a train ticket ( ) from BZA to MAS, date of journey 14-Dec-2016. But the train was late by almost 5 hrs at BZA station so i applied for TDR. But the status is CR Repudiate. How can this be? according to rules if train is late more than 3 hrs you will give back all the money. And i came to know train running late only at BZA station.I want my money back

                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                      Recently I have travelled through Rajdhani Express and based upon my personal experiences/observations I would like to draw your kind attention towards certain issues mentioned below-
                      1.The catering charges are "compulsory" for Trains like Rajdhani & Duronto if I want to travel in these executive trains.
                      Explanation- Though if I consider on a rational & humanitarian ground, it's very likely to serve good on such long distance trains but what I think is that the meals can also be purchased from the authorised vendors/IRCTC staffs on demand or by pre-booking meals but it should not be a compulsions for the passengers to pay for meals if they want a ticket.
                      2.The catering charges for Veg & Non-Veg meals in these trains are same for the sake o[censored]niformity but we know the actual price difference in there raw material & preparations.
                      3.The quality of food served in these Trains is a matter of confusions, suspicion & it remains changing with the location & time of the day.
                      So, in the above lines I have expressed my views.Therefore, understanding the veracity of the circumstances, I hope that you will certainly take necessary measures for the benefit of the passengers.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I had booked a ticket fromSBC to MAS Chennai Mail on 4/01/2017 but the train got late from more than 7 hours.I had filed the TDR on the same day at 04/01/2017 at 22:25:02 HRS.The status of TDR showing CR Repudiate.I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so I have filled the TDR little late.Please help me on this asap. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.

                          Sir, I am writing to lodge my very strong complain against the Indian Railways. I haven't got my refund against the cancelled ticket yet despite the lapse of 30 days. I never thought the careless attitude of Indian Railways. Now I have got no option but to go the consumer court against the Indian Railways. My cancellation id is [protected]. My PNR no. was [protected]. Train no. was 22411/NHLN- NDLS. Date of journey 21st Dec. 2016 and date of cancellation was 29th Dec.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam

                            I tried booking ticket on Chakradharpur Howrah Express on 9th Jan, 2017 and the amount of Rs 1806.64 was deducted from my account, but it showed that transaction was failed and the ticket was not even booked. The amount for the same has not been refunded to my account yet even though the transaction has failed. Kindly look into the same and please assist. Please find the snapshot of deductions on IRCTC site as well as my bank account for proof.

                              i had booked a ticket through IRCTC portal with log in-kamfriends on 25th Dec 2016. After payment confirmation site is hanged, and due to ticket had not been booked while amount deducted from my account.

                              so many times i have contacted customer care department of IRCTC but nobody helping me except consolidation.
                              in IRCTC id it is showing that "refunded on 02 jan 2016". while amount is still not been refunded in my bank account.
                              I had mailed three times with ticket id.-4763847, 4784777 & 4785112, but i have been consolidated for genuine refund. its 16 days have been passed but its not refunded in my account yet.i am attaching the recent bank statement for the same.
                              I dont have another option of Consumer Court except this last attempt.
                              please do the needful.

                                Tdr filled and cr registered 14 days over but money not yet received .showing still cr registered .please solve my issue.my ticket was partially conformed and i booked for four members but unfortunately two of them were traveled and remain not so i filled tdr on that but it is showing cr register but its more than 14 days till to date i didn't get refund against that please find attached details. cancellation id is [protected] .pnr no [protected].

                                    I was trying to book a tatkal ticket on 3rd december 2016 through IRCTC website. the ticket didnt get booked but money got deducted from my bank account. on 5th december 2016 it showed in the irctc website, that my money was refunded into the bank account, but when i checked in the bank transaction history then it did not show any refunded amount from IRCTC.
                                    the irctc complaint numbers are either not reachable or busy.

                                      I was wrongly entered my email address while sign up irctc account. I received OTP code for mobile verification code only. Due to wrong registered email address in the user I'd of sadique071 i am not able to get OTP no for mail address wrongly registered. To sign in i am in need of communicated OTP codes from my actual mail address. Pl help me change my mail address in the register
