Dear sir, On 30 December 2016 while I was booking an e-ticket from IRCTC, a notification informing "Rejected from Bank. [ Transaction Id: [protected] ]You can choose another payment option and try again." like this came. During this transaction amount Rs.4750/- was deducted but ticket not booked and I have not got refund. I have also got sms from bank "An Amount of 4750 INR has been debited to A/c no XXXXXXX by POS transaction on 30-DEC-16 21:31:46". I have done payment through debit card. I humbly request you to see through the problem and fix it as soon as possible and fefund my money.

I have given the correct PAN card details and when I click on Verify system gives error. Not able to process the request. May I know exact cause of failure.

My user Id sayedsalee when i am login to irctc it shows booking is not allowed your account is suspended i will travel monthly four time its bigproblem to me to book tickets so i request you to reslove the issue.

    I am traveling in train#12203 pnr#[protected] Train 12203 where I booked 2 upper birth but when I boarded the train I got to know that the birth which I booked is middle one.

    Kindly check as I am facing this issue and it is wrong commitment from the irctc web portal. Find the attachment ticket.

    Please take a proper action and provide the solution soon.

    Food provided chilled. Non-Veg food provided after complaining to pantry manager.Tea/ Coffee is in very poor quality. Server staff's behavior not up to the desired standards.Rice is half cooked.Food's taste is fine, but needs to served hot.Rotis also were very hard to eat, and also served chilled.

      I have booked a ticket from asn to ara on 11/11/2016 which train no 12333 pnr no [protected] and transaction id [protected] journy date 08/12/2016 booked from my irctc id "vp022710" . On that day the train is delayed by aprox 9 hrs. Then file TDR . Till now i have not received my ticket amount . Tell me what can i do now . Or Send me the procedure of refund

          Sir, i am a passenger of train no 16382 jayanthi express dated on 30 th january and i boarded from quilon jn .i am submitting this complaint that there is no pantry facilities are available on the specific train and also there is no way to charge either a cellphone or a laptop.these are very basic things that should be needed in these type of distant trains.kindly make neccesary action regarding my complaint

          I book a window ticket pnr :[protected] date of traveling[protected], from my rupay debit card, havent got my refund yet, i t had 23 days since my cancellation, what should i do
          I had booked ticket from Allahabad to Nagpur in train no. 12792 on 18.1.2017 bearing PNR No.[protected]. After few minutes I realised that I had booked ticket for wrong date. I immediately cancelled the ticket. I received message that an amount of Rs. 820/- will be refunded in my account soon. But till date the amount has not been refunded.

            Coffie @ 35 tea 10 veg meal at the rate of 150.00 being sold in train 22308.which is very high compared to latest pantry car menu rates given in IRCTC web site. When asked vendor he could not give any answer. I have Heard much regarding over pricing but seeing it live at present. Is there any checking system in railways that raids intermittently for sale of meals to passengers at IRCTC rates

              *Indian Railway Catering scam.*

              Want to share my personal experience - Last week I was travelling from Visakha Patnam to Howrah in Yesvantpur Howrah Express. Ordered Veg. meal from the pantry car, as per waiter it was *₹90/-* only.

              I have always in mind that these people are charging very high for the meals but never took it seriously. But this time I determined to enquire about it.

              Googled about the rate card and menu, found this website,

              I was shocked when I saw the rates -

              Veg meals which pantry car person was selling at ₹90/- is only *₹50/-.*

              Non-Veg meals pantry car rate was ₹100/- is only *₹55/-.*

              Two more options are also available as Standard Thali Meals- Veg and Non-Veg at *₹35/- & ₹40/-.*

              After meals, I handed over ₹50/- to the waiter, but he was demanding ₹90/-. I asked him about the RATE CARD, he refused to have any such thing. Shown him the above website and rates, he was like *₹50/-* will be ok but *DON’T TELL ANYONE.*

              I was so furious, travelled all the way from 13th coach to 1st coach to the pantry car. And on my way, informed co-passengers who were taking the meals from pantry about this scam.

              Met the *Pantry-In-charge.* Enquired about this. he was also telling the same story, rate cards are missing right now but will shortly get the new one. About the Jacked price of meal he was mum. Lodge a complaint in his Complaint register, which he handed over to me after half an hour. Initially He was pleading not to write the complaint but after writing the complaint, he was like nobody will see this, it will go into dustbin that’s it.

              To my surprise, against my complaint (he is obliged to give reason in writing - triplet complaint copies - one has to handed over to customer) he wrote _*“taken only ₹50 from customer Bill No XXX and this customer writes complaint every time he travels“.*_

              The same situation is in almost every train, pantry car meals price are jacked up as no one question them, no one ask about the rate card.

              As per one of the estimate, every day around 25 million passenger travel from Indian Railways, if only 5% of these passengers takes either lunch or dinner from pantry cars, even extra *₹30/-* on each plate will make these people rich by *₹37, 500, 000.*

              _*Please do insist for Bill every time you ordered any food from a Railway pantry car.*_

              _*Please do try to forward this to all, as so many depend on Rail travel & can't afford Air travel.*_

                On 27 Jan 2017 at 11:17:07 Hrs, I book a train ticket from Jhansi {JHS] to Nizamuddin [NZM], TAJ EXPRESS, TRAIN NO. 12279 of CC class whose PNR No. is [protected] and Transaction ID [protected] of quata general and booking was successfull and my seat in waiting list . I cancelled the ticket before the chart prepared/ done but my amount of INR. 580 is still not refund to me.
                This deducted amount still not refund to me, Kindly look at this matter and provide the deducted amount

                        On 17th of January, 2017 reservation ticket from Chennai to Hyderabad was processed for a ticket dated 18th of January, 2017 in the name G.Ravi Sekhar and the payment was made online but final prices of ticket booking failed. But no amount was returned to my account .The amount is about Rs.Rs.2050/

                        The second transaction a few minutes later for the same destination with the same name was suçcessful and aboutRS. 2050/ was remitted and ticket was suçcessful.

                        For first transaction no amount was returned. Further the msgs relating to above transactions are missing astonishingly

                          This is regarding my Parents traivel in train number 12258 on 27th Jan 2017. During booking I had opted for E-bedroll option. But when my father on boarded the train the attender didn't provide him with a bedroll and demanded for 30 Rs. Even after paying the amount why the bedroll is not provided and trying to loot money from the traveller.

                          This is ridiculous service from railway and robbery.

                            Dear Sir/MAAM,

                            I have not been able to login in my irctc account. There is no way to retrieve the account as well.

                            It says "invalid id" or "account deactivated" when I try to login.

                            Hence, I tried booking through MakeMyTrip and when I was about to book I realised the last digits of my Mobile number, to which the OTP is sent is different.

                            Thereafter, I realised my account has been hacked. I cannot delete my account as well. I cannot make a new id since my email and mobile number are "already in use".

                            Kindly do the needful.

                              I booked my e-ticket (IRCTC) on 5/12/2016 for the date of Journey 6/12/2016 in Tatkal Quota Journey from Patna to Anand Vihar Trm by Train No.22405 (BGP Garib Rath) whereas on 6/12/2016 the train was late more than 3 hours due to this i cancelled my ticket at 19.50 hrs on 6/12/2016 but still as on 24/1/2017 the TDR amount have not been refunded to my account after 30 days. the copy of ticket with details is enclosed.
                              So I request you to please see this matter and try to solve this problem earliest as possible.

                              When i filed the TDR against train more than three hours late then one massage came on my email address ([email protected]) as a confirmation. In email there clearly mentioned that the IRCTC will be reverting shortly with particulars about the Railways that is handling your TDR case based on EDR status. The EDR refund process normally takes 7days. But still it is pending i.e. not credited my account.l The emailed details mentioned below. TDR Process T [email protected] to me Dec 6, 2016Details Dear Customer, We wish to inform that your request for refund against PNR Number 6662061524 for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled.", has been received and the Reference No for this is :100000131637319 The case is being forwarded to the concerned Zonal Railways to process refund through EDR/ Enhanced Coaching Refund System of Indian Railways (ECRS) under the present commercial rules. The details of the eligibility etc. of TDR refund is given in the Indian Railway Refund Rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf. However, please note that the decision about the acceptance / rejection or amount of refund will be taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC. IRCTC will be reverting shortly with particulars about the Railways that is handling your TDR case based on EDR status. The EDR refund process normally takes 7days.                                 I'm a passenger of train 12282 Bhubanswar Duranto. My PNR No [protected]. Today 27.01.17 when the pantry man served me lunch .it was really horiable . The Roti and chicken was from last night made. Even the chicken was stinking.

                                I called Cantin In charge regarding the issue he simply said I can't do any thing.

                                Even they are not providing any sweet dish after lunch or dinner.

                                Also not providing juce but latter they sell out it.

                                I Request you to please take a necessary action for the betterment of IRCTC and reputation of Indian Railways.

                                  I had emailed them about 25 times and called them 50 times but not any information about my refund status they are only transferring my call to their senior but no one respond there.

                                    My self Sagar Mehta.i m travel by train between Bharuch to Borivali.On date-27/1/2017.Ticket checker j.m.rana took rs-700 from us.he argue with my wife Brijal Mehta.he is arogan.Given bad words to my wife and there is empty seat available in train but he is so egoeast person and he challenge us on train centre of few people .Do what ever u want to do.i m not given seat and throw out of the training m really upset with this kind of hospitality in Vadodara express train no-12928.and it was my mistake that I m travel by regular ticket.bit he do not have right to abusing language to my wife and me.please take seriously not..Either I am go to court and strictly make complain again this gives who don't know how to talk with women.

                                    THE FARE COLLECTION SYSTEM IRCTC RAIL CONNECT COLLECTED FARE RS 459-FROM SBI DEBIT CARD AND ALSO FROM BOI DEBITCARD.THE REASON ASUNDER
                                    FIRST PAYMENT OPTION GIVEN TO BOI DEBIT CARD, BUT FECLINED SAYING, DUE TO BANK TECHNICAL ERROR CAN NOT PROCCESED.HENCE I CHANGED MY PAYMENT OPTION TO SBI DEBIT CARD.BUT ASTPNISHINGLY FARE DEBITED FROM BOTH BANKS.HENCE REQUEST FOR REFUND OF ONE FARE
