My name is kuber ghai. Yesterday, I boarded train from new delhi to kopargaon maharashtra. It' been delayed by more than 3.5 hours without having any trouble. Apart from it, the toilets of this train are full of #####. People can't even open the door of it. In this situation, when the train is running very late, so where do people and children go. Because as I am also working in private sector, so I couldn't take off for 3-4 days, and now, my two days are already wasted in train trip. Kindly look into this problem. It's a very very humble request to you, atleast not for me, for all the people who are suffering from this problem.

    Hi,

    Refund not received yet, its been more than a week .Already raised a : ticket ID: [IRCTC #4934588].
    I have booked 2 tickets from MAJN(Mangalore Jn) to NK (Nasik Road ) for date : 16/05/2017, and booking date is[protected] . Payment done trough Internet Banking of ICICI bank : PAyment ID for eazypay.icicibank.com is :[protected], I did not get any ticket because transaction expired on final page where i enter the IRCTC user id and password on last step. So i have already booked ticket again, but i need my 1160.00 INR refund in my account for which i have not received the ticket .

      The food served is stale. According to the food ingredients, 50-70 grams paneer should be served but we checked 3 plates and it just had 1 small spoon with small pieces of paneer. Tea is to be served with biscuit for Rs 10. But we are served only tea for Rs 7. The workers serving are speaking so rudely. The complain book just had one page and they said all the passengers should write on one page.

          I would like to inform you that on 19/01/2017 I was booking my ticket through IRCTC.
          My balance got deducted from my account but my ticket was not booked.
          So on next day I called IRCTC costomer care, they told me that I will get my money within 4 working days, but as on today I didn't got my money back.
          I am sending you all the details of my transaction along with this mail.
          Please look the matter carefully and resolve it as soon as possible.

                I have contacted IRCTC atleast 10 times via email but they do not help at all. Also their phone line is forever busy so even that option is closed.
                Kindly refund the amount, so that I can make a new booking.

                  Respected sir, i m writing a complaint regarding the quality of food provided in the duronto exp. There has been increase in train fare over the year. However the quality remains the same and people seriously don't feel like eating. They even throw away the food. Such trains attracts tourism so the overall quality should be improved including food. So there are no other options of outside food available on such trains. So i request the concerned authority to look into this matter

                    I book online 4 tickets ( transaction ID [protected] with PNR # [protected] ) with W/L status though irctc . 1 ticket got confirmed, so I decided not to travel and I file TDR for same CNF ticket with reason as " pasenger not travel due to partialy cnf . IRCTC refuse to refund for 3 W/l, Actualy e-ticket which must be automaticaly refunded if its status as W/L

                        Overcharging by the catering services.

                        This is to inform that today 24/01/2017. I'm traveling through Ajmer Jammu express towards my destination Gurgaon.

                        The catering vendors are charging extra on everything. The cold drink and the bakery products. They are charging RS. 5 extra on everything.

                        Could you please let me know what are the extra charges for.

                        The quality of tea or coffee provided by irctc is not at all satisfying. The taste seems like more of the paper cup which is used to serve the tea or coffee. Really very dissatisfying on the part of Indian railways.

                          The online ticketing officials are unable to provide proper ticketing to the customer . they have confusions while handling the machine . we were being given the tickets of the different train for the another train rates. we expect to get the refund of the ticket

I have booked a general ticket from bidar to bangalore vide train no.16572 (1 sleeper) but the ticket got cancelled by mistake during our process of checking status. The journey is very important to us due to some family problems. Kindly return us our tickets so that we can travel against the same booking and do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistake. Please look into the matter seriously.

                                Respected Sir,
                                I am Nidhi Patel from Gujarat. I was travelling from Hazzrat Nizamuddinot, Delhi to vadodara by a train and I lost my laptop bag at midnight between 1:30-4:30 am. Most probably at mathura. I was sleeping with my bag underneath my head. I woke up at 4:30 and found there was no laptop bag. I immediately went to search THE and RPF. There was no RPF or TTE. So I went to another coach and met TTE and asked for help he bluntly replied me that it is not his duty to take care of that coach. RPF are there you tell them about the incident. I found no one on the train. And from Nizamuddin till Ratlam no TTE came to us for ticket checking.
                                Then we had just one option we tweeted to Railway minister Suresh Prabhu. So we got a call from Government railway were we were informed to register a complain at vadodara junction as it was our last stop. At vadodara railway station we met an officer of GRP he asked us to register a complain online through a machine setup at platform no.1 on vadodara junction. We went there and found it not working.
                                We came to know about a crime 1 to 1.5 hours before kota station. We reached kota station at 6 AM. So there i went to railway police or government police. I don't know which was that. They wrote my complaint but didn't acknowledge me with a copy. They asked me to call mathura railway station police. But actually they were supposed to register my complain and launch a FIR there but they refused. Main head of the department was standing an watching dumb and at last asked me to write down the landlines number of mathura railway police.

                                At 5 PM TTE named harindra shrivastav filed an 0 number FIR after much request of mine. But FIR had a question asking a name of TTE on the coach so when I asked them about the name of the TTE that I met in other coach as my coach didn't had TTE, they didn't gave me information about the TTE.

                                Now it has been more than 24 hour after theft occurred. I didn't find any means to register my complain because everyone gave third person's name. I was really tortured on the train. I was roaming for TTE from morning 5 to evening 5 to file a complain.
                                Now crime took place at mathura or before mathura but we came to know when we were near to kota railway station. So I want to launch an FIR to respective police stations.
                                Now Please register my complain and kindly provide my complain register number.

                                These valuable were theft in train 19020 on 22/1/2017 between 1:30 AM - 4:30 AM
                                In coach S7 second sleeper. Seat number- 59, 64.

                                    I recently booked a ticket for Panchavati Express(12109) from Nasik Road to Dadar
                                    Date of Journey- 02 Jan 2017
                                    AC Chair Car
                                    Name- Adhiraj Shinde

                                    The amount got deducted from my bank account but ticket did not get booked due to error on the IRCTC MOBILE APP
                                    I have contacted IRCTC atleast 10 times via email but they do not help at all. Also their phone line is forever busy so even that option is closed.
                                    Kindly refund the amount, so that I can make a new booking.
